2 As smoke is driven away, so drive them away. As wax melts before the fire, so let the wicked perish at the presence of God.As smoke is driven away, so drive them away: As wax melteth before the fire, So let the wicked perish at the presence of God.연기가 흩날려 사라지듯이 그들을 몰아내소서. 불 앞에서 밀랍이 녹아내리듯이 악인들이 하나님 앞에서 멸망하게 하소서.
3 But let the righteous be glad. Let them rejoice before God. Yes, let them rejoice with gladness.But let the righteous be glad; let them exult before God: Yea, let them rejoice with gladness.그러나 의인들은 기뻐하게 하소서. 하나님 앞에서 즐거워하게 하소서. 그렇습니다, 그들이 기쁨으로 즐거워하게 하소서.
4 Sing to God! Sing praises to his name! Extol him who rides on the clouds: to Yah, his name! Rejoice before him!Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: Cast up a highway for him that rideth through the deserts; His name is Jehovah; and exult ye before him.하나님께 노래하라! 그분의 이름을 찬양하라! 구름을 타고 다니시는 분을 높이라. 그분의 이름은 여호와이시니, 그분 앞에서 기뻐하라!
5 A father of the fatherless, and a defender of the widows, is God in his holy habitation.A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, Is God in his holy habitation.아버지 없는 자들의 아버지요 과부들을 변호하시는 분이 그분의 거룩한 처소에 계신 하나님이시다.
6 God sets the lonely in families. He brings out the prisoners with singing, but the rebellious dwell in a sun-scorched land.God setteth the solitary in families: He bringeth out the prisoners into prosperity; But the rebellious dwell in a parched land.하나님은 외로운 자들을 가정 안에 두시며, 갇힌 자들을 노래와 함께 이끌어 내신다. 그러나 반역하는 자들은 메마른 땅에 거한다.
7 God, when you went out before your people, when you marched through the wilderness... Selah.O God, when thou wentest forth before thy people, When thou didst march through the wilderness; [Selah하나님이여, 주께서 주의 백성 앞에서 나아가실 때, 주께서 광야를 행진하여 지나가실 때… 셀라.
8 The earth trembled. The sky also poured down rain at the presence of the God of Sinai— at the presence of God, the God of Israel.The earth trembled, The heavens also dropped rain at the presence of God: Yon Sinai trembled at the presence of God, the God of Israel.땅이 떨었습니다. 하늘도 시내 산의 하나님 앞에서 비를 쏟아 내렸으니, 곧 하나님, 이스라엘의 하나님 앞에서였습니다.
9 You, God, sent a plentiful rain. You confirmed your inheritance when it was weary.Thou, O God, didst send a plentiful rain, Thou didst confirm thine inheritance, when it was weary.하나님이여, 주께서 풍성한 비를 보내 주셨습니다. 주의 기업이 지쳤을 때에 주께서 그것을 굳건하게 하셨습니다.
10 Your congregation lived therein. You, God, prepared your goodness for the poor.Thy congregation dwelt therein: Thou, O God, didst prepare of thy goodness for the poor.주의 회중이 그 안에 거하였습니다. 하나님이여, 주께서 가난한 자를 위하여 주의 선하심을 예비하셨습니다.
11 The Lord announced the word. The ones who proclaim it are a great company.The Lord giveth the word: The women that publish the tidings are a great host.주께서 말씀을 선포하셨다. 그것을 전하는 자들이 큰 무리를 이룬다.
12 “Kings of armies flee! They flee!” She who waits at home divides the plunder,Kings of armies flee, they flee; And she that tarrieth at home divideth the spoil.“군대의 왕들이 도망간다! 그들이 도망간다!” 집에 머물러 기다리던 여인이 전리품을 나눈다.
