1 I will sing of the loving kindness of Yahweh forever. With my mouth, I will make known your faithfulness to all generations.I will sing of the lovingkindness of Jehovah for ever: With my mouth will I make known thy faithfulness to all generations.에스라 사람 에단의 묵상시. 내가 여호와의 인자하심을 영원히 노래하며, 내 입으로 주의 신실하심을 대대에 알리겠습니다.
2 I indeed declare, “ Love stands firm forever. You established the heavens. Your faithfulness is in them.”For I have said, Mercy shall be built up for ever; Thy faithfulness wilt thou establish in the very heavens.내가 참으로 선언합니다. "주의 사랑은 영원히 굳게 서 있고, 주께서 하늘을 세우셨으니 주의 신실하심이 그 안에 있습니다."
3 “ I have made a covenant with my chosen one, I have sworn to David, my servant,I have made a covenant with my chosen, I have sworn unto David my servant:"내가 내 택한 자와 언약을 맺고, 내 종 다윗에게 맹세하였다.
4 ‘ I will establish your offspring forever, and build up your throne to all generations.’” Selah.Thy seed will I establish for ever, And build up thy throne to all generations. [Selah'내가 네 후손을 영원히 굳게 세우고, 네 보좌를 대대에 이르도록 세우리라.'" (셀라)
5 The heavens will praise your wonders, Yahweh, your faithfulness also in the assembly of the holy ones.And the heavens shall praise thy wonders, O Jehovah; Thy faithfulness also in the assembly of the holy ones.여호와여, 하늘이 주의 기이한 일들을 찬양하고, 거룩한 자들의 모임에서도 주의 신실하심을 찬양할 것입니다.
6 For who in the skies can be compared to Yahweh? Who among the sons of the heavenly beings is like Yahweh,For who in the skies can be compared unto Jehovah? Who among the sons of the mighty is like unto Jehovah,하늘에서 누가 여호와와 견줄 수 있겠습니까? 하늘의 존재들 가운데 누가 여호와와 같겠습니까?
7 a very awesome God in the council of the holy ones, to be feared above all those who are around him?A God very terrible in the council of the holy ones, And to be feared above all them that are round about him?하나님은 거룩한 자들의 회의에서 심히 두려우신 분이시며, 그분을 둘러싼 모든 자들 위에서 경외함을 받으실 분이십니다.
8 Yahweh, God of Armies, who is a mighty one, like you? Yah, your faithfulness is around you.O Jehovah God of hosts, Who is a mighty one, like unto thee, O Jehovah? And thy faithfulness is round about thee.만군의 하나님 여호와여, 누가 주처럼 능력 있는 분이겠습니까? 여호와여, 주의 신실하심이 주를 둘러싸고 있습니다.
9 You rule the pride of the sea. When its waves rise up, you calm them.Thou rulest the pride of the sea: When the waves thereof arise, thou stillest them.주께서 바다의 거센 파도를 다스리시니, 그 물결이 일어날 때 주께서 그것을 잠잠하게 하십니다.
10 You have broken Rahab in pieces, like one of the slain. You have scattered your enemies with your mighty arm.Thou hast broken Rahab in pieces, as one that is slain; Thou hast scattered thine enemies with the arm of thy strength.주께서 라합을 죽임 당한 자처럼 산산이 부수시고, 주의 강한 팔로 주의 원수들을 흩으셨습니다.
11 The heavens are yours. The earth also is yours, the world and its fullness. You have founded them.The heavens are thine, the earth also is thine: The world and the fulness thereof, thou hast founded them.하늘이 주의 것이요, 땅도 주의 것이니, 세계와 그 안에 가득한 것을 주께서 세우셨습니다.
12 You have created the north and the south. Tabor and Hermon rejoice in your name.The north and the south, thou hast created them: Tabor and Hermon rejoice in thy name.북쪽과 남쪽을 주께서 창조하셨으니, 다볼과 헤르몬이 주의 이름으로 즐거워합니다.
13 You have a mighty arm. Your hand is strong, and your right hand is exalted.Thou hast a mighty arm; Strong is thy hand, and high is thy right hand.주께는 능력 있는 팔이 있고, 주의 손은 강하며, 주의 오른손은 높이 들렸습니다.
14 Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne. Loving kindness and truth go before your face.Righteousness and justice are the foundation of thy throne: Lovingkindness and truth go before thy face.의와 공의가 주의 보좌의 기초요, 인자와 진리가 주 앞에 행합니다.
15 Blessed are the people who learn to acclaim you. They walk in the light of your presence, Yahweh.Blessed is the people that know the joyful sound: They walk, O Jehovah, in the light of thy countenance.즐겁게 외쳐 찬양할 줄 아는 백성은 복이 있습니다. 여호와여, 그들이 주의 얼굴 빛 가운데 걸어갑니다.
