1 Moreover the Spirit lifted me up and brought me to the east gate of Yahweh’s house, which looks eastward. Behold, twenty-five men were at the door of the gate; and I saw among them Jaazaniah the son of Azzur, and Pelatiah the son of Benaiah, princes of the people.Moreover the Spirit lifted me up, and brought me unto the east gate of Jehovah’s house, which looketh eastward: and behold, at the door of the gate five and twenty men; and I saw in the midst of them Jaazaniah the son of Azzur, and Pelatiah the son of Benaiah, princes of the people.그때 성령이 나를 들어 올려 여호와의 성전 동쪽 문, 곧 동쪽을 바라보는 문으로 데려가셨다. 보니 그 문 어귀에 스물다섯 사람이 있었고, 그 가운데서 나는 백성의 지도자인 앗술의 아들 야아사냐와 브나야의 아들 블라댜를 보았다.
2 He said to me, “ Son of man, these are the men who devise iniquity, and who give wicked counsel in this city;And he said unto me, Son of man, these are the men that devise iniquity, and that give wicked counsel in this city;그분이 내게 말씀하셨다. 사람아, 이들은 이 성읍에서 악을 꾀하고 나쁜 계략을 내놓는 자들이다.
3 who say, ‘ The time is not near to build houses. This is the cauldron, and we are the meat.’that say, The time is not near to build houses: this city is the caldron, and we are the flesh.그들은 이렇게 말한다. 집을 지을 때가 가까이 오지 않았다. 이 성읍은 가마솥이고 우리는 그 안의 고기다.
4 Therefore prophesy against them. Prophesy, son of man.”Therefore prophesy against them, prophesy, O son of man.그러므로 사람아, 그들을 향해 예언하여라. 예언하여라.
5 Yahweh’s Spirit fell on me, and he said to me, “Speak, ‘ Yahweh says: “ Thus you have said, house of Israel; for I know the things that come into your mind.And the Spirit of Jehovah fell upon me, and he said unto me, Speak, Thus saith Jehovah: Thus have ye said, O house of Israel; for I know the things that come into your mind.여호와의 성령이 내게 임하셨고 그분이 내게 말씀하셨다. 말하여라. 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하신다. 이스라엘 족속아, 너희가 이렇게 말하였다. 나는 너희 마음에 떠오르는 생각들을 다 알고 있다.
6 You have multiplied your slain in this city, and you have filled its streets with the slain.”Ye have multiplied your slain in this city, and ye have filled the streets thereof with the slain.너희는 이 성읍에서 죽임당한 자를 많아지게 하였고, 그 거리를 죽은 자들로 가득 채웠다.
7 “‘ Therefore the Lord Yahweh says: “ Your slain whom you have laid in the middle of it, they are the meat, and this is the cauldron; but you will be brought out of the middle of it.Therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Your slain whom ye have laid in the midst of it, they are the flesh, and this city is the caldron; but ye shall be brought forth out of the midst of it.그러므로 주 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하신다. 너희가 이 성읍 가운데 쓰러뜨린 죽은 자들, 그들이 곧 고기이고 이 성읍이 가마솥이다. 그러나 너희는 그 가운데서 끌려 나가게 될 것이다.
8 You have feared the sword; and I will bring the sword on you,” says the Lord Yahweh.Ye have feared the sword; and I will bring the sword upon you, saith the Lord Jehovah.너희가 칼을 두려워하였으니, 내가 너희 위에 칼을 가져오겠다. 주 여호와의 말씀이다.
9 “ I will bring you out of the middle of it, and deliver you into the hands of strangers, and will execute judgments among you.And I will bring you forth out of the midst thereof, and deliver you into the hands of strangers, and will execute judgments among you.내가 너희를 그 성읍 가운데서 끌어내어 이방 사람들의 손에 넘겨주고, 너희 가운데 심판을 행하겠다.
10 You will fall by the sword. I will judge you in the border of Israel. Then you will know that I am Yahweh.Ye shall fall by the sword; I will judge you in the border of Israel; and ye shall know that I am Jehovah.너희는 칼에 쓰러질 것이다. 내가 이스라엘 국경에서 너희를 심판하겠다. 그러면 너희는 내가 여호와인 줄 알게 될 것이다.
11 This will not be your cauldron, neither will you be the meat in the middle of it. I will judge you in the border of Israel.This city shall not be your caldron, neither shall ye be the flesh in the midst thereof; I will judge you in the border of Israel;이 성읍은 너희의 가마솥이 되지 않을 것이고, 너희도 그 안의 고기가 되지 않을 것이다. 내가 이스라엘 국경에서 너희를 심판하겠다.
12 You will know that I am Yahweh, for you have not walked in my statutes. You have not executed my ordinances, but have done after the ordinances of the nations that are around you.”’”and ye shall know that I am Jehovah: for ye have not walked in my statutes, neither have ye executed mine ordinances, but have done after the ordinances of the nations that are round about you.그러면 너희는 내가 여호와인 줄 알게 될 것이다. 너희가 내 규례를 따라 걷지 않았고, 내 법도를 행하지 않았으며, 도리어 너희 주변 이방 나라들의 법도를 따라 행하였기 때문이다.
