1 Yahweh spoke to Moses after the death of the two sons of Aaron, when they came near before Yahweh, and died;And Jehovah spake unto Moses, after the death of the two sons of Aaron, when they drew near before Jehovah, and died;여호와께서 모세에게 말씀하셨는데, 이는 아론의 두 아들이 여호와 앞에 가까이 나아갔다가 죽은 뒤의 일이었다.
2 and Yahweh said to Moses, “ Tell Aaron your brother not to come at just any time into the Most Holy Place within the veil, before the mercy seat which is on the ark; lest he die; for I will appear in the cloud on the mercy seat.and Jehovah said unto Moses, Speak unto Aaron thy brother, that he come not at all times into the holy place within the veil, before the mercy-seat which is upon the ark; that he die not: for I will appear in the cloud upon the mercy-seat.여호와께서 모세에게 말씀하셨다. "네 형 아론에게 일러라. 휘장 안 지성소, 곧 궤 위에 있는 속죄소 앞으로 아무 때나 들어오지 말라. 그가 죽지 않게 하려 함이다. 내가 그 속죄소 위 구름 가운데 나타날 것이기 때문이다.
3 “Aaron shall come into the sanctuary with a young bull for a sin offering, and a ram for a burnt offering.Herewith shall Aaron come into the holy place: with a young bullock for a sin-offering, and a ram for a burnt-offering.아론이 성소에 들어올 때에는 이렇게 하라. 속죄제물로 수송아지 한 마리와, 번제물로 숫양 한 마리를 가지고 들어오라.
4 He shall put on the holy linen tunic. He shall have the linen trousers on his body, and shall put on the linen sash, and he shall be clothed with the linen turban. They are the holy garments. He shall bathe his body in water, and put them on.He shall put on the holy linen coat, and he shall have the linen breeches upon his flesh, and shall be girded with the linen girdle, and with the linen mitre shall he be attired: they are the holy garments; and he shall bathe his flesh in water, and put them on.그는 거룩한 모시 속옷을 입고, 몸에는 모시 속바지를 걸치며, 모시 띠를 띠고, 모시 관을 머리에 쓸 것이다. 이것들은 거룩한 옷이다. 그는 물로 몸을 씻은 뒤에 그 옷들을 입어야 한다.
5 He shall take from the congregation of the children of Israel two male goats for a sin offering, and one ram for a burnt offering.And he shall take of the congregation of the children of Israel two he-goats for a sin-offering, and one ram for a burnt-offering.그는 이스라엘 자손의 회중에게서 속죄제물로 숫염소 두 마리와 번제물로 숫양 한 마리를 가져올 것이다.
6 “Aaron shall offer the bull of the sin offering, which is for himself, and make atonement for himself and for his house.And Aaron shall present the bullock of the sin-offering, which is for himself, and make atonement for himself, and for his house.아론은 자기를 위한 속죄제의 수송아지를 드려, 자기 자신과 자기 집을 위하여 속죄해야 한다.
7 He shall take the two goats, and set them before Yahweh at the door of the Tent of Meeting.And he shall take the two goats, and set them before Jehovah at the door of the tent of meeting.그리고 그는 두 염소를 끌어다가 회막 문 앞 여호와 앞에 세울 것이다.
8 Aaron shall cast lots for the two goats: one lot for Yahweh, and the other lot for the scapegoat.And Aaron shall cast lots upon the two goats; one lot for Jehovah, and the other lot for Azazel.아론은 그 두 염소를 두고 제비를 뽑되, 한 제비는 여호와를 위한 것이요, 다른 한 제비는 아사셀을 위한 것으로 한다.
9 Aaron shall present the goat on which the lot fell for Yahweh, and offer him for a sin offering.And Aaron shall present the goat upon which the lot fell for Jehovah, and offer him for a sin-offering.아론은 여호와를 위하여 제비 뽑힌 염소를 드려 속죄제물로 삼고,
10 But the goat on which the lot fell for the scapegoat shall be presented alive before Yahweh, to make atonement for him, to send him away as the scapegoat into the wilderness.But the goat, on which the lot fell for Azazel, shall be set alive before Jehovah, to make atonement for him, to send him away for Azazel into the wilderness.아사셀을 위하여 제비 뽑힌 염소는 산 채로 여호와 앞에 세웠다가, 그것으로 속죄하게 하고, 아사셀을 위하여 광야로 내보낼 것이다.
