1 “‘ If anyone sins, in that he hears a public adjuration to testify, he being a witness, whether he has seen or known, if he doesn’t report it, then he shall bear his iniquity.And if any one sin, in that he heareth the voice of adjuration, he being a witness, whether he hath seen or known, if he do not utter it, then he shall bear his iniquity.누구든지 맹세시키는 소리를 듣고 증인이 되어 본 일이나 아는 일이 있는데도 그것을 알리지 않으면 죄를 지은 것이니, 그는 자기 죄를 담당해야 한다.
2 “‘ Or if anyone touches any unclean thing, whether it is the carcass of an unclean animal, or the carcass of unclean livestock, or the carcass of unclean creeping things, and it is hidden from him, and he is unclean, then he shall be guilty.Or if any one touch any unclean thing, whether it be the carcass of an unclean beast, or the carcass of unclean cattle, or the carcass of unclean creeping things, and it be hidden from him, and he be unclean, then he shall be guilty.또 누구든지 부정한 것에 닿으면, 그것이 부정한 들짐승의 사체든 부정한 가축의 사체든 부정한 기어다니는 것의 사체든, 그 일을 알지 못한 채 부정하게 되었더라도 그는 죄가 있게 된다.
3 “‘ Or if he touches the uncleanness of man, whatever his uncleanness is with which he is unclean, and it is hidden from him; when he knows of it, then he shall be guilty.Or if he touch the uncleanness of man, whatsoever his uncleanness be wherewith he is unclean, and it be hid from him; when he knoweth of it, then he shall be guilty.또 사람의 부정함에 닿으면, 그를 부정하게 하는 그 어떤 부정함이든, 그 일을 알지 못하다가 나중에 깨닫게 되면 그는 죄가 있게 된다.
4 “‘ Or if anyone swears rashly with his lips to do evil or to do good — whatever it is that a man might utter rashly with an oath, and it is hidden from him — when he knows of it, then he will be guilty of one of these.Or if any one swear rashly with his lips to do evil, or to do good, whatsoever it be that a man shall utter rashly with an oath, and it be hid from him; when he knoweth of it, then he shall be guilty in one of these things.또 누구든지 입술로 경솔하게 맹세하여 악을 행하든 선을 행하든, 사람이 맹세로 경솔하게 내뱉을 수 있는 어떤 일이든, 그 일을 알지 못하다가 나중에 깨닫게 되면 이런 일들 가운데 하나로 죄가 있게 된다.
5 It shall be, when he is guilty of one of these, he shall confess that in which he has sinned;And it shall be, when he shall be guilty in one of these things, that he shall confess that wherein he hath sinned:이런 일들 가운데 하나로 죄가 있게 되면, 그는 자기가 지은 그 죄를 자백해야 한다.
6 and he shall bring his trespass offering to Yahweh for his sin which he has sinned: a female from the flock, a lamb or a goat, for a sin offering; and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin.and he shall bring his trespass-offering unto Jehovah for his sin which he hath sinned, a female from the flock, a lamb or a goat, for a sin-offering; and the priest shall make atonement for him as concerning his sin.그리고 자기가 지은 죄를 위하여 속건제물을 여호와께 가져와야 하니, 곧 양 떼에서 암컷 한 마리, 곧 어린 양이나 염소를 속죄제물로 드려야 한다. 그러면 제사장이 그의 죄에 관하여 그를 위해 속죄해 줄 것이다.
7 “‘ If he can’t afford a lamb, then he shall bring his trespass offering for that in which he has sinned, two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, to Yahweh; one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering.And if his means suffice not for a lamb, then he shall bring his trespass-offering for that wherein he hath sinned, two turtle-doves, or two young pigeons, unto Jehovah; one for a sin-offering, and the other for a burnt-offering.만일 어린 양을 드릴 형편이 못 되면, 자기가 지은 죄를 위하여 속건제물로 산비둘기 두 마리나 집비둘기 새끼 두 마리를 여호와께 가져와야 하니, 하나는 속죄제물로, 다른 하나는 번제물로 삼는다.
8 He shall bring them to the priest, who shall first offer the one which is for the sin offering. He shall wring off its head from its neck, but shall not sever it completely.And he shall bring them unto the priest, who shall offer that which is for the sin-offering first, and wring off its head from its neck, but shall not divide it asunder:그것들을 제사장에게 가져오면, 제사장은 속죄제물로 드릴 것을 먼저 드리되, 그 머리를 목에서 비틀어 끊으나 완전히 떼어 내지는 않는다.
