1 For Zion’s sake I will not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem’s sake I will not rest, until her righteousness shines out like the dawn, and her salvation like a burning lamp.For Zion’s sake will I not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem’s sake I will not rest, until her righteousness go forth as brightness, and her salvation as a lamp that burneth.시온을 위하여 나는 잠잠하지 않겠고, 예루살렘을 위하여 나는 쉬지 않으리니, 그 의가 빛처럼 환히 드러나고 그 구원이 타오르는 등불처럼 나타날 때까지 그리하리라.
2 The nations will see your righteousness, and all kings your glory. You will be called by a new name, which Yahweh’s mouth will name.And the nations shall see thy righteousness, and all kings thy glory, and thou shalt be called by a new name, which the mouth of Jehovah shall name.뭇 나라가 네 의를 보고 모든 왕이 네 영광을 보리라. 너는 여호와의 입이 정해 주실 새 이름으로 불리리라.
3 You will also be a crown of beauty in Yahweh’s hand, and a royal diadem in your God’s hand.Thou shalt also be a crown of beauty in the hand of Jehovah, and a royal diadem in the hand of thy God.너는 또한 여호와의 손에 들린 아름다운 왕관이 되며, 네 하나님의 손에 들린 왕의 면류관이 되리라.
4 You will not be called Forsaken any more, nor will your land be called Desolate any more; but you will be called Hephzibah, and your land Beulah; for Yahweh delights in you, and your land will be married.Thou shalt no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall thy land any more be termed Desolate: but thou shalt be called Hephzi-bah, and thy land Beulah; for Jehovah delighteth in thee, and thy land shall be married.다시는 너를 버림받은 자라 부르지 않을 것이며, 다시는 네 땅을 황무지라 부르지 않으리라. 오직 너는 헵시바라 불리고 네 땅은 뷸라라 불리리니, 이는 여호와께서 너를 기뻐하시며 네 땅이 결혼한 것처럼 되기 때문이라.
5 For as a young man marries a virgin, so your sons will marry you. As a bridegroom rejoices over his bride, so your God will rejoice over you.For as a young man marrieth a virgin, so shall thy sons marry thee; and as the bridegroom rejoiceth over the bride, so shall thy God rejoice over thee.청년이 처녀와 결혼하듯이 네 아들들이 너와 결혼할 것이요, 신랑이 신부를 두고 기뻐하듯이 네 하나님이 너를 두고 기뻐하시리라.
6 I have set watchmen on your walls, Jerusalem. They will never be silent day nor night. You who call on Yahweh, take no rest,I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem; they shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that are Jehovah’s remembrancers, take ye no rest,예루살렘아, 내가 네 성벽 위에 파수꾼들을 세웠으니, 그들은 밤낮으로 결코 잠잠하지 않으리라. 여호와를 부르는 너희는 쉬지 말며,
7 and give him no rest until he establishes, and until he makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth.and give him no rest, till he establish, and till he make Jerusalem a praise in the earth.그분이 예루살렘을 굳게 세우시고 그 성을 온 땅에서 찬송이 되게 하실 때까지 그분께도 쉼을 드리지 말라.
8 Yahweh has sworn by his right hand, and by the arm of his strength, “ Surely I will no more give your grain to be food for your enemies, and foreigners will not drink your new wine, for which you have labored,Jehovah hath sworn by his right hand, and by the arm of his strength, Surely I will no more give thy grain to be food for thine enemies; and foreigners shall not drink thy new wine, for which thou hast labored:여호와께서 그 오른손과 그 능력의 팔로 맹세하셨다. "내가 다시는 네 곡식을 네 원수들의 먹을 양식으로 주지 않을 것이요, 네가 수고하여 얻은 새 포도주를 이방 사람들이 마시지 못하리라.
9 but those who have harvested it will eat it, and praise Yahweh. Those who have gathered it will drink it in the courts of my sanctuary.”but they that have garnered it shall eat it, and praise Jehovah; and they that have gathered it shall drink it in the courts of my sanctuary.오직 그것을 거둔 자들이 그것을 먹고 여호와를 찬송할 것이며, 그것을 모은 자들이 내 성소의 뜰에서 그것을 마시리라."
10 Go through, go through the gates! Prepare the way of the people! Build up, build up the highway! Gather out the stones! Lift up a banner for the peoples.Go through, go through the gates; prepare ye the way of the people; cast up, cast up the highway; gather out the stones; lift up an ensign for the peoples.성문으로 나아가라, 나아가라! 백성의 길을 예비하라! 큰길을 돋우라, 돋우라! 돌들을 골라내라! 뭇 백성을 향하여 깃발을 들라.
11 Behold, Yahweh has proclaimed to the end of the earth: “Say to the daughter of Zion, ‘ Behold, your salvation comes! Behold, his reward is with him, and his recompense before him!’”Behold, Jehovah hath proclaimed unto the end of the earth, Say ye to the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy salvation cometh; behold, his reward is with him, and his recompense before him.보라, 여호와께서 땅끝까지 선포하셨다. "딸 시온에게 말하라. '보라, 네 구원이 임한다. 보라, 그분의 상급이 그분과 함께 있고 그분의 보응이 그분 앞에 있다.'"
12 They will call them “ The Holy People, Yahweh’s Redeemed”. You will be called “ Sought Out, A City Not Forsaken”.And they shall call them The holy people, The redeemed of Jehovah: and thou shalt be called Sought out, A city not forsaken.사람들이 그들을 거룩한 백성, 여호와께서 구속하신 자라 부르겠고, 너는 찾은 바 된 자, 버림받지 않은 성읍이라 불리리라.
