1 Give ear to my words, Yahweh. Consider my meditation.Give ear to my words, O Jehovah, Consider my meditation.(지휘자를 위하여, 피리에 맞춘 노래. 다윗의 시.) 여호와여, 내 말에 귀를 기울이시고, 나의 묵상을 살펴 주십시오.
2 Listen to the voice of my cry, my King and my God, for I pray to you.Hearken unto the voice of my cry, my King, and my God; For unto thee do I pray.나의 왕, 나의 하나님이시여, 부르짖는 내 소리를 들어 주십시오. 내가 주께 기도합니다.
3 Yahweh, in the morning you will hear my voice. In the morning I will lay my requests before you, and will watch expectantly.O Jehovah, in the morning shalt thou hear my voice; In the morning will I order my prayer unto thee, and will keep watch.여호와여, 아침에 주께서 내 목소리를 들으실 것입니다. 아침에 내가 주 앞에 내 간구를 올려 드리고, 기대하며 기다리겠습니다.
4 For you are not a God who has pleasure in wickedness. Evil can’t live with you.For thou art not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness: Evil shall not sojourn with thee.주님은 악을 기뻐하시는 하나님이 아니십니다. 악은 주와 함께 머물 수 없습니다.
5 The arrogant will not stand in your sight. You hate all workers of iniquity.The arrogant shall not stand in thy sight: Thou hatest all workers of iniquity.교만한 자들은 주의 눈앞에 서지 못합니다. 주께서는 죄악을 행하는 모든 자를 미워하십니다.
6 You will destroy those who speak lies. Yahweh abhors the bloodthirsty and deceitful man.Thou wilt destroy them that speak lies: Jehovah abhorreth the blood-thirsty and deceitful man.주님은 거짓말하는 자들을 멸하실 것입니다. 여호와께서는 피 흘리기를 좋아하며 속이는 자를 역겨워하십니다.
7 But as for me, in the abundance of your loving kindness I will come into your house. I will bow toward your holy temple in reverence of you.But as for me, in the abundance of thy lovingkindness will I come into thy house: In thy fear will I worship toward thy holy temple.그러나 나는 주의 풍성한 인자하심을 힘입어 주의 집으로 들어가겠습니다. 주를 경외하며 주의 거룩한 성전을 향해 엎드려 경배하겠습니다.
8 Lead me, Yahweh, in your righteousness because of my enemies. Make your way straight before my face.Lead me, O Jehovah, in thy righteousness because of mine enemies; Make thy way straight before my face.여호와여, 내 원수들 때문에 주의 의로 나를 인도하시고, 내 앞에 주의 길을 곧게 펴 주십시오.
9 For there is no faithfulness in their mouth. Their heart is destruction. Their throat is an open tomb. They flatter with their tongue.For there is no faithfulness in their mouth; Their inward part is very wickedness; Their throat is an open sepulchre; They flatter with their tongue.그들의 입에는 신실함이 없고, 그들의 마음은 멸망뿐이며, 그들의 목구멍은 열린 무덤이고, 그들은 혀로 아첨합니다.
10 Hold them guilty, God. Let them fall by their own counsels. Thrust them out in the multitude of their transgressions, for they have rebelled against you.Hold them guilty, O God; Let them fall by their own counsels; Thrust them out in the multitude of their transgressions; For they have rebelled against thee.하나님이여, 그들을 유죄로 판결하소서. 그들이 자기 꾀에 빠져 넘어지게 하시고, 그 많은 죄악 가운데서 그들을 쫓아내소서. 그들이 주께 반역하였기 때문입니다.
11 But let all those who take refuge in you rejoice. Let them always shout for joy, because you defend them. Let them also who love your name be joyful in you.But let all those that take refuge in thee rejoice, Let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: Let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee.그러나 주께 피하는 모든 자는 기뻐하게 하시고, 주께서 그들을 지켜 주시므로 그들이 늘 기뻐 외치게 하소서. 주의 이름을 사랑하는 자들도 주 안에서 즐거워하게 하소서.
12 For you will bless the righteous. Yahweh, you will surround him with favor as with a shield.For thou wilt bless the righteous; O Jehovah, thou wilt compass him with favor as with a shield.주께서는 의인에게 복을 주실 것입니다. 여호와여, 주께서 방패로 두르듯 은혜로 그를 감싸 주실 것입니다.
