1 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,여호와께서 모세에게 말씀하셨습니다.
2 “ Command the children of Israel that they put out of the camp every leper, everyone who has a discharge, and whoever is unclean by a corpse.Command the children of Israel, that they put out of the camp every leper, and every one that hath an issue, and whosoever is unclean by the dead:"이스라엘 자손에게 명령하여, 나병 환자와 유출병이 있는 사람과 주검으로 인해 부정하게 된 사람은 누구든지 진영 밖으로 내보내게 하여라.
3 You shall put both male and female outside of the camp so that they don’t defile their camp, in the midst of which I dwell.”both male and female shall ye put out, without the camp shall ye put them; that they defile not their camp, in the midst whereof I dwell.남자든 여자든 다 진영 밖으로 내보내, 내가 그들 가운데 거하는 그 진영을 그들이 더럽히지 않게 하여라."
4 The children of Israel did so, and put them outside of the camp; as Yahweh spoke to Moses, so the children of Israel did.And the children of Israel did so, and put them out without the camp; as Jehovah spake unto Moses, so did the children of Israel.이스라엘 자손이 그대로 행하여 그들을 진영 밖으로 내보냈습니다. 여호와께서 모세에게 말씀하신 대로 이스라엘 자손이 그렇게 행했습니다.
5 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,여호와께서 모세에게 말씀하셨습니다.
6 “ Speak to the children of Israel: ‘ When a man or woman commits any sin that men commit, so as to trespass against Yahweh, and that soul is guilty,Speak unto the children of Israel, When a man or woman shall commit any sin that men commit, so as to trespass against Jehovah, and that soul shall be guilty;"이스라엘 자손에게 말하여라. '남자든 여자든 사람이 흔히 짓는 어떤 죄를 지어 여호와께 신실하지 못하게 범죄하여 그 사람이 죄를 지었으면,
7 then he shall confess his sin which he has done; and he shall make restitution for his guilt in full, add to it the fifth part of it, and give it to him in respect of whom he has been guilty.then he shall confess his sin which he hath done: and he shall make restitution for his guilt in full, and add unto it the fifth part thereof, and give it unto him in respect of whom he hath been guilty.그는 자기가 지은 죄를 자백하고, 자기가 끼친 손해를 온전히 배상하되 거기에 오분의 일을 더하여, 자기가 잘못을 저지른 그 사람에게 주어야 한다.
8 But if the man has no kinsman to whom restitution may be made for the guilt, the restitution for guilt which is made to Yahweh shall be the priest’s, in addition to the ram of the atonement, by which atonement shall be made for him.But if the man have no kinsman to whom restitution may be made for the guilt, the restitution for guilt which is made unto Jehovah shall be the priest’s; besides the ram of the atonement, whereby atonement shall be made for him.그러나 그 손해를 배상받을 친족이 그 사람에게 없으면, 여호와께 드리는 배상물은 제사장의 것이 된다. 이는 그를 위하여 속죄할 속죄의 숫양과는 별도다.
9 Every heave offering of all the holy things of the children of Israel, which they present to the priest, shall be his.And every heave-offering of all the holy things of the children of Israel, which they present unto the priest, shall be his.이스라엘 자손이 거룩하게 구별하여 제사장에게 가져오는 모든 거제물은 제사장의 것이 된다.
10 Every man’s holy things shall be his; whatever any man gives the priest, it shall be his.’”And every man’s hallowed things shall be his: whatsoever any man giveth the priest, it shall be his.각 사람이 거룩하게 구별한 것은 그 제사장의 것이 되니, 누구든지 제사장에게 주는 것은 제사장의 것이 된다.'"
11 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,여호와께서 모세에게 말씀하셨습니다.