11 “Aaron shall present the bull of the sin offering, which is for himself, and shall make atonement for himself and for his house, and shall kill the bull of the sin offering which is for himself.And Aaron shall present the bullock of the sin-offering, which is for himself, and shall make atonement for himself, and for his house, and shall kill the bullock of the sin-offering which is for himself.아론은 자기를 위한 속죄제의 수송아지를 드려, 자기 자신과 자기 집을 위하여 속죄하고, 자기를 위한 속죄제의 수송아지를 잡을 것이다.
12 He shall take a censer full of coals of fire from off the altar before Yahweh, and two handfuls of sweet incense beaten small, and bring it within the veil.And he shall take a censer full of coals of fire from off the altar before Jehovah, and his hands full of sweet incense beaten small, and bring it within the veil:그는 여호와 앞 제단에서 핀 숯불을 향로에 가득 담고, 곱게 빻은 향기로운 향을 두 손 가득 가지고 휘장 안으로 들어가서,
13 He shall put the incense on the fire before Yahweh, that the cloud of the incense may cover the mercy seat that is on the covenant, so that he will not die.and he shall put the incense upon the fire before Jehovah, that the cloud of the incense may cover the mercy-seat that is upon the testimony, that he die not:여호와 앞에서 그 향을 불 위에 놓아, 향의 연기 구름이 증거궤 위 속죄소를 덮게 할 것이니, 이는 그가 죽지 않게 하려 함이다.
14 He shall take some of the blood of the bull, and sprinkle it with his finger on the mercy seat on the east; and before the mercy seat he shall sprinkle some of the blood with his finger seven times.and he shall take of the blood of the bullock, and sprinkle it with his finger upon the mercy-seat on the east; and before the mercy-seat shall he sprinkle of the blood with his finger seven times.그는 수송아지의 피를 얼마쯤 가져다가 손가락으로 속죄소 동편에 뿌리고, 또 그 피의 얼마를 손가락으로 속죄소 앞에 일곱 번 뿌릴 것이다.
15 “ Then he shall kill the goat of the sin offering that is for the people, and bring his blood within the veil, and do with his blood as he did with the blood of the bull, and sprinkle it on the mercy seat and before the mercy seat.Then shall he kill the goat of the sin-offering, that is for the people, and bring his blood within the veil, and do with his blood as he did with the blood of the bullock, and sprinkle it upon the mercy-seat, and before the mercy-seat:그런 다음 그는 백성을 위한 속죄제의 염소를 잡고, 그 피를 휘장 안으로 가져다가, 수송아지의 피로 한 것처럼 그 피로 행하여, 속죄소 위와 속죄소 앞에 뿌릴 것이다.
16 He shall make atonement for the Holy Place, because of the uncleanness of the children of Israel, and because of their transgressions, even all their sins; and so he shall do for the Tent of Meeting that dwells with them in the middle of their uncleanness.and he shall make atonement for the holy place, because of the uncleannesses of the children of Israel, and because of their transgressions, even all their sins: and so shall he do for the tent of meeting, that dwelleth with them in the midst of their uncleannesses.이렇게 하여 그는 이스라엘 자손의 부정함과 그들의 범죄, 곧 그들의 모든 죄로 인하여 성소를 위해 속죄해야 한다. 그들의 부정함 가운데 그들과 함께 있는 회막을 위해서도 그렇게 할 것이다.
17 No one shall be in the Tent of Meeting when he enters to make atonement in the Holy Place, until he comes out, and has made atonement for himself and for his household, and for all the assembly of Israel.And there shall be no man in the tent of meeting when he goeth in to make atonement in the holy place, until he come out, and have made atonement for himself, and for his household, and for all the assembly of Israel.그가 속죄하러 성소에 들어가서 자기 자신과 자기 집과 이스라엘 온 회중을 위하여 속죄를 마치고 나오기까지는, 아무도 회막 안에 있어서는 안 된다.