16 In your name they rejoice all day. In your righteousness, they are exalted.In thy name do they rejoice all the day; And in thy righteousness are they exalted.그들은 종일토록 주의 이름으로 즐거워하고, 주의 의로 말미암아 높이 들립니다.
17 For you are the glory of their strength. In your favor, our horn will be exalted.For thou art the glory of their strength; And in thy favor our horn shall be exalted.주는 그들의 힘의 영광이시니, 주의 은혜로 우리의 뿔이 높이 들릴 것입니다.
18 For our shield belongs to Yahweh, our king to the Holy One of Israel.For our shield belongeth unto Jehovah; And our king to the Holy One of Israel.우리의 방패는 여호와께 속하였고, 우리의 왕은 이스라엘의 거룩하신 분께 속하였습니다.
19 Then you spoke in vision to your saints, and said, “ I have given strength to the warrior. I have exalted a young man from the people.Then thou spakest in vision to thy saints, And saidst, I have laid help upon one that is mighty; I have exalted one chosen out of the people.그때에 주께서 환상 가운데 주의 성도들에게 말씀하시며 이르셨습니다. "내가 한 용사에게 힘을 베풀고, 백성 가운데서 한 젊은이를 높이 세웠다.
20 I have found David, my servant. I have anointed him with my holy oil,I have found David my servant; With my holy oil have I anointed him:내가 내 종 다윗을 찾아내어, 나의 거룩한 기름으로 그에게 기름 부었다.
21 with whom my hand shall be established. My arm will also strengthen him.With whom my hand shall be established; Mine arm also shall strengthen him.내 손이 그와 함께 굳게 서고, 내 팔이 또한 그를 강하게 하리라.
22 No enemy will tax him. No wicked man will oppress him.The enemy shall not exact from him, Nor the son of wickedness afflict him.어떤 원수도 그에게서 강제로 빼앗지 못하고, 어떤 악한 자도 그를 압제하지 못하리라.
23 I will beat down his adversaries before him, and strike those who hate him.And I will beat down his adversaries before him, And smite them that hate him.내가 그 앞에서 그의 대적들을 쳐부수고, 그를 미워하는 자들을 치리라.
24 But my faithfulness and my loving kindness will be with him. In my name, his horn will be exalted.But my faithfulness and my lovingkindness shall be with him; And in my name shall his horn be exalted.그러나 나의 신실하심과 나의 인자하심이 그와 함께 있으리니, 내 이름으로 그의 뿔이 높이 들리리라.
25 I will set his hand also on the sea, and his right hand on the rivers.I will set his hand also on the sea, And his right hand on the rivers.내가 그의 손을 바다 위에, 그의 오른손을 강들 위에 두리라.
26 He will call to me, ‘ You are my Father, my God, and the rock of my salvation!’He shall cry unto me, Thou art my Father, My God, and the rock of my salvation.그가 내게 부르짖기를 '주는 나의 아버지시요, 나의 하나님이시요, 내 구원의 반석이십니다!' 하리라.
27 I will also appoint him my firstborn, the highest of the kings of the earth.I also will make him my first-born, The highest of the kings of the earth.내가 또한 그를 나의 맏아들로 삼고, 땅의 왕들 가운데 가장 높은 자로 세우리라.
28 I will keep my loving kindness for him forever more. My covenant will stand firm with him.My lovingkindness will I keep for him for evermore; And my covenant shall stand fast with him.내가 그를 위하여 나의 인자하심을 영원히 지키고, 나의 언약을 그와 함께 굳게 세우리라.
29 I will also make his offspring endure forever, and his throne as the days of heaven.His seed also will I make to endure for ever, And his throne as the days of heaven.내가 또한 그의 후손을 영원히 지속하게 하고, 그의 보좌를 하늘의 날들처럼 영원하게 하리라.
30 If his children forsake my law, and don’t walk in my ordinances;If his children forsake my law, And walk not in mine ordinances;만일 그의 자손들이 내 율법을 버리고, 내 법도를 따라 걷지 아니하며,
31 if they break my statutes, and don’t keep my commandments;If they break my statutes, And keep not my commandments;만일 그들이 내 규례를 어기고, 내 계명을 지키지 아니하면,
32 then I will punish their sin with the rod, and their iniquity with stripes.Then will I visit their transgression with the rod, And their iniquity with stripes.내가 회초리로 그들의 죄를 벌하고, 채찍으로 그들의 죄악을 다스리리라.
33 But I will not completely take my loving kindness from him, nor allow my faithfulness to fail.But my lovingkindness will I not utterly take from him, Nor suffer my faithfulness to fail.그러나 내가 그에게서 나의 인자하심을 완전히 거두지 아니하고, 나의 신실하심이 무너지도록 두지 아니하리라.
34 I will not break my covenant, nor alter what my lips have uttered.My covenant will I not break, Nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips.내가 내 언약을 깨뜨리지 아니하고, 내 입술에서 나온 말을 바꾸지 아니하리라.