13 while you sleep among the camp fires, the wings of a dove sheathed with silver, her feathers with shining gold.When ye lie among the sheepfolds, It is as the wings of a dove covered with silver, And her pinions with yellow gold.너희가 모닥불 가에 누워 잘 때에, 비둘기의 날개는 은으로 덮이고 그 깃털은 빛나는 금으로 입혀졌다.
14 When the Almighty scattered kings in her, it snowed on Zalmon.When the Almighty scattered kings therein, It was as when it snoweth in Zalmon.전능하신 분이 그 안에서 왕들을 흩으실 때에, 살몬 산에 눈이 내렸다.
15 The mountains of Bashan are majestic mountains. The mountains of Bashan are rugged.A mountain of God is the mountain of Bashan; A high mountain is the mountain of Bashan.바산의 산들은 웅장한 산들이다. 바산의 산들은 험준하다.
16 Why do you look in envy, you rugged mountains, at the mountain where God chooses to reign? Yes, Yahweh will dwell there forever.Why look ye askance, ye high mountains, At the mountain which God hath desired for his abode? Yea, Jehovah will dwell in it for ever.험준한 산들아, 어찌하여 하나님께서 다스리시려고 택하신 산을 시기하여 바라보느냐? 그렇다, 여호와께서 거기 영원히 거하시리라.
17 The chariots of God are tens of thousands and thousands of thousands. The Lord is among them, from Sinai, into the sanctuary.The chariots of God are twenty thousand, even thousands upon thousands: The Lord is among them, as in Sinai, in the sanctuary.하나님의 병거는 수만이요 천천이다. 주께서 그들 가운데 계시니, 시내 산에서부터 성소로 들어가신다.
18 You have ascended on high. You have led away captives. You have received gifts among people, yes, among the rebellious also, that Yah God might dwell there.Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led away captives; Thou hast received gifts among men, Yea, among the rebellious also, that Jehovah God might dwell with them.주께서 높은 곳으로 오르셨습니다. 주께서 사로잡힌 자들을 이끌고 가셨습니다. 주께서 사람들 가운데서, 그렇습니다 반역하는 자들 가운데서도 선물을 받으셨으니, 여호와 하나님께서 거기 거하시려 함입니다.
19 Blessed be the Lord, who daily bears our burdens, even the God who is our salvation. Selah.Blessed be the Lord, who daily beareth our burden, Even the God who is our salvation. [Selah주를 찬송하라. 그분은 날마다 우리의 짐을 지시는 분, 곧 우리의 구원이신 하나님이시다. 셀라.
20 God is to us a God of deliverance. To Yahweh, the Lord, belongs escape from death.God is unto us a God of deliverances; And unto Jehovah the Lord belongeth escape from death.하나님은 우리에게 구원의 하나님이시다. 주 여호와께는 죽음에서 벗어나는 길이 속하여 있다.
21 But God will strike through the head of his enemies, the hairy scalp of such a one as still continues in his guiltiness.But God will smite through the head of his enemies, The hairy scalp of such a one as goeth on still in his guiltiness.그러나 하나님은 그분의 원수들의 머리를 치시리니, 여전히 죄 가운데 행하는 자의 털 많은 정수리를 치시리라.
22 The Lord said, “ I will bring you again from Bashan, I will bring you again from the depths of the sea,The Lord said, I will bring again from Bashan, I will bring them again from the depths of the sea;주께서 말씀하셨다. “내가 너를 바산에서 다시 데려오며, 바다 깊은 곳에서 다시 데려오리니,
23 that you may crush them, dipping your foot in blood, that the tongues of your dogs may have their portion from your enemies.”That thou mayest crush them, dipping thy foot in blood, That the tongue of thy dogs may have its portion from thine enemies.네가 그들을 짓밟아 네 발을 피에 적시며, 네 개들의 혀가 네 원수들에게서 제 몫을 얻게 하리라.”
24 They have seen your processions, God, even the processions of my God, my King, into the sanctuary.They have seen thy goings, O God, Even the goings of my God, my King, into the sanctuary.하나님이여, 그들이 주의 행진을 보았으니, 곧 나의 하나님, 나의 왕께서 성소로 들어가시는 행진을 보았습니다.