18 “ He shall go out to the altar that is before Yahweh and make atonement for it, and shall take some of the bull’s blood, and some of the goat’s blood, and put it around on the horns of the altar.And he shall go out unto the altar that is before Jehovah, and make atonement for it, and shall take of the blood of the bullock, and of the blood of the goat, and put it upon the horns of the altar round about.그는 여호와 앞에 있는 제단으로 나아가 그것을 위하여 속죄하되, 수송아지의 피와 염소의 피를 얼마쯤 가져다가 제단 뿔들에 두루 바를 것이다.
19 He shall sprinkle some of the blood on it with his finger seven times, and cleanse it, and make it holy from the uncleanness of the children of Israel.And he shall sprinkle of the blood upon it with his finger seven times, and cleanse it, and hallow it from the uncleannesses of the children of Israel.그는 그 피의 얼마를 손가락으로 제단 위에 일곱 번 뿌려, 그것을 깨끗하게 하고 이스라엘 자손의 부정함에서 그것을 거룩하게 할 것이다.
20 “ When he has finished atoning for the Holy Place, the Tent of Meeting, and the altar, he shall present the live goat.And when he hath made an end of atoning for the holy place, and the tent of meeting, and the altar, he shall present the live goat:그가 성소와 회막과 제단을 위한 속죄를 마치고 나면, 산 염소를 끌어올 것이다.
21 Aaron shall lay both his hands on the head of the live goat, and confess over him all the iniquities of the children of Israel, and all their transgressions, even all their sins; and he shall put them on the head of the goat, and shall send him away into the wilderness by the hand of a man who is ready.and Aaron shall lay both his hands upon the head of the live goat, and confess over him all the iniquities of the children of Israel, and all their transgressions, even all their sins; and he shall put them upon the head of the goat, and shall send him away by the hand of a man that is in readiness into the wilderness:아론은 그 산 염소의 머리에 두 손을 얹고, 이스라엘 자손의 모든 불의와 그들의 모든 범죄, 곧 그들의 모든 죄를 그 위에 고백한 뒤, 그것들을 그 염소의 머리에 지우고, 미리 준비된 사람의 손에 맡겨 그 염소를 광야로 내보낼 것이다.
22 The goat shall carry all their iniquities on himself to a solitary land, and he shall release the goat in the wilderness.and the goat shall bear upon him all their iniquities unto a solitary land: and he shall let go the goat in the wilderness.그 염소는 그들의 모든 불의를 짊어지고 외딴 땅으로 갈 것이니, 그는 그 염소를 광야에 놓아 보낼 것이다.
23 “Aaron shall come into the Tent of Meeting, and shall take off the linen garments which he put on when he went into the Holy Place, and shall leave them there.And Aaron shall come into the tent of meeting, and shall put off the linen garments, which he put on when he went into the holy place, and shall leave them there:아론은 회막에 들어가서, 성소에 들어갈 때 입었던 모시 옷을 벗어 거기에 두고,
24 Then he shall bathe himself in water in a holy place, put on his garments, and come out and offer his burnt offering and the burnt offering of the people, and make atonement for himself and for the people.and he shall bathe his flesh in water in a holy place, and put on his garments, and come forth, and offer his burnt-offering and the burnt-offering of the people, and make atonement for himself and for the people.거룩한 곳에서 물로 몸을 씻고 자기 옷을 입은 뒤에 나와서, 자기 번제물과 백성의 번제물을 드려, 자기 자신과 백성을 위하여 속죄할 것이다.
25 The fat of the sin offering he shall burn on the altar.And the fat of the sin-offering shall he burn upon the altar.속죄제물의 기름은 제단 위에서 불사를 것이다.