35 Once I have sworn by my holiness, I will not lie to David.Once have I sworn by my holiness: I will not lie unto David:내가 한 번 나의 거룩함으로 맹세하였으니, 다윗에게 거짓말하지 아니하리라.
36 His offspring will endure forever, his throne like the sun before me.His seed shall endure for ever, And his throne as the sun before me.그의 후손이 영원히 이어지고, 그의 보좌가 내 앞에서 해처럼 항상 있으리라.
37 It will be established forever like the moon, the faithful witness in the sky.” Selah.It shall be established for ever as the moon, And as the faithful witness in the sky. [Selah그것이 하늘의 신실한 증인인 달처럼 영원히 굳게 서리라." (셀라)
38 But you have rejected and spurned. You have been angry with your anointed.But thou hast cast off and rejected, Thou hast been wroth with thine anointed.그러나 주께서 버리시고 물리치셨으며, 주의 기름 부은 자에게 진노하셨습니다.
39 You have renounced the covenant of your servant. You have defiled his crown in the dust.Thou hast abhorred the covenant of thy servant: Thou hast profaned his crown by casting it to the ground.주께서 주의 종의 언약을 폐하시고, 그의 면류관을 티끌에 던져 더럽히셨습니다.
40 You have broken down all his hedges. You have brought his strongholds to ruin.Thou hast broken down all his hedges; Thou hast brought his strongholds to ruin.주께서 그의 모든 울타리를 허무시고, 그의 견고한 성들을 폐허로 만드셨습니다.
41 All who pass by the way rob him. He has become a reproach to his neighbors.All that pass by the way rob him: He is become a reproach to his neighbors.길로 지나가는 모든 자가 그를 약탈하니, 그가 이웃들에게 조롱거리가 되었습니다.
42 You have exalted the right hand of his adversaries. You have made all of his enemies rejoice.Thou hast exalted the right hand of his adversaries; Thou hast made all his enemies to rejoice.주께서 그의 대적들의 오른손을 높이시고, 그의 모든 원수들을 기쁘게 하셨습니다.
43 Yes, you turn back the edge of his sword, and haven’t supported him in battle.Yea, thou turnest back the edge of his sword, And hast not made him to stand in the battle.참으로 주께서 그의 칼날을 무디게 하시고, 싸움에서 그를 붙들어 주지 아니하셨습니다.
44 You have ended his splendor, and thrown his throne down to the ground.Thou hast made his brightness to cease, And cast his throne down to the ground.주께서 그의 영광을 끊으시고, 그의 보좌를 땅에 내던지셨습니다.
45 You have shortened the days of his youth. You have covered him with shame. Selah.The days of his youth hast thou shortened: Thou hast covered him with shame. [Selah주께서 그의 젊은 날들을 짧게 하시고, 수치로 그를 덮으셨습니다. (셀라)
46 How long, Yahweh? Will you hide yourself forever? Will your wrath burn like fire?How long, O Jehovah? wilt thou hide thyself for ever? How long shall thy wrath burn like fire?여호와여, 어느 때까지입니까? 주께서 영원히 스스로 숨으시겠습니까? 주의 진노가 불처럼 타오르겠습니까?
47 Remember how short my time is, for what vanity you have created all the children of men!Oh remember how short my time is: For what vanity hast thou created all the children of men!내 인생이 얼마나 짧은지 기억하소서! 주께서 모든 사람을 어찌 헛되이 창조하셨겠습니까!
48 What man is he who shall live and not see death, who shall deliver his soul from the power of Sheol? Selah.What man is he that shall live and not see death, That shall deliver his soul from the power of Sheol? [Selah어떤 사람이 살아서 죽음을 보지 아니하며, 그 영혼을 스올의 권세에서 건져낼 수 있겠습니까? (셀라)
49 Lord, where are your former loving kindnesses, which you swore to David in your faithfulness?Lord, where are thy former lovingkindnesses, Which thou swarest unto David in thy faithfulness?주여, 주께서 주의 신실하심으로 다윗에게 맹세하셨던 옛날의 인자하심이 어디에 있습니까?
50 Remember, Lord, the reproach of your servants, how I bear in my heart the taunts of all the mighty peoples,Remember, Lord, the reproach of thy servants; How I do bear in my bosom the reproach of all the mighty peoples,주여, 주의 종들이 받는 비방을 기억하소서. 내가 모든 강한 백성의 조롱을 내 마음에 품고 있습니다.
51 With which your enemies have mocked, Yahweh, with which they have mocked the footsteps of your anointed one.Wherewith thine enemies have reproached, O Jehovah, Wherewith they have reproached the footsteps of thine anointed.여호와여, 주의 원수들이 조롱하였고, 주의 기름 부은 자의 발걸음을 조롱하였습니다.
52 Blessed be Yahweh forever more. Amen, and Amen.Blessed be Jehovah for evermore. Amen, and Amen.여호와를 영원히 찬송하리이다. 아멘, 아멘.
