Men tell about your wondrous works.We give thanks unto thee, O God; We give thanks, for thy name is near: Men tell of thy wondrous works.지휘자를 따라 "멸하지 마소서"라는 곡조에 맞춘, 아삽의 시이자 노래입니다. 하나님, 우리가 주께 감사를 드립니다. 우리가 감사를 드리는 것은 주의 이름이 가까이 계시기 때문입니다. 사람들이 주께서 행하신 놀라운 일들을 이야기합니다.
2 When I choose the appointed time, I will judge blamelessly.When I shall find the set time, I will judge uprightly.내가 정한 때가 이르면, 내가 공정하게 심판하겠다.
3 The earth and all its inhabitants quake. I firmly hold its pillars. Selah.The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I have set up the pillars of it. [Selah땅과 거기 사는 모든 사람이 흔들릴지라도, 내가 그 기둥들을 굳게 붙잡고 있다. (셀라)
4 I said to the arrogant, “Don’t boast!” I said to the wicked, “Don’t lift up the horn.I said unto the arrogant, Deal not arrogantly; And to the wicked, Lift not up the horn:내가 교만한 자들에게 말하였다. "뽐내지 말라." 또 악인들에게 말하였다. "뿔을 치켜들지 말라.
5 Don’t lift up your horn on high. Don’t speak with a stiff neck.”Lift not up your horn on high; Speak not with a stiff neck.너희 뿔을 높이 치켜들지 말고, 목을 뻣뻣이 세워 거만하게 말하지 말라."
6 For neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, comes exaltation.For neither from the east, nor from the west, Nor yet from the south, cometh lifting up.높아지는 것은 동쪽에서 오는 것도, 서쪽에서 오는 것도, 남쪽에서 오는 것도 아니다.
7 But God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another.But God is the judge: He putteth down one, and lifteth up another.오직 하나님께서 재판관이시니, 그분이 한 사람은 낮추시고 다른 사람은 높이신다.
8 For in Yahweh’s hand there is a cup, full of foaming wine mixed with spices. He pours it out. Indeed the wicked of the earth drink and drink it to its very dregs.For in the hand of Jehovah there is a cup, and the wine foameth; It is full of mixture, and he poureth out of the same: Surely the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall drain them, and drink them.여호와의 손에는 잔이 들려 있어, 거품 이는 포도주가 향료와 섞여 가득하다. 그분이 그것을 쏟아 부으시니, 참으로 땅의 악인들이 그 찌꺼기까지 다 들이켜 마실 것이다.
9 But I will declare this forever: I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.But I will declare for ever, I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.그러나 나는 영원토록 이것을 선포하며, 야곱의 하나님께 찬양을 부르겠습니다.
10 I will cut off all the horns of the wicked, but the horns of the righteous shall be lifted up.All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; But the horns of the righteous shall be lifted up.내가 악인들의 모든 뿔은 잘라 버리려니와, 의인의 뿔은 높이 들리리라.
