1 Then I looked, and see, in the expanse that was over the head of the cherubim there appeared above them as it were a sapphire stone, as the appearance of the likeness of a throne.Then I looked, and, behold, in the firmament that was over the head of the cherubim there appeared above them as it were a sapphire stone, as the appearance of the likeness of a throne.내가 보니, 그룹들의 머리 위에 펼쳐진 창공에 보좌의 형상과 같은 것이 보였는데, 그것은 사파이어 보석처럼 그룹들 위에 나타났다.
2 He spoke to the man clothed in linen, and said, “Go in between the whirling wheels, even under the cherub, and fill both your hands with coals of fire from between the cherubim, and scatter them over the city.” He went in as I watched.And he spake unto the man clothed in linen, and said, Go in between the whirling wheels, even under the cherub, and fill both thy hands with coals of fire from between the cherubim, and scatter them over the city. And he went in in my sight.그분께서 모시옷을 입은 사람에게 말씀하셨다. "도는 바퀴들 사이로, 곧 그룹 아래로 들어가서, 그룹들 사이에 있는 불타는 숯을 두 손 가득 움켜쥐고, 그것을 성읍 위에 흩뿌려라." 내가 보는 가운데 그가 들어갔다.
3 Now the cherubim stood on the right side of the house when the man went in; and the cloud filled the inner court.Now the cherubim stood on the right side of the house, when the man went in; and the cloud filled the inner court.그 사람이 들어갈 때에 그룹들은 성전 오른쪽에 서 있었고, 구름이 안뜰을 가득 채웠다.
4 Yahweh’s glory mounted up from the cherub, and stood over the threshold of the house; and the house was filled with the cloud, and the court was full of the brightness of Yahweh’s glory.And the glory of Jehovah mounted up from the cherub, and stood over the threshold of the house; and the house was filled with the cloud, and the court was full of the brightness of Jehovah’s glory.그때 여호와의 영광이 그룹에게서 올라가 성전 문지방 위에 머물렀고, 성전은 구름으로 가득 찼으며, 뜰은 여호와의 영광의 광채로 가득하였다.
5 The sound of the wings of the cherubim was heard even to the outer court, as the voice of God Almighty when he speaks.And the sound of the wings of the cherubim was heard even to the outer court, as the voice of God Almighty when he speaketh.그룹들의 날개 소리가 바깥뜰까지 들렸는데, 그것은 전능하신 하나님께서 말씀하실 때의 음성과 같았다.
6 It came to pass, when he commanded the man clothed in linen, saying, “ Take fire from between the whirling wheels, from between the cherubim,” that he went in and stood beside a wheel.And it came to pass, when he commanded the man clothed in linen, saying, Take fire from between the whirling wheels, from between the cherubim, that he went in, and stood beside a wheel.그분께서 모시옷 입은 사람에게 "도는 바퀴들 사이, 곧 그룹들 사이에서 불을 가져오라"고 명하셨을 때, 그가 들어가 한 바퀴 곁에 섰다.
7 The cherub stretched out his hand from between the cherubim to the fire that was between the cherubim, and took some of it, and put it into the hands of him who was clothed in linen, who took it and went out.And the cherub stretched forth his hand from between the cherubim unto the fire that was between the cherubim, and took thereof, and put it into the hands of him that was clothed in linen, who took it and went out.그러자 한 그룹이 그룹들 사이로 손을 뻗어, 그룹들 사이에 있는 불에서 얼마를 집어, 모시옷 입은 사람의 두 손에 놓아 주었고, 그는 그것을 받아 밖으로 나갔다.
8 The form of a man’s hand appeared here in the cherubim under their wings.And there appeared in the cherubim the form of a man’s hand under their wings.그룹들에게는 그 날개 아래 사람의 손 같은 형상이 나타나 있었다.
9 I looked, and behold, there were four wheels beside the cherubim, one wheel beside one cherub, and another wheel beside another cherub. The appearance of the wheels was like a beryl stone.And I looked, and behold, four wheels beside the cherubim, one wheel beside one cherub, and another wheel beside another cherub; and the appearance of the wheels was like unto a beryl stone.내가 보니, 그룹들 곁에 바퀴 넷이 있었는데, 한 그룹 곁에 바퀴 하나, 또 다른 그룹 곁에 또 다른 바퀴가 있었다. 그 바퀴들의 모양은 녹주석 보석 같았다.
10 As for their appearance, the four of them had one likeness, like a wheel within a wheel.And as for their appearance, they four had one likeness, as if a wheel had been within a wheel.그 모양을 보면, 네 바퀴가 다 하나의 형상이었으니, 마치 바퀴 안에 또 바퀴가 들어 있는 것 같았다.
