1 Then Solomon began to build Yahweh’s house at Jerusalem on Mount Moriah, where Yahweh appeared to David his father, which he prepared in the place that David had appointed, on the threshing floor of Ornan the Jebusite.Then Solomon began to build the house of Jehovah at Jerusalem on mount Moriah, where Jehovah appeared unto David his father, which he made ready in the place that David had appointed, in the threshing-floor of Ornan the Jebusite.그때에 솔로몬이 예루살렘 모리아 산에 여호와의 성전을 짓기 시작했습니다. 그곳은 여호와께서 그의 아버지 다윗에게 나타나셨던 곳이요, 다윗이 정해 둔 그 자리, 곧 여부스 사람 오르난의 타작 마당이었습니다.

The length by cubits after the first measure was threescore cubits, and the breadth twenty cubits.솔로몬이 하나님의 성전을 짓기 위해 놓은 기초는 이러합니다. 옛 자로 잰 그 길이는 육십 규빗이요, 너비는 이십 규빗이었습니다.
4 The porch that was in front, its length, across the width of the house, was twenty cubits, and the height one hundred twenty; and he overlaid it within with pure gold.And the porch that was before the house, the length of it, according to the breadth of the house, was twenty cubits, and the height a hundred and twenty; and he overlaid it within with pure gold.성전 앞에 있는 현관은 그 길이가 성전 너비를 따라 이십 규빗이요, 높이는 백이십이었습니다. 솔로몬은 그 안쪽을 순금으로 입혔습니다.
5 He made the larger room with a ceiling of cypress wood, which he overlaid with fine gold, and ornamented it with palm trees and chains.And the greater house he ceiled with fir-wood, which he overlaid with fine gold, and wrought thereon palm-trees and chains.큰 방은 잣나무로 천장을 만들고 정금으로 입힌 뒤, 종려나무와 사슬 무늬로 꾸몄습니다.
6 He decorated the house with precious stones for beauty. The gold was gold from Parvaim.And he garnished the house with precious stones for beauty: and the gold was gold of Parvaim.그는 아름답게 하려고 성전을 보석으로 장식했습니다. 그 금은 바르와임에서 난 금이었습니다.
7 He also overlaid the house, the beams, the thresholds, its walls, and its doors with gold, and engraved cherubim on the walls.He overlaid also the house, the beams, the thresholds, and the walls thereof, and the doors thereof, with gold; and graved cherubim on the walls.그는 또한 성전과 들보와 문지방과 벽과 문을 금으로 입히고, 벽에는 그룹을 새겼습니다.
8 He made the most holy place. Its length, according to the width of the house, was twenty cubits, and its width twenty cubits; and he overlaid it with fine gold, amounting to six hundred talents.And he made the most holy house: the length thereof, according to the breadth of the house, was twenty cubits, and the breadth thereof twenty cubits; and he overlaid it with fine gold, amounting to six hundred talents.그는 지성소를 만들었습니다. 그 길이는 성전 너비를 따라 이십 규빗이요, 너비도 이십 규빗이었습니다. 그는 그곳을 정금으로 입혔는데, 그 무게가 육백 달란트였습니다.
9 The weight of the nails was fifty shekels of gold. He overlaid the upper rooms with gold.And the weight of the nails was fifty shekels of gold. And he overlaid the upper chambers with gold.못의 무게는 금 오십 세겔이었습니다. 그는 또 위층 방들도 금으로 입혔습니다.
10 In the most holy place he made two cherubim by carving, and they overlaid them with gold.And in the most holy house he made two cherubim of image work; and they overlaid them with gold.지성소 안에는 조각으로 그룹 둘을 만들고, 그것들을 금으로 입혔습니다.
11 The wings of the cherubim were twenty cubits long: the wing of the one was five cubits, reaching to the wall of the house; and the other wing was five cubits, reaching to the wing of the other cherub.And the wings of the cherubim were twenty cubits long: the wing of the one cherub was five cubits, reaching to the wall of the house; and the other wing was likewise five cubits, reaching to the wing of the other cherub.그룹들의 날개를 합한 길이는 이십 규빗이었습니다. 한 그룹의 한 날개는 다섯 규빗이라 성전 벽에 닿았고, 다른 한 날개도 다섯 규빗이라 다른 그룹의 날개에 닿았습니다.
12 The wing of the other cherub was five cubits, reaching to the wall of the house; and the other wing was five cubits, joining to the wing of the other cherub.And the wing of the other cherub was five cubits, reaching to the wall of the house; and the other wing was five cubits also, joining to the wing of the other cherub.다른 그룹의 한 날개도 다섯 규빗이라 성전 벽에 닿았고, 또 다른 한 날개도 다섯 규빗이라 먼저 그룹의 날개와 맞닿았습니다.
13 The wings of these cherubim spread themselves out twenty cubits. They stood on their feet, and their faces were toward the house.The wings of these cherubim spread themselves forth twenty cubits: and they stood on their feet, and their faces were toward the house.이 그룹들의 날개를 편 길이가 이십 규빗이었습니다. 그들은 발로 서 있었고, 그 얼굴은 성전 쪽을 향하고 있었습니다.
14 He made the veil of blue, purple, crimson, and fine linen, and ornamented it with cherubim.And he made the veil of blue, and purple, and crimson, and fine linen, and wrought cherubim thereon.그는 청색과 자색과 홍색 실과 고운 베로 휘장을 만들고, 거기에 그룹을 수놓았습니다.
15 Also he made before the house two pillars thirty-five cubits high, and the capital that was on the top of each of them was five cubits.Also he made before the house two pillars of thirty and five cubits high, and the capital that was on the top of each of them was five cubits.또 그는 성전 앞에 기둥 둘을 만들었는데, 높이가 삼십오 규빗이요, 각 기둥 꼭대기에 있는 기둥머리는 다섯 규빗이었습니다.
16 He made chains in the inner sanctuary, and put them on the tops of the pillars; and he made one hundred pomegranates, and put them on the chains.And he made chains in the oracle, and put them on the tops of the pillars; and he made a hundred pomegranates, and put them on the chains.그는 내전에 사슬을 만들어 기둥 꼭대기에 두고, 석류 백 개를 만들어 그 사슬에 달았습니다.
