1 Yahweh spoke to Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, in the first month of the second year after they had come out of the land of Egypt, saying,And Jehovah spake unto Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, in the first month of the second year after they were come out of the land of Egypt, saying,여호와께서 이집트 땅에서 나온 둘째 해 첫째 달에 시내 광야에서 모세에게 말씀하셨다.
2 “Let the children of Israel keep the Passover in its appointed season.Moreover let the children of Israel keep the passover in its appointed season."이스라엘 자손은 정해진 때에 유월절을 지켜야 한다.
3 On the fourteenth day of this month, at evening, you shall keep it in its appointed season. You shall keep it according to all its statutes and according to all its ordinances.”In the fourteenth day of this month, at even, ye shall keep it in its appointed season: according to all the statutes of it, and according to all the ordinances thereof, shall ye keep it.이 달 열나흗날 저녁에 정해진 때를 따라 그것을 지켜라. 그 모든 규례와 모든 법도를 따라 그것을 지켜야 한다."
4 Moses told the children of Israel that they should keep the Passover.And Moses spake unto the children of Israel, that they should keep the passover.그래서 모세는 이스라엘 자손에게 유월절을 지키라고 일렀다.
5 They kept the Passover in the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at evening, in the wilderness of Sinai. According to all that Yahweh commanded Moses, so the children of Israel did.And they kept the passover in the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month, at even, in the wilderness of Sinai: according to all that Jehovah commanded Moses, so did the children of Israel.그들은 첫째 달 열나흗날 저녁에 시내 광야에서 유월절을 지켰다. 여호와께서 모세에게 명하신 모든 것을 따라 이스라엘 자손이 그대로 행하였다.
6 There were certain men who were unclean because of the dead body of a man, so that they could not keep the Passover on that day, and they came before Moses and Aaron on that day.And there were certain men, who were unclean by reason of the dead body of a man, so that they could not keep the passover on that day: and they came before Moses and before Aaron on that day:그런데 어떤 사람들이 사람의 시체로 인하여 부정하게 되어 그날 유월절을 지킬 수 없었다. 그래서 그들이 그날 모세와 아론 앞에 나아왔다.
7 Those men said to him, “ We are unclean because of the dead body of a man. Why are we kept back, that we may not offer the offering of Yahweh in its appointed season among the children of Israel?”and those men said unto him, We are unclean by reason of the dead body of a man: wherefore are we kept back, that we may not offer the oblation of Jehovah in its appointed season among the children of Israel?그 사람들이 모세에게 말하였다. "우리가 사람의 시체로 인하여 부정하게 되었습니다. 그런데 어찌하여 우리가 정해진 때에 이스라엘 자손 가운데서 여호와께 드리는 제물을 드리지 못하도록 막힘을 당해야 합니까?"
8 Moses answered them, “ Wait, that I may hear what Yahweh will command concerning you.”And Moses said unto them, Stay ye, that I may hear what Jehovah will command concerning you.모세가 그들에게 대답하였다. "기다려라. 여호와께서 너희에 관하여 무엇이라고 명하시는지 내가 들어 보겠다."
9 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,여호와께서 모세에게 말씀하셨다.
10 “ Say to the children of Israel, ‘ If any man of you or of your generations is unclean by reason of a dead body, or is on a journey far away, he shall still keep the Passover to Yahweh.Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If any man of you or of your generations shall be unclean by reason of a dead body, or be on a journey afar off, yet he shall keep the passover unto Jehovah."이스라엘 자손에게 일러라. '너희 가운데나 너희 후손 가운데 누구든지 시체로 인하여 부정하게 되었거나 먼 길을 떠나 있더라도, 그는 여전히 여호와께 유월절을 지켜야 한다.
11 In the second month, on the fourteenth day at evening they shall keep it; they shall eat it with unleavened bread and bitter herbs.In the second month on the fourteenth day at even they shall keep it; they shall eat it with unleavened bread and bitter herbs:그들은 둘째 달 열나흗날 저녁에 그것을 지키되, 누룩 없는 빵과 쓴 나물과 함께 먹어야 한다.
12 They shall leave none of it until the morning, nor break a bone of it. According to all the statute of the Passover they shall keep it.they shall leave none of it unto the morning, nor break a bone thereof: according to all the statute of the passover they shall keep it.그들은 그것을 아침까지 조금도 남겨 두지 말고, 그 뼈도 꺾지 말아야 한다. 유월절의 모든 규례를 따라 그것을 지켜야 한다.
13 But the man who is clean, and is not on a journey, and fails to keep the Passover, that soul shall be cut off from his people. Because he didn’t offer the offering of Yahweh in its appointed season, that man shall bear his sin.But the man that is clean, and is not on a journey, and forbeareth to keep the passover, that soul shall be cut off from his people; because he offered not the oblation of Jehovah in its appointed season, that man shall bear his sin.그러나 정결한 사람이 길을 떠나 있지도 않으면서 유월절을 지키지 않으면, 그 사람은 자기 백성 가운데서 끊어질 것이다. 그가 정해진 때에 여호와께 드리는 제물을 드리지 않았으므로, 그 사람은 자기 죄를 담당할 것이다.