12 “ Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them: ‘ If any man’s wife goes astray and is unfaithful to him,Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, If any man’s wife go aside, and commit a trespass against him,"이스라엘 자손에게 말하여 그들에게 일러라. '어떤 사람의 아내가 빗나가 그 남편에게 신실하지 못하여,
13 and a man lies with her carnally, and it is hidden from the eyes of her husband and this is kept concealed, and she is defiled, there is no witness against her, and she isn’t taken in the act;and a man lie with her carnally, and it be hid from the eyes of her husband, and be kept close, and she be defiled, and there be no witness against her, and she be not taken in the act;다른 남자가 그 여인과 동침하였으나 그 일이 남편의 눈에 숨겨져 드러나지 않고, 그 여인이 몸을 더럽혔어도 그를 고발할 증인이 없고 현장에서 잡히지도 않았는데,
14 and the spirit of jealousy comes on him, and he is jealous of his wife and she is defiled; or if the spirit of jealousy comes on him, and he is jealous of his wife and she isn’t defiled;and the spirit of jealousy come upon him, and he be jealous of his wife, and she be defiled: or if the spirit of jealousy come upon him, and he be jealous of his wife, and she be not defiled:의심하는 마음이 그 남편에게 일어나 자기 아내를 의심하게 되었는데 그 여인이 정말 몸을 더럽혔거나, 혹은 의심하는 마음이 일어나 자기 아내를 의심하지만 그 여인이 몸을 더럽히지 않았으면,
15 then the man shall bring his wife to the priest, and shall bring her offering for her: one tenth of an ephah of barley meal. He shall pour no oil on it, nor put frankincense on it, for it is a meal offering of jealousy, a meal offering of memorial, bringing iniquity to memory.then shall the man bring his wife unto the priest, and shall bring her oblation for her, the tenth part of an ephah of barley meal; he shall pour no oil upon it, nor put frankincense thereon; for it is a meal-offering of jealousy, a meal-offering of memorial, bringing iniquity to remembrance.그 남편은 자기 아내를 제사장에게 데려가고, 그 여인을 위한 예물로 보리 가루 십분의 일 에바를 가져와야 한다. 그 위에 기름을 붓지 말고 유향도 놓지 말아야 하니, 이는 의심의 소제요 기억나게 하는 소제로, 죄악을 기억나게 하는 것이기 때문이다.
16 The priest shall bring her near, and set her before Yahweh.And the priest shall bring her near, and set her before Jehovah:제사장은 그 여인을 가까이 데려와 여호와 앞에 세워야 한다.
17 The priest shall take holy water in an earthen vessel; and the priest shall take some of the dust that is on the floor of the tabernacle and put it into the water.and the priest shall take holy water in an earthen vessel; and of the dust that is on the floor of the tabernacle the priest shall take, and put it into the water.그리고 제사장은 토기 그릇에 거룩한 물을 담고, 성막 바닥의 흙을 취하여 그 물에 넣어야 한다.
18 The priest shall set the woman before Yahweh, and let the hair of the woman’s head go loose, and put the meal offering of memorial in her hands, which is the meal offering of jealousy. The priest shall have in his hand the water of bitterness that brings a curse.And the priest shall set the woman before Jehovah, and let the hair of the woman’s head go loose, and put the meal-offering of memorial in her hands, which is the meal-offering of jealousy: and the priest shall have in his hand the water of bitterness that causeth the curse.제사장은 그 여인을 여호와 앞에 세우고, 그 여인의 머리를 풀게 하고, 기억나게 하는 소제 곧 의심의 소제를 그 여인의 두 손에 두어야 한다. 제사장은 손에 저주를 가져오는 쓴 물을 들고 있어야 한다.
19 The priest shall cause her to take an oath and shall tell the woman, “If no man has lain with you, and if you haven’t gone aside to uncleanness, being under your husband’s authority, be free from this water of bitterness that brings a curse.And the priest shall cause her to swear, and shall say unto the woman, If no man have lain with thee, and if thou have not gone aside to uncleanness, being under thy husband, be thou free from this water of bitterness that causeth the curse.제사장은 그 여인에게 맹세하게 하고 그 여인에게 이렇게 말해야 한다. '네가 남편 아래 있으면서 다른 남자가 너와 동침하지 않았고, 네가 부정함으로 빗나가지 않았으면, 저주를 가져오는 이 쓴 물에서 너는 무사하리라.
20 But if you have gone astray, being under your husband’s authority, and if you are defiled, and some man has lain with you besides your husband—”But if thou have gone aside, being under thy husband, and if thou be defiled, and some man have lain with thee besides thy husband:그러나 네가 남편 아래 있으면서 빗나가 몸을 더럽혔고, 네 남편 외에 다른 남자가 너와 동침하였으면' —
21 then the priest shall cause the woman to swear with the oath of cursing, and the priest shall tell the woman, “ May Yahweh make you a curse and an oath among your people, when Yahweh allows your thigh to fall away, and your body to swell;then the priest shall cause the woman to swear with the oath of cursing, and the priest shall say unto the woman, Jehovah make thee a curse and an oath among thy people, when Jehovah doth make thy thigh to fall away, and thy body to swell;제사장은 그 여인에게 저주의 맹세로 서약하게 하고, 그 여인에게 이렇게 말해야 한다. '여호와께서 네 넓적다리를 떨어지게 하시고 네 배를 붓게 하실 때, 여호와께서 너로 네 백성 가운데 저주와 맹세의 본보기가 되게 하시기를,
22 and this water that brings a curse will go into your bowels, and make your body swell, and your thigh fall away.” The woman shall say, “Amen, Amen.”and this water that causeth the curse shall go into thy bowels, and make thy body to swell, and thy thigh to fall away. And the woman shall say, Amen, Amen.저주를 가져오는 이 물이 네 창자 속에 들어가 네 배를 붓게 하고 네 넓적다리를 떨어지게 하기를 바란다.' 그러면 그 여인은 '아멘, 아멘' 하고 말해야 한다.