26 “ He who lets the goat go as the scapegoat shall wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water, and afterward he shall come into the camp.And he that letteth go the goat for Azazel shall wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water, and afterward he shall come into the camp.아사셀을 위하여 염소를 내보낸 자는 자기 옷을 빨고 물로 몸을 씻은 뒤에야 진영으로 들어올 수 있다.
27 The bull for the sin offering, and the goat for the sin offering, whose blood was brought in to make atonement in the Holy Place, shall be carried outside the camp; and they shall burn their skins, their flesh, and their dung with fire.And the bullock of the sin-offering, and the goat of the sin-offering, whose blood was brought in to make atonement in the holy place, shall be carried forth without the camp; and they shall burn in the fire their skins, and their flesh, and their dung.속죄제의 수송아지와 속죄제의 염소, 곧 그 피를 성소로 가져다가 속죄에 쓴 것들은 진영 밖으로 가지고 나가서, 그 가죽과 고기와 똥을 불에 태울 것이다.
28 He who burns them shall wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water, and afterward he shall come into the camp.And he that burneth them shall wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water, and afterward he shall come into the camp.그것들을 태운 자는 자기 옷을 빨고 물로 몸을 씻은 뒤에야 진영으로 들어올 수 있다.
29 “ It shall be a statute to you forever: in the seventh month, on the tenth day of the month, you shall afflict your souls, and shall do no kind of work, whether native-born or a stranger who lives as a foreigner among you;And it shall be a statute for ever unto you: in the seventh month, on the tenth day of the month, ye shall afflict your souls, and shall do no manner of work, the home-born, or the stranger that sojourneth among you:이것은 너희에게 영원한 규례가 될 것이다. 일곱째 달 열흘째 날에, 너희 본토 사람이나 너희 가운데 나그네로 사는 이방 사람이나, 너희는 스스로 괴롭게 하고 아무 일도 하지 말라.
30 for on this day shall atonement be made for you, to cleanse you. You shall be clean from all your sins before Yahweh.for on this day shall atonement be made for you, to cleanse you; from all your sins shall ye be clean before Jehovah.이는 이날에 너희를 위하여 속죄가 이루어져 너희를 깨끗하게 하기 때문이니, 너희는 너희 모든 죄에서 여호와 앞에 깨끗하게 될 것이다.
31 It is a Sabbath of solemn rest to you, and you shall afflict your souls. It is a statute forever.It is a sabbath of solemn rest unto you, and ye shall afflict your souls; it is a statute for ever.이날은 너희에게 엄숙히 쉬는 안식일이니, 너희는 스스로 괴롭게 하라. 이것은 영원한 규례다.
32 The priest, who is anointed and who is consecrated to be priest in his father’s place, shall make the atonement, and shall put on the linen garments, even the holy garments.And the priest, who shall be anointed and who shall be consecrated to be priest in his father’s stead, shall make the atonement, and shall put on the linen garments, even the holy garments:기름 부음을 받고 자기 아버지를 이어 제사장으로 거룩하게 세움을 받은 제사장이 속죄를 행하되, 모시 옷, 곧 거룩한 옷을 입을 것이다.
33 Then he shall make atonement for the Holy Sanctuary; and he shall make atonement for the Tent of Meeting and for the altar; and he shall make atonement for the priests and for all the people of the assembly.and he shall make atonement for the holy sanctuary; and he shall make atonement for the tent of meeting and for the altar; and he shall make atonement for the priests and for all the people of the assembly.그는 지극히 거룩한 성소를 위하여 속죄하고, 회막과 제단을 위하여 속죄하며, 제사장들과 회중의 모든 백성을 위하여 속죄할 것이다.
34 “ This shall be an everlasting statute for you, to make atonement for the children of Israel once in the year because of all their sins.” It was done as Yahweh commanded Moses.And this shall be an everlasting statute unto you, to make atonement for the children of Israel because of all their sins once in the year. And he did as Jehovah commanded Moses.이것은 너희에게 영원한 규례가 되어, 이스라엘 자손의 모든 죄로 인하여 일 년에 한 번 그들을 위하여 속죄하게 하는 것이다." 그리하여 여호와께서 모세에게 명하신 대로 행하였다.