14 “‘ If a foreigner lives among you and desires to keep the Passover to Yahweh, then he shall do so according to the statute of the Passover, and according to its ordinance. You shall have one statute, both for the foreigner and for him who is born in the land.’”And if a stranger shall sojourn among you, and will keep the passover unto Jehovah; according to the statute of the passover, and according to the ordinance thereof, so shall he do: ye shall have one statute, both for the sojourner, and for him that is born in the land.만일 이방 사람이 너희 가운데 머물면서 여호와께 유월절을 지키고자 하면, 유월절의 규례와 그 법도를 따라 그대로 행해야 한다. 이방 사람에게나 그 땅에서 태어난 사람에게나 너희에게는 한 가지 규례가 있어야 한다.'"
15 On the day that the tabernacle was raised up, the cloud covered the tabernacle, even the Tent of the Testimony. At evening it was over the tabernacle, as it were the appearance of fire, until morning.And on the day that the tabernacle was reared up the cloud covered the tabernacle, even the tent of the testimony: and at even it was upon the tabernacle as it were the appearance of fire, until morning.성막을 세운 날에 구름이 성막 곧 증거의 장막을 덮었다. 그리고 저녁이 되면 그것은 성막 위에서 불처럼 보였으며 아침까지 그러하였다.
16 So it was continually. The cloud covered it, and the appearance of fire by night.So it was alway: the cloud covered it, and the appearance of fire by night.늘 이러하였다. 구름이 그것을 덮었고 밤에는 불처럼 보였다.
17 Whenever the cloud was taken up from over the Tent, then after that the children of Israel traveled; and in the place where the cloud remained, there the children of Israel encamped.And whenever the cloud was taken up from over the Tent, then after that the children of Israel journeyed: and in the place where the cloud abode, there the children of Israel encamped.구름이 장막 위에서 걷혀 올라갈 때마다 그제야 이스라엘 자손이 길을 떠났고, 구름이 머무는 곳에 이스라엘 자손이 진을 쳤다.
18 At the commandment of Yahweh, the children of Israel traveled, and at the commandment of Yahweh they encamped. As long as the cloud remained on the tabernacle they remained encamped.At the commandment of Jehovah the children of Israel journeyed, and at the commandment of Jehovah they encamped: as long as the cloud abode upon the tabernacle they remained encamped.여호와의 명령을 따라 이스라엘 자손이 길을 떠났고 여호와의 명령을 따라 진을 쳤다. 구름이 성막 위에 머물러 있는 동안에는 그들이 진을 친 채 머물러 있었다.
19 When the cloud stayed on the tabernacle many days, then the children of Israel kept Yahweh’s command, and didn’t travel.And when the cloud tarried upon the tabernacle many days, then the children of Israel kept the charge of Jehovah, and journeyed not.구름이 여러 날 동안 성막 위에 머물러 있을 때에는 이스라엘 자손이 여호와의 명령을 지켜 길을 떠나지 않았다.
20 Sometimes the cloud was a few days on the tabernacle; then according to the commandment of Yahweh they remained encamped, and according to the commandment of Yahweh they traveled.And sometimes the cloud was a few days upon the tabernacle; then according to the commandment of Jehovah they remained encamped, and according to the commandment of Jehovah they journeyed.때로는 구름이 며칠만 성막 위에 머물기도 하였는데, 그럴 때에도 여호와의 명령을 따라 진을 친 채 머물렀고 여호와의 명령을 따라 길을 떠났다.
21 Sometimes the cloud was from evening until morning; and when the cloud was taken up in the morning, they traveled; or by day and by night, when the cloud was taken up, they traveled.And sometimes the cloud was from evening until morning; and when the cloud was taken up in the morning, they journeyed: or if it continued by day and by night, when the cloud was taken up, they journeyed.때로는 구름이 저녁부터 아침까지만 머물렀는데, 아침에 구름이 걷혀 올라가면 그들이 길을 떠났다. 낮이든 밤이든 구름이 걷혀 올라가면 그들이 길을 떠났다.
22 Whether it was two days, or a month, or a year that the cloud stayed on the tabernacle, remaining on it, the children of Israel remained encamped, and didn’t travel; but when it was taken up, they traveled.Whether it were two days, or a month, or a year, that the cloud tarried upon the tabernacle, abiding thereon, the children of Israel remained encamped, and journeyed not; but when it was taken up, they journeyed.이틀이든 한 달이든 한 해든, 구름이 성막 위에 머물러 있는 동안에는 이스라엘 자손이 진을 친 채 머물러 있으면서 길을 떠나지 않았으나, 구름이 걷혀 올라가면 그들이 길을 떠났다.
23 At the commandment of Yahweh they encamped, and at the commandment of Yahweh they traveled. They kept Yahweh’s command, at the commandment of Yahweh by Moses.At the commandment of Jehovah they encamped, and at the commandment of Jehovah they journeyed: they kept the charge of Jehovah, at the commandment of Jehovah by Moses.여호와의 명령을 따라 그들이 진을 쳤고 여호와의 명령을 따라 길을 떠났다. 그들은 모세를 통하여 주신 여호와의 명령을 따라 여호와의 명령을 지켰다.
