1 Yahweh spoke to Moses, “ Go in to Pharaoh, and tell him, ‘ This is what Yahweh says, “ Let my people go, that they may serve me.And Jehovah spake unto Moses, Go in unto Pharaoh, and say unto him, Thus saith Jehovah, Let my people go, that they may serve me.여호와께서 모세에게 말씀하셨다. "바로에게 들어가서 그에게 전하여라. '여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하신다. 내 백성을 보내어 그들이 나를 섬기게 하여라.
2 If you refuse to let them go, behold, I will plague all your borders with frogs.And if thou refuse to let them go, behold, I will smite all thy borders with frogs:네가 그들을 보내기를 거절하면, 보아라, 내가 네 모든 영토를 개구리로 칠 것이다.
3 The river will swarm with frogs, which will go up and come into your house, and into your bedroom, and on your bed, and into the house of your servants, and on your people, and into your ovens, and into your kneading troughs.and the river shall swarm with frogs, which shall go up and come into thy house, and into thy bedchamber, and upon thy bed, and into the house of thy servants, and upon thy people, and into thine ovens, and into thy kneading-troughs:강에 개구리가 우글거려서, 그것들이 올라와 네 집과 네 침실과 네 침상에까지 들어가고, 네 신하들의 집과 네 백성에게로, 네 화덕과 네 반죽 그릇에까지 들어갈 것이다.
4 The frogs shall come up both on you, and on your people, and on all your servants.”’”and the frogs shall come up both upon thee, and upon thy people, and upon all thy servants.또 개구리가 너와 네 백성과 네 모든 신하의 몸 위에까지 기어오를 것이다.'"
5 Yahweh said to Moses, “Tell Aaron, ‘Stretch out your hand with your rod over the rivers, over the streams, and over the pools, and cause frogs to come up on the land of Egypt.’”And Jehovah said unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Stretch forth thy hand with thy rod over the rivers, over the streams, and over the pools, and cause frogs to come up upon the land of Egypt.여호와께서 모세에게 말씀하셨다. "아론에게 말하여라. '네 지팡이를 잡은 손을 강과 시내와 못 위로 뻗어, 개구리가 이집트 땅 위로 올라오게 하여라.'"
6 Aaron stretched out his hand over the waters of Egypt; and the frogs came up, and covered the land of Egypt.And Aaron stretched out his hand over the waters of Egypt; and the frogs came up, and covered the land of Egypt.아론이 이집트의 물들 위로 손을 뻗자, 개구리가 올라와 이집트 땅을 뒤덮었다.
7 The magicians did the same thing with their enchantments, and brought up frogs on the land of Egypt.And the magicians did in like manner with their enchantments, and brought up frogs upon the land of Egypt.마술사들도 자기들의 술법으로 똑같이 하여, 이집트 땅 위에 개구리가 올라오게 하였다.
8 Then Pharaoh called for Moses and Aaron, and said, “Entreat Yahweh, that he take away the frogs from me and from my people; and I will let the people go, that they may sacrifice to Yahweh.”Then Pharaoh called for Moses and Aaron, and said, Entreat Jehovah, that he take away the frogs from me, and from my people; and I will let the people go, that they may sacrifice unto Jehovah.그러자 바로가 모세와 아론을 불러 말하였다. "여호와께 간구하여, 그분이 나와 내 백성에게서 개구리를 거두어 가게 하라. 그러면 내가 백성을 보내어 그들이 여호와께 제사를 드리게 하겠다."
9 Moses said to Pharaoh, “ I give you the honor of setting the time that I should pray for you, and for your servants, and for your people, that the frogs be destroyed from you and your houses, and remain in the river only.”And Moses said unto Pharaoh, Have thou this glory over me: against what time shall I entreat for thee, and for thy servants, and for thy people, that the frogs be destroyed from thee and thy houses, and remain in the river only?모세가 바로에게 말하였다. "내가 당신을 위해, 당신의 신하들과 당신의 백성을 위해 언제 기도하여, 개구리가 당신과 당신의 집들에서 사라지고 강에만 남게 할지, 그 시간을 정하는 영예를 당신께 드리겠습니다."
10 Pharaoh said, “Tomorrow.” Moses said, “Let it be according to your word, that you may know that there is no one like Yahweh our God.And he said, Against to-morrow. And he said, Be it according to thy word; that thou mayest know that there is none like unto Jehovah our God.바로가 "내일이오"라고 말하였다. 모세가 말하였다. "당신의 말씀대로 될 것입니다. 그리하여 우리 하나님 여호와와 같은 분이 없음을 당신이 알게 될 것입니다.
11 The frogs shall depart from you, and from your houses, and from your servants, and from your people. They shall remain in the river only.”And the frogs shall depart from thee, and from thy houses, and from thy servants, and from thy people; they shall remain in the river only.개구리가 당신과 당신의 집들과 당신의 신하들과 당신의 백성에게서 떠나, 강에만 남을 것입니다."