25 The singers went before, the minstrels followed after, among the ladies playing with tambourines,The singers went before, the minstrels followed after, In the midst of the damsels playing with timbrels.노래하는 자들이 앞서가고 악기를 타는 자들이 뒤따랐으며, 그 가운데서 여인들이 소고를 치며 나아갔다.
26 “Bless God in the congregations, even the Lord in the assembly of Israel!”Bless ye God in the congregations, Even the Lord, ye that are of the fountain of Israel.“회중 가운데서 하나님을 송축하라, 곧 이스라엘의 모임 가운데서 주를 송축하라!”
27 There is little Benjamin, their ruler, the princes of Judah, their council, the princes of Zebulun, and the princes of Naphtali.There is little Benjamin their ruler, The princes of Judah and their council, The princes of Zebulun, the princes of Naphtali.거기에 작은 베냐민이 그들을 다스리고, 유다의 고관들이 그들의 무리를 이루며, 스불론의 고관들과 납달리의 고관들이 있다.
28 Your God has commanded your strength. Strengthen, God, that which you have done for us.Thy God hath commanded thy strength: Strengthen, O God, that which thou hast wrought for us.너의 하나님이 너의 힘을 명하셨다. 하나님이여, 우리를 위하여 이루신 일을 굳건하게 하소서.
29 Because of your temple at Jerusalem, kings shall bring presents to you.Because of thy temple at Jerusalem Kings shall bring presents unto thee.예루살렘에 있는 주의 성전으로 인하여 왕들이 주께 예물을 가져오리이다.
30 Rebuke the wild animal of the reeds, the multitude of the bulls with the calves of the peoples. Trample under foot the bars of silver. Scatter the nations who delight in war.Rebuke the wild beast of the reeds, The multitude of the bulls, with the calves of the peoples, Trampling under foot the pieces of silver: He hath scattered the peoples that delight in war.갈대밭의 들짐승과 황소 떼와 민족들의 송아지를 꾸짖으소서. 그것들이 낮아져 은 덩어리를 바치게 하소서. 전쟁을 즐기는 민족들을 흩으소서.
31 Princes shall come out of Egypt. Ethiopia shall hurry to stretch out her hands to God.Princes shall come out of Egypt; Ethiopia shall haste to stretch out her hands unto God.고관들이 이집트에서 나아오며, 구스가 서둘러 하나님께 그 손을 내밀리이다.
32 Sing to God, you kingdoms of the earth! Sing praises to the Lord— Selah—Sing unto God, ye kingdoms of the earth; Oh sing praises unto the Lord; [Selah땅의 왕국들아, 하나님께 노래하라! 주를 찬양하라! 셀라.
33 to him who rides on the heaven of heavens, which are of old; behold, he utters his voice, a mighty voice.To him that rideth upon the heaven of heavens, which are of old; Lo, he uttereth his voice, a mighty voice.옛적부터 계신 하늘들의 하늘을 타고 다니시는 분께 노래하라. 보라, 그분이 그분의 음성을 발하시니 능력 있는 음성이로다.
34 Ascribe strength to God! His excellency is over Israel, his strength is in the skies.Ascribe ye strength unto God: His excellency is over Israel, And his strength is in the skies.하나님께 능력을 돌리라! 그분의 위엄이 이스라엘 위에 있고, 그분의 능력이 하늘에 있도다.
35 You are awesome, God, in your sanctuaries. The God of Israel gives strength and power to his people. Praise be to God!O God, thou art terrible out of thy holy places: The God of Israel, he giveth strength and power unto his people. Blessed be God.하나님이여, 주는 주의 성소에서 두려우신 분이십니다. 이스라엘의 하나님께서 그분의 백성에게 힘과 능력을 주시니, 하나님을 찬송하라!
