1 Thus all the work that Solomon did for Yahweh’s house was finished. Solomon brought in the things that David his father had dedicated, even the silver, the gold, and all the vessels, and put them in the treasuries of God’s house.Thus all the work that Solomon wrought for the house of Jehovah was finished. And Solomon brought in the things that David his father had dedicated, even the silver, and the gold, and all the vessels, and put them in the treasuries of the house of God.이렇게 하여 솔로몬이 여호와의 성전을 위해 진행한 모든 일이 완성되었습니다. 솔로몬은 그의 아버지 다윗이 바친 것들, 곧 은과 금과 모든 기구를 가져다가 하나님의 성전 곳간에 두었습니다.
2 Then Solomon assembled the elders of Israel and all the heads of the tribes, the princes of the fathers’ households of the children of Israel, to Jerusalem, to bring up the ark of Yahweh’s covenant out of David’s city, which is Zion.Then Solomon assembled the elders of Israel, and all the heads of the tribes, the princes of the fathers’ houses of the children of Israel, unto Jerusalem, to bring up the ark of the covenant of Jehovah out of the city of David, which is Zion.그때 솔로몬은 여호와의 언약궤를 다윗 성, 곧 시온에서 메어 올리려고 이스라엘의 장로들과 모든 지파의 우두머리들, 곧 이스라엘 자손 각 가문의 지도자들을 예루살렘으로 불러 모았습니다.
3 So all the men of Israel assembled themselves to the king at the feast, which was in the seventh month.And all the men of Israel assembled themselves unto the king at the feast, which was in the seventh month.이스라엘 모든 사람이 일곱째 달 절기에 왕에게로 모여들었습니다.
4 All the elders of Israel came. The Levites took up the ark.And all the elders of Israel came: and the Levites took up the ark;이스라엘의 모든 장로가 오자, 레위 사람들이 언약궤를 메었습니다.
5 They brought up the ark, the Tent of Meeting, and all the holy vessels that were in the Tent. The Levitical priests brought these up.and they brought up the ark, and the tent of meeting, and all the holy vessels that were in the Tent; these did the priests the Levites bring up.그들은 언약궤와 회막과 그 장막 안에 있던 모든 거룩한 기구를 메어 올렸는데, 레위 사람인 제사장들이 그것들을 메어 올렸습니다.
6 King Solomon and all the congregation of Israel who were assembled to him were before the ark, sacrificing sheep and cattle that could not be counted or numbered for multitude.And king Solomon and all the congregation of Israel, that were assembled unto him, were before the ark, sacrificing sheep and oxen, that could not be counted nor numbered for multitude.솔로몬 왕과 그에게 모인 이스라엘의 온 회중은 언약궤 앞에서 양과 소를 제물로 바쳤는데, 그 수가 너무 많아 셀 수도 헤아릴 수도 없었습니다.
7 The priests brought in the ark of Yahweh’s covenant to its place, into the inner sanctuary of the house, to the most holy place, even under the wings of the cherubim.And the priests brought in the ark of the covenant of Jehovah unto its place, into the oracle of the house, to the most holy place, even under the wings of the cherubim.제사장들은 여호와의 언약궤를 그 자리, 곧 성전 안쪽 지성소로, 그룹들의 날개 아래로 들여놓았습니다.
8 For the cherubim spread out their wings over the place of the ark, and the cherubim covered the ark and its poles above.For the cherubim spread forth their wings over the place of the ark, and the cherubim covered the ark and the staves thereof above.그룹들이 언약궤 자리 위로 날개를 펴서, 언약궤와 그것을 메는 채를 위에서 덮었습니다.
9 The poles were so long that the ends of the poles were seen from the ark in front of the inner sanctuary, but they were not seen outside; and it is there to this day.And the staves were so long that the ends of the staves were seen from the ark before the oracle; but they were not seen without: and there it is unto this day.그 채가 워낙 길어서 채 끝이 지성소 앞 언약궤에서는 보였으나 바깥에서는 보이지 않았습니다. 그것은 오늘날까지 거기에 그대로 있습니다.
10 There was nothing in the ark except the two tablets which Moses put there at Horeb, when Yahweh made a covenant with the children of Israel, when they came out of Egypt.There was nothing in the ark save the two tables which Moses put there at Horeb, when Jehovah made a covenant with the children of Israel, when they came out of Egypt.언약궤 안에는 모세가 호렙에서 넣어 둔 두 돌판 외에는 아무것도 없었습니다. 그것은 이스라엘 자손이 이집트에서 나올 때 여호와께서 그들과 언약을 세우신 것입니다.
11 When the priests had come out of the holy place ( for all the priests who were present had sanctified themselves, and didn’t keep their divisions;And it came to pass, when the priests were come out of the holy place ( for all the priests that were present had sanctified themselves, and did not keep their courses;제사장들이 성소에서 나왔는데, 그곳에 있던 제사장들은 모두 자기 반열을 따지지 않고 함께 자신을 거룩하게 하였습니다.
12 also the Levites who were the singers, all of them, even Asaph, Heman, Jeduthun, and their sons and their brothers, arrayed in fine linen, with cymbals and stringed instruments and harps, stood at the east end of the altar, and with them one hundred twenty priests sounding with trumpets );also the Levites who were the singers, all of them, even Asaph, Heman, Jeduthun, and their sons and their brethren, arrayed in fine linen, with cymbals and psalteries and harps, stood at the east end of the altar, and with them a hundred and twenty priests sounding with trumpets );또 노래하는 레위 사람들, 곧 아삽과 헤만과 여두둔과 그들의 아들들과 형제들이 모두 고운 베옷을 입고 제단 동쪽 끝에 서서 심벌즈와 비파와 수금을 들었고, 그들과 함께 제사장 백이십 명이 나팔을 불었습니다.
13 when the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking Yahweh; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised Yahweh, saying, “ For he is good, for his loving kindness endures forever!” then the house was filled with a cloud, even Yahweh’s house,it came to pass, when the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking Jehovah; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised Jehovah, saying, For he is good; for his lovingkindness endureth for ever; that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of Jehovah,나팔 부는 자들과 노래하는 자들이 하나가 되어 한 소리로 여호와를 찬양하고 감사하니, 그들이 나팔과 심벌즈와 여러 악기로 소리를 높여 "여호와는 선하시며 그분의 인자하심은 영원하다!" 하며 여호와를 찬양할 때, 그 성전, 곧 여호와의 성전에 구름이 가득 찼습니다.
14 so that the priests could not stand to minister by reason of the cloud; for Yahweh’s glory filled God’s house.so that the priests could not stand to minister by reason of the cloud: for the glory of Jehovah filled the house of God.그 구름 때문에 제사장들이 서서 섬길 수가 없었으니, 여호와의 영광이 하나님의 성전에 가득 찼기 때문입니다.