12 Moses and Aaron went out from Pharaoh, and Moses cried to Yahweh concerning the frogs which he had brought on Pharaoh.And Moses and Aaron went out from Pharaoh: and Moses cried unto Jehovah concerning the frogs which he had brought upon Pharaoh.모세와 아론이 바로에게서 나갔고, 모세는 바로에게 내리신 개구리에 관하여 여호와께 부르짖었다.
13 Yahweh did according to the word of Moses, and the frogs died out of the houses, out of the courts, and out of the fields.And Jehovah did according to the word of Moses; and the frogs died out of the houses, out of the courts, and out of the fields.여호와께서 모세의 말대로 행하시니, 개구리가 집과 뜰과 들에서 죽었다.
14 They gathered them together in heaps, and the land stank.And they gathered them together in heaps; and the land stank.사람들이 그것들을 무더기로 모으니, 그 땅에서 악취가 진동하였다.
15 But when Pharaoh saw that there was a respite, he hardened his heart, and didn’t listen to them, as Yahweh had spoken.But when Pharaoh saw that there was respite, he hardened his heart, and hearkened not unto them, as Jehovah had spoken.그러나 바로가 한숨 돌리게 된 것을 보고는, 여호와께서 말씀하신 대로 그의 마음을 완고하게 하여 그들의 말을 듣지 않았다.
16 Yahweh said to Moses, “Tell Aaron, ‘ Stretch out your rod, and strike the dust of the earth, that it may become lice throughout all the land of Egypt.’”And Jehovah said unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Stretch out thy rod, and smite the dust of the earth, that it may become lice throughout all the land of Egypt.여호와께서 모세에게 말씀하셨다. "아론에게 말하여라. '네 지팡이를 뻗어 땅의 먼지를 쳐서, 그것이 이집트 온 땅에 이가 되게 하여라.'"
17 They did so; and Aaron stretched out his hand with his rod, and struck the dust of the earth, and there were lice on man, and on animal; all the dust of the earth became lice throughout all the land of Egypt.And they did so; and Aaron stretched out his hand with his rod, and smote the dust of the earth, and there were lice upon man, and upon beast; all the dust of the earth became lice throughout all the land of Egypt.그들이 그대로 하였다. 아론이 지팡이를 잡은 손을 뻗어 땅의 먼지를 치니, 사람과 짐승에게 이가 생겼다. 땅의 모든 먼지가 이집트 온 땅에서 이가 되었다.
18 The magicians tried with their enchantments to produce lice, but they couldn’t. There were lice on man, and on animal.And the magicians did so with their enchantments to bring forth lice, but they could not: and there were lice upon man, and upon beast.마술사들도 자기들의 술법으로 이를 만들어 내려 하였으나 할 수 없었다. 그리하여 사람과 짐승에게 이가 그대로 있었다.
19 Then the magicians said to Pharaoh, “ This is God’s finger;” but Pharaoh’s heart was hardened, and he didn’t listen to them, as Yahweh had spoken.Then the magicians said unto Pharaoh, This is the finger of God: and Pharaoh’s heart was hardened, and he hearkened not unto them; as Jehovah had spoken.그러자 마술사들이 바로에게 말하였다. "이것은 하나님의 손가락입니다." 그러나 바로의 마음은 완고해져서, 여호와께서 말씀하신 대로 그들의 말을 듣지 않았다.
20 Yahweh said to Moses, “Rise up early in the morning, and stand before Pharaoh; behold, he comes out to the water; and tell him, ‘ This is what Yahweh says, “ Let my people go, that they may serve me.And Jehovah said unto Moses, Rise up early in the morning, and stand before Pharaoh; lo, he cometh forth to the water; and say unto him, Thus saith Jehovah, Let my people go, that they may serve me.여호와께서 모세에게 말씀하셨다. "아침 일찍 일어나 바로 앞에 서라. 보아라, 그가 물가로 나올 것이다. 그에게 전하여라. '여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하신다. 내 백성을 보내어 그들이 나를 섬기게 하여라.
21 Else, if you will not let my people go, behold, I will send swarms of flies on you, and on your servants, and on your people, and into your houses. The houses of the Egyptians shall be full of swarms of flies, and also the ground they are on.Else, if thou wilt not let my people go, behold, I will send swarms of flies upon thee, and upon thy servants, and upon thy people, and into thy houses: and the houses of the Egyptians shall be full of swarms of flies, and also the ground whereon they are.그러지 않고 네가 내 백성을 보내지 않으면, 보아라, 내가 너와 네 신하들과 네 백성과 네 집들에 파리 떼를 보낼 것이다. 이집트 사람들의 집들이 파리 떼로 가득 차고, 그들이 사는 땅까지도 그러할 것이다.