13 When I prophesied, Pelatiah the son of Benaiah died. Then I fell down on my face, and cried with a loud voice, and said, “Ah Lord Yahweh! Will you make a full end of the remnant of Israel?”And it came to pass, when I prophesied, that Pelatiah the son of Benaiah died. Then fell I down upon my face, and cried with a loud voice, and said, Ah Lord Jehovah! wilt thou make a full end of the remnant of Israel?내가 예언하고 있을 때에 브나야의 아들 블라댜가 죽었다. 그때 나는 얼굴을 땅에 대고 엎드려 큰 소리로 부르짖으며 말하였다. 아, 주 여호와여! 주께서 이스라엘의 남은 자를 다 멸하려 하십니까?
14 Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,And the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,여호와의 말씀이 내게 임하여 이르셨다.
15 “ Son of man, your brothers, even your brothers, the men of your relatives, and all the house of Israel, all of them, are the ones to whom the inhabitants of Jerusalem have said, ‘ Go far away from Yahweh. This land has been given to us for a possession.’Son of man, thy brethren, even thy brethren, the men of thy kindred, and all the house of Israel, all of them, are they unto whom the inhabitants of Jerusalem have said, Get you far from Jehovah; unto us is this land given for a possession.사람아, 네 형제들, 곧 네 형제들과 네 친족 사람들과 이스라엘의 온 족속, 그들 모두에게 예루살렘 주민들이 이렇게 말하였다. 너희는 여호와에게서 멀리 떠나라. 이 땅은 우리에게 소유로 주어졌다.
16 “ Therefore say, ‘ The Lord Yahweh says: “ Whereas I have removed them far off among the nations, and whereas I have scattered them among the countries, yet I will be to them a sanctuary for a little while in the countries where they have come.”’Therefore say, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Whereas I have removed them far off among the nations, and whereas I have scattered them among the countries, yet will I be to them a sanctuary for a little while in the countries where they are come.그러므로 너는 말하여라. 주 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하신다. 비록 내가 그들을 이방 나라들 가운데로 멀리 옮겨 가게 하였고, 여러 나라에 흩어 놓았으나, 그들이 가 있는 그 나라들에서 내가 잠시 그들에게 성소가 되어 주겠다.
17 “ Therefore say, ‘ The Lord Yahweh says: “ I will gather you from the peoples, and assemble you out of the countries where you have been scattered, and I will give you the land of Israel.”Therefore say, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: I will gather you from the peoples, and assemble you out of the countries where ye have been scattered, and I will give you the land of Israel.그러므로 너는 말하여라. 주 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하신다. 내가 너희를 여러 민족 가운데서 모으고, 너희가 흩어졌던 나라들에서 너희를 모아들이며, 이스라엘 땅을 너희에게 주겠다.
18 “‘ They will come there, and they will take away all its detestable things and all its abominations from there.And they shall come thither, and they shall take away all the detestable things thereof and all the abominations thereof from thence.그들이 그곳에 와서, 그 땅의 모든 역겨운 것과 모든 가증한 것을 거기서 제거할 것이다.
19 I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within them. I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them a heart of flesh,And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them a heart of flesh;내가 그들에게 한 마음을 주고 너희 속에 새 영을 넣어 주겠다. 그들의 육체에서 돌처럼 굳은 마음을 빼내고 살처럼 부드러운 마음을 주겠다.
20 that they may walk in my statutes, and keep my ordinances, and do them. They will be my people, and I will be their God.that they may walk in my statutes, and keep mine ordinances, and do them: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God.이는 그들이 내 규례를 따라 걷고 내 법도를 지켜 행하게 하려는 것이다. 그러면 그들은 내 백성이 되고 나는 그들의 하나님이 될 것이다.
21 But as for them whose heart walks after the heart of their detestable things and their abominations, I will bring their way on their own heads,’ says the Lord Yahweh.”But as for them whose heart walketh after the heart of their detestable things and their abominations, I will bring their way upon their own heads, saith the Lord Jehovah.그러나 그 마음이 역겨운 것과 가증한 것을 좇아 행하는 자들에 대해서는, 내가 그들의 행위를 그들 머리 위로 돌려보내겠다. 주 여호와의 말씀이다.
22 Then the cherubim lifted up their wings, and the wheels were beside them. The glory of the God of Israel was over them above.Then did the cherubim lift up their wings, and the wheels were beside them; and the glory of the God of Israel was over them above.그때 그룹들이 날개를 들어 올렸고, 바퀴들이 그 곁에 있었으며, 이스라엘 하나님의 영광이 그 위에 높이 있었다.
23 Yahweh’s glory went up from the middle of the city, and stood on the mountain which is on the east side of the city.And the glory of Jehovah went up from the midst of the city, and stood upon the mountain which is on the east side of the city.여호와의 영광이 성읍 가운데서 올라가, 그 성읍 동쪽에 있는 산 위에 머물러 섰다.
24 The Spirit lifted me up, and brought me in the vision by the Spirit of God into Chaldea, to the captives. So the vision that I had seen went up from me.And the Spirit lifted me up, and brought me in the vision by the Spirit of God into Chaldea, to them of the captivity. So the vision that I had seen went up from me.성령이 나를 들어 올려, 하나님의 영으로 환상 가운데 나를 사로잡힌 자들이 있는 갈대아로 데려가셨다. 그러자 내가 보았던 환상이 내게서 올라갔다.
25 Then I spoke to the captives all the things that Yahweh had shown me.Then I spake unto them of the captivity all the things that Jehovah had showed me.그 후에 나는 여호와께서 내게 보여 주신 모든 것을 사로잡힌 자들에게 말하였다.
