2 at that time Yahweh spoke by Isaiah the son of Amoz, saying, “ Go, and loosen the sackcloth from off your waist, and take your sandals from off your feet.” He did so, walking naked and barefoot.at that time Jehovah spake by Isaiah the son of Amoz, saying, Go, and loose the sackcloth from off thy loins, and put thy shoe from off thy foot. And he did so, walking naked and barefoot.그때에 여호와께서 아모스의 아들 이사야를 통하여 말씀하셨다. "가서 네 허리에서 베옷을 풀고 네 발에서 신을 벗으라." 이사야가 그대로 행하여 벗은 몸으로 맨발로 다녔다.
3 Yahweh said, “ As my servant Isaiah has walked naked and barefoot three years for a sign and a wonder concerning Egypt and concerning Ethiopia,And Jehovah said, Like as my servant Isaiah hath walked naked and barefoot three years for a sign and a wonder concerning Egypt and concerning Ethiopia;여호와께서 말씀하셨다. "내 종 이사야가 삼 년 동안 벗은 몸으로 맨발로 다니며 이집트와 에티오피아에 대한 표징과 징조가 된 것같이,
4 so the king of Assyria will lead away the captives of Egypt and the exiles of Ethiopia, young and old, naked and barefoot, and with buttocks uncovered, to the shame of Egypt.so shall the king of Assyria lead away the captives of Egypt, and the exiles of Ethiopia, young and old, naked and barefoot, and with buttocks uncovered, to the shame of Egypt.아시리아 왕이 이집트의 포로들과 에티오피아의 유배민들을 젊은이나 늙은이나 벗은 몸으로 맨발로, 볼기를 드러낸 채 끌고 가서 이집트를 부끄럽게 하리라.
5 They will be dismayed and confounded, because of Ethiopia their expectation, and of Egypt their glory.And they shall be dismayed and confounded, because of Ethiopia their expectation, and of Egypt their glory.그들은 자기들이 의지하던 에티오피아와 자랑하던 이집트 때문에 놀라고 당황하리라.
6 The inhabitants of this coast land will say in that day, ‘ Behold, this is our expectation, where we fled for help to be delivered from the king of Assyria. And we, how will we escape?’”And the inhabitant of this coast-land shall say in that day, Behold, such is our expectation, whither we fled for help to be delivered from the king of Assyria: and we, how shall we escape?그날에 이 해안 땅에 사는 사람들이 말하리라. '보라, 우리가 의지하여 아시리아 왕에게서 건짐을 받으려고 도움을 구하러 피했던 곳이 이 모양이니, 우리가 어떻게 벗어나겠는가?'"