22 I will set apart in that day the land of Goshen, in which my people dwell, that no swarms of flies shall be there, to the end you may know that I am Yahweh on the earth.And I will set apart in that day the land of Goshen, in which my people dwell, that no swarms of flies shall be there; to the end thou mayest know that I am Jehovah in the midst of the earth.그러나 그날에 내가 내 백성이 거주하는 고센 땅을 구별하여, 거기에는 파리 떼가 없게 하겠다. 이는 나 여호와가 이 땅 가운데 있음을 네가 알게 하려는 것이다.
23 I will put a division between my people and your people. This sign shall happen by tomorrow.”’”And I will put a division between my people and thy people: by to-morrow shall this sign be.내가 내 백성과 네 백성 사이에 구별을 두겠다. 내일 이 표징이 있을 것이다.'"
24 Yahweh did so; and there came grievous swarms of flies into the house of Pharaoh, and into his servants’ houses. In all the land of Egypt the land was corrupted by reason of the swarms of flies.And Jehovah did so; and there came grievous swarms of flies into the house of Pharaoh, and into his servants’ houses: and in all the land of Egypt the land was corrupted by reason of the swarms of flies.여호와께서 그렇게 하시니, 지독한 파리 떼가 바로의 집과 그의 신하들의 집들에 들어왔고, 이집트 온 땅이 파리 떼로 인하여 황폐해졌다.
25 Pharaoh called for Moses and for Aaron, and said, “ Go, sacrifice to your God in the land!”And Pharaoh called for Moses and for Aaron, and said, Go ye, sacrifice to your God in the land.바로가 모세와 아론을 불러 말하였다. "가서 이 땅 안에서 너희 하나님께 제사를 드려라."
26 Moses said, “ It isn’t appropriate to do so; for we shall sacrifice the abomination of the Egyptians to Yahweh our God. Behold, if we sacrifice the abomination of the Egyptians before their eyes, won’t they stone us?And Moses said, It is not meet so to do; for we shall sacrifice the abomination of the Egyptians to Jehovah our God: lo, shall we sacrifice the abomination of the Egyptians before their eyes, and will they not stone us?모세가 말하였다. "그렇게 하는 것은 옳지 않습니다. 우리가 우리 하나님 여호와께 드리는 제사는 이집트 사람들이 혐오하는 것입니다. 보십시오, 우리가 이집트 사람들이 혐오하는 것을 그들의 눈앞에서 제물로 드리면, 그들이 우리를 돌로 치지 않겠습니까?
27 We will go three days’ journey into the wilderness, and sacrifice to Yahweh our God, as he shall command us.”We will go three days’ journey into the wilderness, and sacrifice to Jehovah our God, as he shall command us.우리는 광야로 사흘 길을 가서, 우리 하나님 여호와께서 우리에게 명하시는 대로 그분께 제사를 드리겠습니다."
28 Pharaoh said, “ I will let you go, that you may sacrifice to Yahweh your God in the wilderness, only you shall not go very far away. Pray for me.”And Pharaoh said, I will let you go, that ye may sacrifice to Jehovah your God in the wilderness; only ye shall not go very far away: entreat for me.바로가 말하였다. "내가 너희를 보내어 광야에서 너희 하나님 여호와께 제사를 드리게 하겠다. 다만 너희가 너무 멀리 가지는 말아라. 나를 위해 기도하여라."
29 Moses said, “Behold, I am going out from you. I will pray to Yahweh that the swarms of flies may depart from Pharaoh, from his servants, and from his people, tomorrow; only don’t let Pharaoh deal deceitfully any more in not letting the people go to sacrifice to Yahweh.”And Moses said, Behold, I go out from thee, and I will entreat Jehovah that the swarms of flies may depart from Pharaoh, from his servants, and from his people, to-morrow: only let not Pharaoh deal deceitfully any more in not letting the people go to sacrifice to Jehovah.모세가 말하였다. "보십시오, 내가 당신에게서 나가 여호와께 기도하여, 내일 파리 떼가 바로와 그의 신하들과 그의 백성에게서 떠나게 하겠습니다. 다만 바로께서는 백성이 여호와께 제사 드리러 가는 것을 막아 다시는 속이는 일이 없도록 하십시오."
30 Moses went out from Pharaoh, and prayed to Yahweh.And Moses went out from Pharaoh, and entreated Jehovah.모세가 바로에게서 나가 여호와께 기도하였다.
31 Yahweh did according to the word of Moses, and he removed the swarms of flies from Pharaoh, from his servants, and from his people. There remained not one.And Jehovah did according to the word of Moses; and he removed the swarms of flies from Pharaoh, from his servants, and from his people; there remained not one.여호와께서 모세의 말대로 행하시어, 파리 떼를 바로와 그의 신하들과 그의 백성에게서 거두어 가시니, 한 마리도 남지 않았다.
32 Pharaoh hardened his heart this time also, and he didn’t let the people go.And Pharaoh hardened his heart this time also, and he did not let the people go.그러나 바로는 이번에도 자기 마음을 완고하게 하여, 백성을 보내지 않았다.
