1 The Mighty One, God, Yahweh, speaks, and calls the earth from sunrise to sunset.The Mighty One, God, Jehovah, hath spoken, And called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof.아삽의 시. 전능하신 분, 하나님, 여호와께서 말씀하시며, 해 뜨는 곳에서부터 해 지는 곳까지 온 땅을 부르신다.
2 Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God shines out.Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined forth.아름다움이 완전한 곳 시온에서 하나님께서 빛을 비추신다.
3 Our God comes, and does not keep silent. A fire devours before him. It is very stormy around him.Our God cometh, and doth not keep silence: A fire devoureth before him, And it is very tempestuous round about him.우리 하나님께서 오시며, 잠잠하지 않으신다. 그 앞에는 불이 삼키고, 그 둘레에는 폭풍이 거세게 인다.
4 He calls to the heavens above, to the earth, that he may judge his people:He calleth to the heavens above, And to the earth, that he may judge his people:그분께서 위로는 하늘을, 아래로는 땅을 부르시니, 자기 백성을 심판하시려는 것이다.
5 “Gather my saints together to me, those who have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.”Gather my saints together unto me, Those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.“나의 성도들, 곧 제물로 나와 언약을 맺은 자들을 내 앞에 함께 모으라.”
6 The heavens shall declare his righteousness, for God himself is judge. Selah.And the heavens shall declare his righteousness; For God is judge himself. [ Selah하늘이 그분의 의를 선포하리니, 하나님 자신이 심판자이시기 때문이다. (셀라)
7 “ Hear, my people, and I will speak. Israel, I will testify against you. I am God, your God.Hear, O my people, and I will speak; O Israel, and I will testify unto thee: I am God, even thy God.“내 백성아, 들으라. 내가 말하겠다. 이스라엘아, 내가 너희에게 증언하겠다. 나는 하나님, 곧 너의 하나님이다.
8 I don’t rebuke you for your sacrifices. Your burnt offerings are continually before me.I will not reprove thee for thy sacrifices; And thy burnt-offerings are continually before me.나는 너의 제물 때문에 너를 책망하는 것이 아니다. 너의 번제는 늘 내 앞에 있다.
9 I have no need for a bull from your stall, nor male goats from your pens.I will take no bullock out of thy house, Nor he-goats out of thy folds.나는 너의 외양간에서 나온 수송아지도, 너의 우리에서 나온 숫염소도 필요하지 않다.
10 For every animal of the forest is mine, and the livestock on a thousand hills.For every beast of the forest is mine, And the cattle upon a thousand hills.숲의 모든 짐승이 내 것이며, 천 개의 언덕 위 가축도 다 내 것이기 때문이다.
11 I know all the birds of the mountains. The wild animals of the field are mine.I know all the birds of the mountains; And the wild beasts of the field are mine.산의 모든 새를 내가 알고, 들의 들짐승도 다 내 것이다.
12 If I were hungry, I would not tell you, for the world is mine, and all that is in it.If I were hungry, I would not tell thee; For the world is mine, and the fulness thereof.내가 굶주린다 해도 너에게 말하지 않겠다. 세상과 그 안에 가득한 모든 것이 내 것이기 때문이다.
13 Will I eat the meat of bulls, or drink the blood of goats?Will I eat the flesh of bulls, Or drink the blood of goats?내가 수소의 고기를 먹거나 염소의 피를 마시겠느냐?
14 Offer to God the sacrifice of thanksgiving. Pay your vows to the Most High.Offer unto God the sacrifice of thanksgiving; And pay thy vows unto the Most High;하나님께 감사의 제물을 드리고, 지극히 높으신 분께 너의 서원을 갚으라.
15 Call on me in the day of trouble. I will deliver you, and you will honor me.”And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.환난 날에 나를 부르라. 내가 너를 건지리니, 너는 나를 영화롭게 하리라.”
16 But to the wicked God says, “ What right do you have to declare my statutes, that you have taken my covenant on your lips,But unto the wicked God saith, What hast thou to do to declare my statutes, And that thou hast taken my covenant in thy mouth,그러나 악인에게는 하나님께서 말씀하신다. “네가 무슨 자격으로 내 율례를 선포하며, 어찌하여 내 언약을 네 입에 담느냐?
17 since you hate instruction, and throw my words behind you?Seeing that thou hatest instruction, And castest my words behind thee?너는 교훈을 미워하고, 내 말을 네 등 뒤로 던져 버리지 않았느냐.
18 When you saw a thief, you consented with him, and have participated with adulterers.When thou sawest a thief, thou consentedst with him, And hast been partaker with adulterers.너는 도둑을 보면 그와 한편이 되고, 간음하는 자들과 어울렸다.
19 “ You give your mouth to evil. Your tongue frames deceit.Thou givest thy mouth to evil, And thy tongue frameth deceit.너는 네 입을 악에 내맡기고, 네 혀로는 속임수를 꾸민다.
20 You sit and speak against your brother. You slander your own mother’s son.Thou sittest and speakest against thy brother; Thou slanderest thine own mother’s son.너는 앉아서 네 형제를 비방하고, 네 어머니의 아들을 헐뜯는다.
21 You have done these things, and I kept silent. You thought that I was just like you. I will rebuke you, and accuse you in front of your eyes.These things hast thou done, and I kept silence; Thou thoughtest that I was altogether such a one as thyself: But I will reprove thee, and set them in order before thine eyes.네가 이런 일들을 행하였어도 내가 잠잠하였더니, 너는 내가 너와 똑같은 줄로 여겼다. 그러나 내가 너를 책망하고, 네 눈앞에 네 죄를 낱낱이 들춰내겠다.
22 “ Now consider this, you who forget God, lest I tear you into pieces, and there be no one to deliver.Now consider this, ye that forget God, Lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none to deliver:하나님을 잊어버린 너희여, 이제 이것을 깊이 생각하라. 그렇지 않으면 내가 너희를 갈기갈기 찢으리니, 건져 낼 자가 아무도 없으리라.
23 Whoever offers the sacrifice of thanksgiving glorifies me, and prepares his way so that I will show God’s salvation to him.”Whoso offereth the sacrifice of thanksgiving glorifieth me; And to him that ordereth his way aright Will I show the salvation of God.감사의 제물을 드리는 자는 나를 영화롭게 하며, 자기 길을 바르게 예비하는 자에게는 내가 하나님의 구원을 보이리라.”
