4 He built altars in Yahweh’s house, of which Yahweh said, “ My name shall be in Jerusalem forever.”And he built altars in the house of Jehovah, whereof Jehovah said, In Jerusalem shall my name be for ever.그는 여호와께서 "내 이름이 예루살렘에 영원히 있으리라"고 말씀하신 여호와의 성전 안에 제단들을 쌓았다.
5 He built altars for all the army of the sky in the two courts of Yahweh’s house.And he built altars for all the host of heaven in the two courts of the house of Jehovah.그는 여호와의 성전 두 뜰 안에 하늘의 모든 별을 위하여 제단들을 쌓았다.
6 He also made his children to pass through the fire in the valley of the son of Hinnom. He practiced sorcery, divination, and witchcraft, and dealt with those who had familiar spirits and with wizards. 10 Yahweh spoke to Manasseh and to his people, but they didn’t listen.And Jehovah spake to Manasseh, and to his people; but they gave no heed.여호와께서 므낫세와 그의 백성에게 말씀하셨으나, 그들은 귀를 기울이지 않았다.

14 Now after this, he built an outer wall to David’s city on the west side of Gihon, in the valley, even to the entrance at the fish gate. 16 He built up Yahweh’s altar, and offered sacrifices of peace offerings and of thanksgiving on it, and commanded Judah to serve Yahweh, the God of Israel.And he built up the altar of Jehovah, and offered thereon sacrifices of peace-offerings and of thanksgiving, and commanded Judah to serve Jehovah, the God of Israel.그는 여호와의 제단을 다시 쌓고, 그 위에 화목제와 감사제를 드리며, 유다에게 이스라엘의 하나님 여호와를 섬기라고 명령하였다.

23 He didn’t humble himself before Yahweh, as Manasseh his father had humbled himself; but this same Amon trespassed more and more.And he humbled not himself before Jehovah, as Manasseh his father had humbled himself; but this same Amon trespassed more and more.그는 자기 아버지 므낫세가 자신을 낮춘 것처럼 여호와 앞에서 자신을 낮추지 않았고, 도리어 이 아몬은 점점 더 죄를 더하였다.