11 When they went, they went in their four directions. They didn’t turn as they went, but to the place where the head looked they followed it. They didn’t turn as they went.When they went, they went in their four directions: they turned not as they went, but to the place whither the head looked they followed it; they turned not as they went.그것들이 움직일 때에는 네 방향 어디로든 갔으며, 갈 때에 몸을 돌이키지 않았고, 머리가 향하는 곳을 따라 그대로 따라갔으며, 갈 때에 돌이키지 않았다.
12 Their whole body, including their backs, their hands, their wings, and the wheels, were full of eyes all around, even the wheels that the four of them had.And their whole body, and their backs, and their hands, and their wings, and the wheels, were full of eyes round about, even the wheels that they four had.그것들의 온몸과 등과 손과 날개와 바퀴들, 곧 네 그룹의 바퀴들에는 사방으로 눈이 가득하였다.
13 As for the wheels, they were called in my hearing, “ the whirling wheels”.As for the wheels, they were called in my hearing the whirling wheels.그 바퀴들에 대하여는, 내가 듣기로 "도는 바퀴들"이라 불렸다.
14 Every one of them had four faces. The first face was the face of the cherub. The second face was the face of a man. The third face was the face of a lion. The fourth was the face of an eagle.And every one had four faces: the first face was the face of the cherub, and the second face was the face of a man, and the third the face of a lion, and the fourth the face of an eagle.각각 네 얼굴을 가졌는데, 첫째 얼굴은 그룹의 얼굴이요, 둘째 얼굴은 사람의 얼굴이요, 셋째 얼굴은 사자의 얼굴이요, 넷째 얼굴은 독수리의 얼굴이었다.
15 The cherubim mounted up. This is the living creature that I saw by the river Chebar.And the cherubim mounted up: this is the living creature that I saw by the river Chebar.그룹들이 위로 올라갔으니, 이는 내가 그발 강가에서 보았던 그 생물이었다.
16 When the cherubim went, the wheels went beside them; and when the cherubim lifted up their wings to mount up from the earth, the wheels also didn’t turn from beside them.And when the cherubim went, the wheels went beside them; and when the cherubim lifted up their wings to mount up from the earth, the wheels also turned not from beside them.그룹들이 움직일 때에는 바퀴들도 그 곁에서 함께 움직였고, 그룹들이 땅에서 떠올라 날개를 들 때에는 바퀴들도 그 곁을 떠나지 않았다.
17 When they stood, these stood. When they mounted up, these mounted up with them; for the spirit of the living creature was in them.When they stood, these stood; and when they mounted up, these mounted up with them: for the spirit of the living creature was in them.그룹들이 멈추면 바퀴들도 멈추었고, 그룹들이 올라가면 바퀴들도 함께 올라갔으니, 이는 그 생물의 영이 바퀴들 안에 있었기 때문이다.
18 Yahweh’s glory went out from over the threshold of the house and stood over the cherubim.And the glory of Jehovah went forth from over the threshold of the house, and stood over the cherubim.그때 여호와의 영광이 성전 문지방 위에서 떠나 그룹들 위에 머물렀다.
19 The cherubim lifted up their wings and mounted up from the earth in my sight when they went out, with the wheels beside them. Then they stood at the door of the east gate of Yahweh’s house; and the glory of the God of Israel was over them above.And the cherubim lifted up their wings, and mounted up from the earth in my sight when they went forth, and the wheels beside them: and they stood at the door of the east gate of Jehovah’s house; and the glory of the God of Israel was over them above.내가 보는 앞에서 그룹들이 날개를 들어 땅에서 떠올라 나아갔고, 바퀴들도 그 곁에 함께 있었으며, 그것들은 여호와의 성전 동쪽 문 어귀에 멈추어 섰고, 이스라엘 하나님의 영광이 그 위에 높이 머물러 있었다.
20 This is the living creature that I saw under the God of Israel by the river Chebar; and I knew that they were cherubim.This is the living creature that I saw under the God of Israel by the river Chebar; and I knew that they were cherubim.이는 내가 그발 강가에서 이스라엘 하나님 아래에서 보았던 그 생물이니, 나는 그것들이 그룹임을 알았다.
21 Every one had four faces, and every one four wings. The likeness of the hands of a man was under their wings.Every one had four faces, and every one four wings; and the likeness of the hands of a man was under their wings.각각 네 얼굴과 네 날개를 가졌고, 그 날개 아래에는 사람의 손 같은 형상이 있었다.
22 As for the likeness of their faces, they were the faces which I saw by the river Chebar, their appearances and themselves. They each went straight forward.And as for the likeness of their faces, they were the faces which I saw by the river Chebar, their appearances and themselves; they went every one straight forward.그 얼굴들의 모양은 내가 그발 강가에서 보았던 그 얼굴들이었으니, 그 모습이며 그 자체였고, 각각 똑바로 앞을 향하여 나아갔다.
