1 Moses spoke to the heads of the tribes of the children of Israel, saying, “ This is the thing which Yahweh has commanded.And Moses spake unto the heads of the tribes of the children of Israel, saying, This is the thing which Jehovah hath commanded.모세가 이스라엘 자손 지파의 우두머리들에게 말하였다. "이것은 여호와께서 명령하신 일이다.
2 When a man vows a vow to Yahweh, or swears an oath to bind his soul with a bond, he shall not break his word. He shall do according to all that proceeds out of his mouth.When a man voweth a vow unto Jehovah, or sweareth an oath to bind his soul with a bond, he shall not break his word; he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth.누구든지 여호와께 서원하거나 자기 영혼을 매는 맹세를 하면, 그는 자기 말을 어기지 말고 자기 입에서 나온 모든 것을 그대로 행해야 한다.
3 “ Also, when a woman vows a vow to Yahweh and binds herself by a pledge, being in her father’s house, in her youth,Also when a woman voweth a vow unto Jehovah, and bindeth herself by a bond, being in her father’s house, in her youth,또 여자가 아직 어려서 자기 아버지 집에 있을 때에 여호와께 서원하거나 스스로 무엇을 지키기로 맹세하였는데,
4 and her father hears her vow and her pledge with which she has bound her soul, and her father says nothing to her, then all her vows shall stand, and every pledge with which she has bound her soul shall stand.and her father heareth her vow, and her bond wherewith she hath bound her soul, and her father holdeth his peace at her; then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she hath bound her soul shall stand.그 아버지가 그 여자의 서원과 스스로 자기 영혼을 맨 맹세를 듣고도 그에게 아무 말도 하지 않으면, 그의 모든 서원이 성립되고 스스로 자기 영혼을 맨 모든 맹세가 성립된다.
5 But if her father forbids her in the day that he hears, none of her vows or of her pledges with which she has bound her soul, shall stand. Yahweh will forgive her, because her father has forbidden her.But if her father disallow her in the day that he heareth, none of her vows, or of her bonds wherewith she hath bound her soul, shall stand: and Jehovah will forgive her, because her father disallowed her.그러나 그 아버지가 그 말을 듣는 날에 그를 막으면, 그의 서원과 스스로 자기 영혼을 맨 맹세는 하나도 성립되지 않는다. 그 아버지가 막았으므로 여호와께서 그를 용서하실 것이다.
6 “ If she has a husband, while her vows are on her, or the rash utterance of her lips with which she has bound her soul,And if she be married to a husband, while her vows are upon her, or the rash utterance of her lips, wherewith she hath bound her soul,또 그 여자가 서원을 지고 있거나 입술에서 경솔하게 나온 말로 자기 영혼을 매었을 때에 남편을 맞이하였는데,
7 and her husband hears it, and says nothing to her in the day that he hears it; then her vows shall stand, and her pledges with which she has bound her soul shall stand.and her husband hear it, and hold his peace at her in the day that he heareth it; then her vows shall stand, and her bonds wherewith she hath bound her soul shall stand.그 남편이 그것을 듣고도 그에게 아무 말도 하지 않으면, 그의 서원이 성립되고 스스로 자기 영혼을 맨 맹세가 성립된다.
8 But if her husband forbids her in the day that he hears it, then he makes void her vow which is on her and the rash utterance of her lips, with which she has bound her soul. Yahweh will forgive her.But if her husband disallow her in the day that he heareth it, then he shall make void her vow which is upon her, and the rash utterance of her lips, wherewith she hath bound her soul: and Jehovah will forgive her.그러나 그 남편이 그것을 듣는 날에 그를 막으면, 그는 그 여자가 진 서원과 입술에서 경솔하게 나온 말로 자기 영혼을 맨 것을 무효로 만든다. 그러면 여호와께서 그 여자를 용서하실 것이다.
9 “ But the vow of a widow, or of her who is divorced, everything with which she has bound her soul shall stand against her.But the vow of a widow, or of her that is divorced, even everything wherewith she hath bound her soul, shall stand against her.그러나 과부나 이혼당한 여자가 스스로 자기 영혼을 맨 모든 것은 그대로 그에게 성립된다.
10 “If she vowed in her husband’s house or bound her soul by a bond with an oath,And if she vowed in her husband’s house, or bound her soul by a bond with an oath,또 여자가 남편의 집에서 서원하거나 맹세로 스스로 자기 영혼을 매었는데,
11 and her husband heard it, and held his peace at her and didn’t disallow her, then all her vows shall stand, and every pledge with which she bound her soul shall stand.and her husband heard it, and held his peace at her, and disallowed her not; then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she bound her soul shall stand.그 남편이 그것을 듣고도 그에게 아무 말도 하지 않고 막지 않으면, 그의 모든 서원이 성립되고 스스로 자기 영혼을 맨 모든 맹세가 성립된다.
12 But if her husband made them null and void in the day that he heard them, then whatever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand. Her husband has made them void. Yahweh will forgive her.But if her husband made them null and void in the day that he heard them, then whatsoever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand: her husband hath made them void; and Jehovah will forgive her.그러나 그 남편이 그것을 듣는 날에 그것들을 무효로 만들면, 그 여자의 입술에서 나온 것 곧 그의 서원이나 그의 영혼을 맨 맹세에 관한 것은 무엇이든 성립되지 않는다. 그 남편이 그것들을 무효로 만들었으니 여호와께서 그 여자를 용서하실 것이다.
13 Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict the soul, her husband may establish it, or her husband may make it void.Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict the soul, her husband may establish it, or her husband may make it void.모든 서원과 영혼을 괴롭게 하는 모든 맹세는 그 남편이 세울 수도 있고 무효로 만들 수도 있다.
14 But if her husband says nothing to her from day to day, then he establishes all her vows or all her pledges which are on her. He has established them, because he said nothing to her in the day that he heard them.But if her husband altogether hold his peace at her from day to day, then he establisheth all her vows, or all her bonds, which are upon her: he hath established them, because he held his peace at her in the day that he heard them.그러나 그 남편이 날마다 그에게 아무 말도 하지 않으면, 그는 그 여자에게 있는 모든 서원이나 모든 맹세를 세우는 것이다. 그가 그 말을 듣는 날에 아무 말도 하지 않았으므로 그것들을 세운 것이다.
15 But if he makes them null and void after he has heard them, then he shall bear her iniquity.”But if he shall make them null and void after that he hath heard them, then he shall bear her iniquity.그러나 그가 들은 뒤에 그것들을 무효로 만들면, 그가 그 여자의 죄를 담당해야 한다."
16 These are the statutes which Yahweh commanded Moses, between a man and his wife, between a father and his daughter, being in her youth, in her father’s house.These are the statutes, which Jehovah commanded Moses, between a man and his wife, between a father and his daughter, being in her youth, in her father’s house.이것은 여호와께서 모세에게 명령하신 규례로서, 남편과 아내 사이, 그리고 아직 어려서 아버지 집에 있는 딸과 아버지 사이에 관한 것이다.
