1 Make a joyful shout to God, all the earth!Make a joyful noise unto God, all the earth:지휘자를 위한 노래, 시. 온 땅이여, 하나님께 기쁨의 함성을 올려 드리라!
2 Sing to the glory of his name! Offer glory and praise!Sing forth the glory of his name: Make his praise glorious.그분 이름의 영광을 노래하라! 영광과 찬양을 올려 드리라!
3 Tell God, “ How awesome are your deeds! Through the greatness of your power, your enemies submit themselves to you.Say unto God, How terrible are thy works! Through the greatness of thy power shall thine enemies submit themselves unto thee.하나님께 아뢰라. "주께서 하신 일이 얼마나 두려운지요! 주의 크신 능력으로 인하여 주의 원수들이 주께 굴복합니다.
4 All the earth will worship you, and will sing to you; they will sing to your name.” Selah.All the earth shall worship thee, And shall sing unto thee; They shall sing to thy name. [ Selah온 땅이 주를 경배하며 주를 향해 노래할 것이며, 주의 이름을 노래할 것입니다." (셀라)
5 Come, and see God’s deeds — awesome work on behalf of the children of men.Come, and see the works of God; He is terrible in his doing toward the children of men.와서 하나님께서 하신 일을 보라. 사람의 자녀들을 위하여 행하신 그 일이 두렵도다.
6 He turned the sea into dry land. They went through the river on foot. There, we rejoiced in him.He turned the sea into dry land; They went through the river on foot: There did we rejoice in him.그분은 바다를 마른 땅으로 바꾸셨다. 사람들이 강을 걸어서 건넜으니, 거기서 우리가 그분 안에서 기뻐하였다.
7 He rules by his might forever. His eyes watch the nations. Don’t let the rebellious rise up against him. Selah.He ruleth by his might for ever; His eyes observe the nations: Let not the rebellious exalt themselves. [ Selah그분은 자기 권능으로 영원토록 다스리시며, 그분의 눈은 뭇 나라를 지켜보신다. 거역하는 자들이 그분을 대적하여 일어나지 못하게 하라. (셀라)
8 Praise our God, you peoples! Make the sound of his praise heard,Oh bless our God, ye peoples, And make the voice of his praise to be heard;뭇 백성들아, 우리 하나님을 찬양하라! 그분을 찬양하는 소리가 들리게 하라.
9 who preserves our life among the living, and doesn’t allow our feet to be moved.Who holdeth our soul in life, And suffereth not our feet to be moved.그분은 우리의 생명을 살아 있는 자들 가운데 보존하시며, 우리 발이 흔들리지 않게 하신다.
10 For you, God, have tested us. You have refined us, as silver is refined.For thou, O God, hast proved us: Thou hast tried us, as silver is tried.하나님이시여, 주께서 우리를 시험하셨고, 은을 단련하듯 우리를 단련하셨습니다.
11 You brought us into prison. You laid a burden on our backs.Thou broughtest us into the net; Thou layedst a sore burden upon our loins.주께서 우리를 감옥으로 데려가셨고, 우리 등에 무거운 짐을 지우셨습니다.
12 You allowed men to ride over our heads. We went through fire and through water, but you brought us to the place of abundance.Thou didst cause men to ride over our heads; We went through fire and through water; But thou broughtest us out into a wealthy place.주께서 사람들이 우리 머리 위를 타고 넘어가도록 허락하셨습니다. 우리가 불과 물을 지나갔으나, 주께서 우리를 풍요로운 곳으로 인도하셨습니다.
13 I will come into your temple with burnt offerings. I will pay my vows to you,I will come into thy house with burnt-offerings; I will pay thee my vows,내가 번제물을 가지고 주의 성전에 들어가, 주께 나의 서원을 갚겠습니다.
14 which my lips promised, and my mouth spoke, when I was in distress.Which my lips uttered, And my mouth spake, when I was in distress.내가 환난 가운데 있을 때 내 입술이 약속하고 내 입이 말했던 그 서원입니다.
15 I will offer to you burnt offerings of fat animals, with the offering of rams, I will offer bulls with goats. Selah.I will offer unto thee burnt-offerings of fatlings, With the incense of rams; I will offer bullocks with goats. [ Selah내가 살진 짐승의 번제를 주께 드리며, 숫양을 드리고, 수소와 염소를 드리겠습니다. (셀라)
16 Come and hear, all you who fear God. I will declare what he has done for my soul.Come, and hear, all ye that fear God, And I will declare what he hath done for my soul.하나님을 경외하는 모든 자들아, 와서 들으라. 그분이 내 영혼을 위하여 하신 일을 내가 선포하리라.
17 I cried to him with my mouth. He was extolled with my tongue.I cried unto him with my mouth, And he was extolled with my tongue.내가 입으로 그분께 부르짖었고, 내 혀로 그분을 높였다.
18 If I cherished sin in my heart, the Lord wouldn’t have listened.If I regard iniquity in my heart, The Lord will not hear:내가 마음속에 죄악을 품었더라면, 주께서 듣지 않으셨으리라.
19 But most certainly, God has listened. He has heard the voice of my prayer.But verily God hath heard; He hath attended to the voice of my prayer.그러나 참으로 분명히, 하나님이 들으셨다. 그분이 내 기도의 소리를 들으셨다.
20 Blessed be God, who has not turned away my prayer, nor his loving kindness from me.Blessed be God, Who hath not turned away my prayer, Nor his lovingkindness from me.하나님을 찬송하리라. 그분은 내 기도를 물리치지 않으셨고, 그분의 인자하심을 내게서 거두지 않으셨도다.
