1 The Lord Yahweh’s Spirit is on me, because Yahweh has anointed me to preach good news to the humble. He has sent me to bind up the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and release to those who are bound,The Spirit of the Lord Jehovah is upon me; because Jehovah hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the broken-hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;주 여호와의 성령이 내 위에 계신다. 여호와께서 내게 기름을 부으셔서 가난하고 겸손한 사람들에게 복음을 전하게 하셨기 때문이다. 그분이 나를 보내셔서 마음이 상한 사람들을 싸매어 주고, 사로잡힌 사람들에게 자유를, 갇힌 사람들에게 풀려남을 선포하게 하셨다.
2 to proclaim the year of Yahweh’s favor and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn,to proclaim the year of Jehovah’s favor, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;여호와의 은혜의 해와 우리 하나님의 보복의 날을 선포하고, 슬퍼하는 모든 사람을 위로하게 하셨다.
3 to provide for those who mourn in Zion, to give to them a garland for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness, that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of Yahweh, that he may be glorified.to appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them a garland for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of Jehovah, that he may be glorified.시온에서 슬퍼하는 사람들에게 베풀어, 그들에게 재 대신 화관을, 슬픔 대신 기쁨의 기름을, 무거운 마음 대신 찬송의 옷을 주게 하셨다. 그래서 그들이 의의 나무, 여호와께서 심으신 나무라 불리게 하시고, 그분이 영광을 받으시게 하셨다.
4 They will rebuild the old ruins. They will raise up the former devastated places. They will repair the ruined cities that have been devastated for many generations.And they shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations.그들은 오래된 폐허를 다시 세우고, 옛적의 황폐한 곳들을 일으켜 세우며, 무너진 성읍들, 여러 세대에 걸쳐 황폐했던 곳들을 다시 고쳐 지을 것이다.
5 Strangers will stand and feed your flocks. Foreigners will work your fields and your vineyards.And strangers shall stand and feed your flocks, and foreigners shall be your plowmen and your vine-dressers.이방 사람들이 서서 너희 양 떼를 먹이고, 외국인들이 너희 농부와 포도원지기가 될 것이다.
6 But you will be called Yahweh’s priests. Men will call you the servants of our God. You will eat the wealth of the nations. You will boast in their glory.But ye shall be named the priests of Jehovah; men shall call you the ministers of our God: ye shall eat the wealth of the nations, and in their glory shall ye boast yourselves.그러나 너희는 여호와의 제사장이라 불리고, 사람들은 너희를 우리 하나님의 일꾼이라 부를 것이다. 너희는 여러 나라의 재물을 먹고, 그들의 영광을 누리며 자랑할 것이다.
7 Instead of your shame you will have double. Instead of dishonor, they will rejoice in their portion. Therefore in their land they will possess double. Everlasting joy will be to them.Instead of your shame ye shall have double; and instead of dishonor they shall rejoice in their portion: therefore in their land they shall possess double; everlasting joy shall be unto them.너희가 수치를 당한 대신에 두 배의 것을 얻고, 모욕을 당한 대신에 그들이 받은 몫을 기뻐할 것이다. 그러므로 그들이 그들의 땅에서 두 배의 것을 차지하고, 영원한 기쁨이 그들에게 있을 것이다.
8 “ For I, Yahweh, love justice. I hate robbery and iniquity. I will give them their reward in truth and I will make an everlasting covenant with them.For I, Jehovah, love justice, I hate robbery with iniquity; and I will give them their recompense in truth, and I will make an everlasting covenant with them."이는 나 여호와가 정의를 사랑하고, 불의로 빼앗는 강탈을 미워하기 때문이다. 내가 그들에게 진실하게 그들의 보상을 주고, 그들과 영원한 언약을 맺겠다.
9 Their offspring will be known among the nations, and their offspring among the peoples. All who see them will acknowledge them, that they are the offspring which Yahweh has blessed.”And their seed shall be known among the nations, and their offspring among the peoples; all that see them shall acknowledge them, that they are the seed which Jehovah hath blessed.그들의 후손이 여러 나라 가운데 알려지고, 그들의 자손이 만민 가운데 알려질 것이다. 그들을 보는 모든 사람이 그들을 인정하여, 그들이 여호와께 복 받은 후손임을 알 것이다."
10 I will greatly rejoice in Yahweh! My soul will be joyful in my God, for he has clothed me with the garments of salvation. He has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with a garland and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.I will greatly rejoice in Jehovah, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with a garland, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels.내가 여호와로 인하여 크게 기뻐하고, 내 영혼이 내 하나님으로 인하여 즐거워할 것이다. 이는 그분이 내게 구원의 옷을 입히시고, 의의 겉옷으로 나를 덮으셨기 때문이다. 마치 신랑이 화관으로 자신을 단장하고, 신부가 패물로 자신을 꾸미는 것과 같다.
11 For as the earth produces its bud, and as the garden causes the things that are sown in it to spring up, so the Lord Yahweh will cause righteousness and praise to spring up before all the nations.For as the earth bringeth forth its bud, and as the garden causeth the things that are sown in it to spring forth; so the Lord Jehovah will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations.땅이 싹을 내고, 동산이 그 안에 뿌려진 것을 돋아나게 하듯이, 주 여호와께서 모든 나라 앞에서 의와 찬송이 돋아나게 하실 것이다.
