1 Then he cried in my ears with a loud voice, saying, “ Cause those who are in charge of the city to draw near, each man with his destroying weapon in his hand.”Then he cried in mine ears with a loud voice, saying, Cause ye them that have charge over the city to draw near, every man with his destroying weapon in his hand.그때에 그분이 큰 소리로 내 귀에 외쳐 말씀하셨다. "이 성읍을 맡은 자들로 가까이 나아오게 하라. 각 사람은 손에 멸하는 무기를 들게 하라."
2 Behold, six men came from the way of the upper gate, which lies toward the north, every man with his slaughter weapon in his hand. One man in the middle of them was clothed in linen, with a writer’s inkhorn by his side. They went in, and stood beside the bronze altar.And behold, six men came from the way of the upper gate, which lieth toward the north, every man with his slaughter weapon in his hand; and one man in the midst of them clothed in linen, with a writer’s inkhorn by his side. And they went in, and stood beside the brazen altar.그러자 여섯 사람이 북쪽을 향한 윗문 길에서 나왔는데, 각 사람은 손에 죽이는 무기를 들고 있었다. 그들 가운데 한 사람은 가는 베옷을 입고 허리에 서기관의 먹그릇을 차고 있었다. 그들이 들어와 놋 제단 곁에 섰다.
3 The glory of the God of Israel went up from the cherub, whereupon it was, to the threshold of the house; and he called to the man clothed in linen, who had the writer’s inkhorn by his side.And the glory of the God of Israel was gone up from the cherub, whereupon it was, to the threshold of the house: and he called to the man clothed in linen, who had the writer’s inkhorn by his side.이스라엘 하나님의 영광이 그것이 머물러 있던 그룹에서 떠올라 성전 문지방으로 옮겨졌다. 그분이 가는 베옷을 입고 허리에 서기관의 먹그릇을 찬 그 사람을 부르셨다.
4 Yahweh said to him, “ Go through the middle of the city, through the middle of Jerusalem, and set a mark on the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry over all the abominations that are done within it.”And Jehovah said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry over all the abominations that are done in the midst thereof.여호와께서 그에게 말씀하셨다. "이 성읍 가운데로, 곧 예루살렘 가운데로 두루 다니면서, 그 안에서 행해지는 모든 가증한 일로 인해 탄식하며 우는 사람들의 이마에 표를 그어라."
5 To the others he said in my hearing, “ Go through the city after him, and strike. Don’t let your eye spare, neither have pity.And to the others he said in my hearing, Go ye through the city after him, and smite: let not your eye spare, neither have ye pity;그리고 내가 듣는 가운데 다른 이들에게 말씀하셨다. "그를 뒤따라 성읍을 두루 다니며 쳐라. 너희 눈이 아끼지 말고 긍휼히 여기지도 말라.
6 Kill utterly the old man, the young man, the virgin, little children and women; but don’t come near any man on whom is the mark. Then they began at the old men that were before the house.늙은이와 젊은이와 처녀와 어린아이와 여자를 다 죽여 없애라. 그러나 그 표가 있는 사람에게는 가까이 가지 말라. 내 성소에서부터 시작하라." 그러자 그들이 성전 앞에 있던 노인들에게서부터 시작했다.
7 He said to them, “ Defile the house, and fill the courts with the slain. Go out!” They went out, and struck in the city.And he said unto them, Defile the house, and fill the courts with the slain: go ye forth. And they went forth, and smote in the city.그분이 그들에게 말씀하셨다. "이 성전을 더럽히고, 죽은 자들로 그 뜰을 채워라. 나가라!" 그들이 나가서 성읍 안에서 쳤다.
8 While they were killing, and I was left, I fell on my face, and cried, and said, “Ah Lord Yahweh! Will you destroy all the residue of Israel in your pouring out of your wrath on Jerusalem?”And it came to pass, while they were smiting, and I was left, that I fell upon my face, and cried, and said, Ah Lord Jehovah! wilt thou destroy all the residue of Israel in thy pouring out of thy wrath upon Jerusalem?그들이 치고 있는 동안, 나만 홀로 남게 되었을 때에 나는 얼굴을 땅에 대고 엎드려 부르짖었다. "아, 주 여호와여! 주께서 예루살렘 위에 진노를 쏟아부으심으로 이스라엘의 남은 자들을 다 멸하시려 하십니까?"
9 Then he said to me, “ The iniquity of the house of Israel and Judah is exceedingly great, and the land is full of blood, and the city full of perversion; for they say, ‘ Yahweh has forsaken the land, and Yahweh doesn’t see.’Then said he unto me, The iniquity of the house of Israel and Judah is exceeding great, and the land is full of blood, and the city full of wresting of judgment: for they say, Jehovah hath forsaken the land, and Jehovah seeth not.그러자 그분이 내게 말씀하셨다. "이스라엘과 유다 족속의 죄악이 심히 크다. 이 땅은 피로 가득하고, 이 성읍은 불의로 가득하다. 그들이 말하기를 '여호와께서 이 땅을 버리셨다. 여호와께서 보지 않으신다' 하는구나.
10 As for me also, my eye won’t spare, neither will I have pity, but I will bring their way on their head.”And as for me also, mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity, but I will bring their way upon their head.그러므로 나 또한 내 눈이 아끼지 않고 긍휼히 여기지도 않으며, 그들의 행위대로 그들의 머리에 갚으리라."
11 Behold, the man clothed in linen, who had the inkhorn by his side, reported the matter, saying, “ I have done as you have commanded me.”And, behold, the man clothed in linen, who had the inkhorn by his side, reported the matter, saying, I have done as thou hast commanded me.그때에 가는 베옷을 입고 허리에 먹그릇을 찬 그 사람이 그 일을 보고하여 말하였다. "주께서 내게 명령하신 대로 내가 다 행하였습니다."
