4 Their poison is like the poison of a snake, like a deaf cobra that stops its ear,Their poison is like the poison of a serpent: They are like the deaf adder that stoppeth her ear,그들의 독은 뱀의 독과 같으니, 마치 제 귀를 막은 귀먹은 독사와 같아서,
5 which doesn’t listen to the voice of charmers, no matter how skillful the charmer may be.Which hearkeneth not to the voice of charmers, Charming never so wisely.술사의 소리를 듣지 아니하니, 그 술사가 아무리 능숙하게 마술을 부려도 소용이 없다.
6 Break their teeth, God, in their mouth. Break out the great teeth of the young lions, Yahweh.Break their teeth, O God, in their mouth: Break out the great teeth of the young lions, O Jehovah.하나님이여, 그들의 입에서 그 이빨을 부러뜨려 주소서. 여호와여, 젊은 사자들의 큰 어금니를 꺾어 내소서.
7 Let them vanish like water that flows away. When they draw the bow, let their arrows be made blunt.Let them melt away as water that runneth apace: When he aimeth his arrows, let them be as though they were cut off.그들이 흘러가 버리는 물처럼 사라지게 하소서. 그들이 활을 당길 때에 그 화살이 무디어지게 하소서.

11 so that men shall say, “Most certainly there is a reward for the righteous. Most certainly there is a God who judges the earth.”So that men shall say, Verily there is a reward for the righteous: Verily there is a God that judgeth in the earth.그리하여 사람들이 말하리라. "진실로 의인에게는 상이 있도다. 진실로 이 땅을 심판하시는 하나님이 계시도다."