23 “‘ The priest shall write these curses in a book, and he shall wipe them into the water of bitterness.And the priest shall write these curses in a book, and he shall blot them out into the water of bitterness:제사장은 이 저주의 말을 책에 적고, 그것을 쓴 물에 씻어 넣어야 한다.
24 He shall make the woman drink the water of bitterness that causes the curse; and the water that causes the curse shall enter into her and become bitter.and he shall make the woman drink the water of bitterness that causeth the curse; and the water that causeth the curse shall enter into her and become bitter.그리고 그는 저주를 일으키는 쓴 물을 그 여인에게 마시게 해야 하니, 저주를 일으키는 그 물이 그 여인 속에 들어가 쓰게 될 것이다.
25 The priest shall take the meal offering of jealousy out of the woman’s hand, and shall wave the meal offering before Yahweh, and bring it to the altar.And the priest shall take the meal-offering of jealousy out of the woman’s hand, and shall wave the meal-offering before Jehovah, and bring it unto the altar:제사장은 그 여인의 손에서 의심의 소제를 취하여 그 소제를 여호와 앞에 흔들고 제단으로 가져와야 한다.
26 The priest shall take a handful of the meal offering, as its memorial portion, and burn it on the altar, and afterward shall make the woman drink the water.and the priest shall take a handful of the meal-offering, as the memorial thereof, and burn it upon the altar, and afterward shall make the woman drink the water.제사장은 그 소제 가운데서 한 줌을 취하여 그 기념물로 제단 위에서 불사르고, 그 후에 그 여인에게 그 물을 마시게 해야 한다.
27 When he has made her drink the water, then it shall happen, if she is defiled and has committed a trespass against her husband, that the water that causes the curse will enter into her and become bitter, and her body will swell, and her thigh will fall away; and the woman will be a curse among her people.And when he hath made her drink the water, then it shall come to pass, if she be defiled, and have committed a trespass against her husband, that the water that causeth the curse shall enter into her and become bitter, and her body shall swell, and her thigh shall fall away: and the woman shall be a curse among her people.제사장이 그 여인에게 그 물을 마시게 한 뒤에, 만일 그 여인이 몸을 더럽혀 자기 남편에게 신실하지 못하게 범죄하였으면, 저주를 일으키는 그 물이 그 여인 속에 들어가 쓰게 되어 그 여인의 배가 붓고 넓적다리가 떨어질 것이니, 그 여인은 자기 백성 가운데서 저주가 될 것이다.
28 If the woman isn’t defiled, but is clean; then she shall be free, and shall conceive offspring.And if the woman be not defiled, but be clean; then she shall be free, and shall conceive seed.그러나 그 여인이 몸을 더럽히지 않고 깨끗하면, 그 여인은 무사하고 임신할 수 있을 것이다.
29 “‘ This is the law of jealousy, when a wife, being under her husband, goes astray, and is defiled,This is the law of jealousy, when a wife, being under her husband, goeth aside, and is defiled;이것이 의심에 관한 법이니, 아내가 남편 아래 있으면서 빗나가 몸을 더럽혔을 때나,
30 or when the spirit of jealousy comes on a man, and he is jealous of his wife; then he shall set the woman before Yahweh, and the priest shall execute on her all this law.or when the spirit of jealousy cometh upon a man, and he is jealous of his wife; then shall he set the woman before Jehovah, and the priest shall execute upon her all this law.혹은 의심하는 마음이 남편에게 일어나 자기 아내를 의심할 때, 그는 그 여인을 여호와 앞에 세우고 제사장은 이 모든 법을 그 여인에게 시행해야 한다.
31 The man shall be free from iniquity, and that woman shall bear her iniquity.’”And the man shall be free from iniquity, and that woman shall bear her iniquity.그러면 그 남편은 죄가 없을 것이나, 그 여인은 자기 죄를 담당할 것이다.'"
