1 Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,And the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,여호와의 말씀이 내게 임하여 이르셨다.
2 “ Son of man, set your face toward the mountains of Israel, and prophesy to them,Son of man, set thy face toward the mountains of Israel, and prophesy unto them,사람아, 너는 이스라엘의 산들을 향하여 얼굴을 돌리고 그들에게 예언하여
3 and say, ‘ You mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord Yahweh! The Lord Yahweh says to the mountains and to the hills, to the watercourses and to the valleys: “ Behold, I, even I, will bring a sword on you, and I will destroy your high places.and say, Ye mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord Jehovah: Thus saith the Lord Jehovah to the mountains and to the hills, to the watercourses and to the valleys: Behold, I, even I, will bring a sword upon you, and I will destroy your high places.이렇게 말하여라. 이스라엘의 산들아, 주 여호와의 말씀을 들어라. 주 여호와께서 산과 언덕에게, 시냇물과 골짜기에게 이렇게 말씀하신다. 보아라, 내가, 바로 내가 너희 위에 칼을 가져와 너희의 산당을 헐어 버리겠다.
4 Your altars will become desolate, and your incense altars will be broken. I will cast down your slain men before your idols.And your altars shall become desolate, and your sun-images shall be broken; and I will cast down your slain men before your idols.너희의 제단은 황폐해지고 너희의 향단은 부서질 것이며, 내가 너희의 죽임당한 자들을 너희 우상들 앞에 던져 버리겠다.
5 I will lay the dead bodies of the children of Israel before their idols. I will scatter your bones around your altars.And I will lay the dead bodies of the children of Israel before their idols; and I will scatter your bones round about your altars.내가 이스라엘 자손의 시체를 그들의 우상들 앞에 두고, 너희의 뼈를 너희 제단 둘레에 흩어 버리겠다.
6 In all your dwelling places, the cities will be laid waste and the high places will be desolate, so that your altars may be laid waste and made desolate, and your idols may be broken and cease, and your incense altars may be cut down, and your works may be abolished.In all your dwelling-places the cities shall be laid waste, and the high places shall be desolate; that your altars may be laid waste and made desolate, and your idols may be broken and cease, and your sun-images may be hewn down, and your works may be abolished.너희가 사는 모든 곳에서 성읍들이 폐허가 되고 산당들이 황폐해질 것이니, 이는 너희 제단이 폐허가 되어 황량해지고, 너희 우상들이 부서져 없어지며, 너희 향단이 찍혀 넘어지고, 너희가 만든 것들이 다 사라지게 하려는 것이다.
7 The slain will fall among you, and you will know that I am Yahweh.And the slain shall fall in the midst of you, and ye shall know that I am Jehovah.죽임당한 자들이 너희 가운데 쓰러질 것이니, 그제야 너희가 내가 여호와인 줄 알게 될 것이다.
8 “‘“Yet I will leave a remnant, in that you will have some that escape the sword among the nations, when you are scattered through the countries.Yet will I leave a remnant, in that ye shall have some that escape the sword among the nations, when ye shall be scattered through the countries.그러나 내가 남은 자를 남겨 두어, 너희가 여러 나라로 흩어질 때에 그 민족들 가운데서 칼을 피해 살아남는 자가 있게 하겠다.
9 Those of you that escape will remember me among the nations where they are carried captive, how I have been broken with their lewd heart, which has departed from me, and with their eyes, which play the prostitute after their idols. Then they will loathe themselves in their own sight for the evils which they have committed in all their abominations.And those of you that escape shall remember me among the nations whither they shall be carried captive, how that I have been broken with their lewd heart, which hath departed from me, and with their eyes, which play the harlot after their idols: and they shall loathe themselves in their own sight for the evils which they have committed in all their abominations.살아남은 너희가 사로잡혀 끌려간 그 민족들 가운데서 나를 기억하리니, 나를 떠나 음란해진 그들의 마음과 우상을 따라 음행하는 그들의 눈으로 내가 얼마나 마음이 상하였는지를 깨닫게 될 것이다. 그리고 그들은 자기가 저지른 모든 가증한 악행으로 인하여 스스로 자기 자신을 미워하게 될 것이다.
10 They will know that I am Yahweh. I have not said in vain that I would do this evil to them.”’And they shall know that I am Jehovah: I have not said in vain that I would do this evil unto them.그제야 그들이 내가 여호와인 줄 알게 될 것이니, 내가 그들에게 이 재앙을 내리겠다고 한 말이 헛되지 않았기 때문이다.
11 “ The Lord Yahweh says: ‘ Strike with your hand, and stamp with your foot, and say, “Alas!”, because of all the evil abominations of the house of Israel; for they will fall by the sword, by the famine, and by the pestilence.Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Smite with thy hand, and stamp with thy foot, and say, Alas! because of all the evil abominations of the house of Israel; for they shall fall by the sword, by the famine, and by the pestilence.주 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하신다. 너는 손뼉을 치고 발을 구르며 이렇게 외쳐라. 슬프다, 이스라엘 족속의 모든 악하고 가증한 짓 때문이로다! 그들이 칼과 굶주림과 전염병으로 쓰러질 것이다.
12 He who is far off will die of the pestilence. He who is near will fall by the sword. He who remains and is besieged will die by the famine. Thus I will accomplish my wrath on them.He that is far off shall die of the pestilence; and he that is near shall fall by the sword; and he that remaineth and is besieged shall die by the famine: thus will I accomplish my wrath upon them.멀리 있는 자는 전염병으로 죽고, 가까이 있는 자는 칼에 쓰러지며, 살아남아 포위당한 자는 굶주림으로 죽을 것이니, 이렇게 내가 그들에게 나의 진노를 다 쏟겠다.
13 You will know that I am Yahweh when their slain men are among their idols around their altars, on every high hill, on all the tops of the mountains, under every green tree, and under every thick oak— the places where they offered pleasant aroma to all their idols.And ye shall know that I am Jehovah, when their slain men shall be among their idols round about their altars, upon every high hill, on all the tops of the mountains, and under every green tree, and under every thick oak, the places where they offered sweet savor to all their idols.그들의 죽임당한 자들이 그들의 우상들 사이에, 그들의 제단 둘레에, 모든 높은 언덕 위에, 모든 산꼭대기에, 모든 푸른 나무 아래, 모든 무성한 상수리나무 아래, 곧 그들이 모든 우상에게 향기로운 제물을 바치던 그 모든 곳에 흩어져 있을 때에, 너희가 내가 여호와인 줄 알게 될 것이다.
14 I will stretch out my hand on them and make the land desolate and waste, from the wilderness toward Diblah, throughout all their habitations. Then they will know that I am Yahweh.’”And I will stretch out my hand upon them, and make the land desolate and waste, from the wilderness toward Diblah, throughout all their habitations: and they shall know that I am Jehovah.내가 그들 위에 손을 펴서, 광야에서부터 디블라에 이르기까지 그들이 사는 모든 곳을 황폐하고 황량하게 만들겠다. 그제야 그들이 내가 여호와인 줄 알게 될 것이다.
