1 The heavens declare the glory of God. The expanse shows his handiwork.The heavens declare the glory of God; And the firmament showeth his handiwork.지휘자를 위한 노래. 다윗의 시. 하늘이 하나님의 영광을 선포하고, 광활한 창공이 그분의 손으로 지으신 일을 드러냅니다.
2 Day after day they pour out speech, and night after night they display knowledge.Day unto day uttereth speech, And night unto night showeth knowledge.날마다 그 말씀을 쏟아 내고, 밤마다 그 지식을 펼쳐 보입니다.
3 There is no speech nor language where their voice is not heard.There is no speech nor language; Their voice is not heard.말도 없고 언어도 없어, 그 소리가 들리지 않는 곳이 없습니다.
4 Their voice has gone out through all the earth, their words to the end of the world. In them he has set a tent for the sun,Their line is gone out through all the earth, And their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun,그 소리는 온 땅에 퍼져 나가고, 그 말은 세상 끝까지 이릅니다. 하나님은 그 하늘 가운데 해를 위해 장막을 두셨는데,
5 which is as a bridegroom coming out of his room, like a strong man rejoicing to run his course.Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, And rejoiceth as a strong man to run his course.그 해는 신방에서 나오는 신랑과 같고, 자기 길을 달리려고 기뻐하는 용사와 같습니다.
6 His going out is from the end of the heavens, his circuit to its ends. There is nothing hidden from its heat.His going forth is from the end of the heavens, And his circuit unto the ends of it; And there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.해는 하늘 이 끝에서 떠올라 저 끝까지 돌아가니, 그 열기에서 숨을 수 있는 것은 아무것도 없습니다.
7 Yahweh’s law is perfect, restoring the soul. Yahweh’s covenant is sure, making wise the simple.The law of Jehovah is perfect, restoring the soul: The testimony of Jehovah is sure, making wise the simple.여호와의 율법은 완전하여 영혼을 되살리고, 여호와의 증거는 확실하여 어리석은 자를 지혜롭게 합니다.
8 Yahweh’s precepts are right, rejoicing the heart. Yahweh’s commandment is pure, enlightening the eyes.The precepts of Jehovah are right, rejoicing the heart: The commandment of Jehovah is pure, enlightening the eyes.여호와의 교훈은 바르므로 마음을 기쁘게 하고, 여호와의 계명은 순결하므로 눈을 밝게 합니다.
9 The fear of Yahweh is clean, enduring forever. Yahweh’s ordinances are true, and righteous altogether.The fear of Jehovah is clean, enduring for ever: The ordinances of Jehovah are true, and righteous altogether.여호와를 경외함은 깨끗하여 영원히 지속되고, 여호와의 법도는 참되어 모두 의롭습니다.
10 They are more to be desired than gold, yes, than much fine gold, sweeter also than honey and the extract of the honeycomb.More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold; Sweeter also than honey and the droppings of the honeycomb.그것들은 금보다, 정금이 아무리 많아도 그보다 더 사모할 만하며, 꿀보다, 송이꿀에서 떨어지는 것보다 더 달콤합니다.
11 Moreover your servant is warned by them. In keeping them there is great reward.Moreover by them is thy servant warned: In keeping them there is great reward.또한 그것들로 주의 종이 경고를 받으니, 그것들을 지키면 큰 상이 있습니다.
12 Who can discern his errors? Forgive me from hidden errors.Who can discern his errors? Clear thou me from hidden faults.누가 자기 허물을 깨달을 수 있겠습니까? 숨은 허물에서 저를 용서해 주십시오.
13 Keep back your servant also from presumptuous sins. Let them not have dominion over me. Then I will be upright. I will be blameless and innocent of great transgression.Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins; Let them not have dominion over me: Then shall I be upright, And I shall be clear from great transgression.주의 종을 교만한 죄에서도 지켜 주셔서, 그것들이 저를 다스리지 못하게 하십시오. 그러면 제가 흠 없이 서고, 큰 허물에서 깨끗하고 죄 없게 될 것입니다.
14 Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, Yahweh, my rock, and my redeemer.Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be acceptable in thy sight, O Jehovah, my rock, and my redeemer.여호와여, 저의 반석이시며 저의 구속자시여, 제 입의 말과 제 마음의 묵상이 주께서 보시기에 받으실 만하기를 바랍니다.