9 He shall sprinkle some of the blood of the sin offering on the side of the altar; and the rest of the blood shall be drained out at the base of the altar. It is a sin offering.and he shall sprinkle of the blood of the sin-offering upon the side of the altar; and the rest of the blood shall be drained out at the base of the altar: it is a sin-offering.그리고 속죄제물의 피 얼마를 제단 옆면에 뿌리고, 나머지 피는 제단 밑바닥에 흘려 낸다. 이것이 속죄제다.
10 He shall offer the second for a burnt offering, according to the ordinance; and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin which he has sinned, and he shall be forgiven.And he shall offer the second for a burnt-offering, according to the ordinance; and the priest shall make atonement for him as concerning his sin which he hath sinned, and he shall be forgiven.그는 둘째 것을 규례대로 번제물로 드린다. 그러면 제사장이 그가 지은 죄에 관하여 그를 위해 속죄해 주니, 그는 용서받을 것이다.
11 “‘ But if he can’t afford two turtledoves or two young pigeons, then he shall bring as his offering for that in which he has sinned, one tenth of an ephah of fine flour for a sin offering. He shall put no oil on it, and he shall not put any frankincense on it, for it is a sin offering.But if his means suffice not for two turtle-doves, or two young pigeons, then he shall bring his oblation for that wherein he hath sinned, the tenth part of an ephah of fine flour for a sin-offering: he shall put no oil upon it, neither shall he put any frankincense thereon; for it is a sin-offering.그러나 산비둘기 두 마리나 집비둘기 새끼 두 마리를 드릴 형편도 못 되면, 자기가 지은 죄를 위하여 고운 가루 십분의 일 에바를 예물로 가져와 속죄제물로 삼는다. 그 위에 기름을 붓지 말고 유향도 두지 말 것이니, 이는 속죄제이기 때문이다.
12 He shall bring it to the priest, and the priest shall take his handful of it as the memorial portion, and burn it on the altar, on the offerings of Yahweh made by fire. It is a sin offering.And he shall bring it to the priest, and the priest shall take his handful of it as the memorial thereof, and burn it on the altar, upon the offerings of Jehovah made by fire: it is a sin-offering.그것을 제사장에게 가져오면, 제사장은 그것을 한 줌 쥐어 기념의 몫으로 삼아 여호와께 불로 드리는 제물 위에 제단에서 태운다. 이것이 속죄제다.
13 The priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin that he has sinned in any of these things, and he will be forgiven; and the rest shall be the priest’s, as the meal offering.’”And the priest shall make atonement for him as touching his sin that he hath sinned in any of these things, and he shall be forgiven: and the remnant shall be the priest’s, as the meal-offering.제사장은 그가 이런 일들 가운데 하나로 지은 그 죄에 관하여 그를 위해 속죄해 주니, 그는 용서받을 것이다. 그리고 그 나머지는 소제와 같이 제사장의 몫이 된다.
14 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,여호와께서 모세에게 말씀하셨다.
15 “ If anyone commits a trespass, and sins unwittingly regarding Yahweh’s holy things, then he shall bring his trespass offering to Yahweh: a ram without defect from the flock, according to your estimation in silver by shekels, according to the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass offering.If any one commit a trespass, and sin unwittingly, in the holy things of Jehovah; then he shall bring his trespass-offering unto Jehovah, a ram without blemish out of the flock, according to thy estimation in silver by shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass-offering:누구든지 여호와의 거룩한 것들에 관하여 부지중에 잘못을 범하여 죄를 지으면, 양 떼에서 흠 없는 숫양 한 마리를 네가 정한 값, 곧 성소의 세겔로 은 몇 세겔에 해당하는 것을 속건제물로 여호와께 가져와야 한다.
16 He shall make restitution for that which he has done wrong regarding the holy thing, and shall add a fifth part to it, and give it to the priest; and the priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering, and he will be forgiven.and he shall make restitution for that which he hath done amiss in the holy thing, and shall add the fifth part thereto, and give it unto the priest; and the priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the trespass-offering, and he shall be forgiven.그는 그 거룩한 것에 관하여 잘못한 만큼 배상하고, 거기에 오분의 일을 더하여 제사장에게 주어야 한다. 그러면 제사장이 속건제물인 숫양으로 그를 위해 속죄해 주니, 그는 용서받을 것이다.
17 “ If anyone sins, doing any of the things which Yahweh has commanded not to be done, though he didn’t know it, he is still guilty, and shall bear his iniquity.And if any one sin, and do any of the things which Jehovah hath commanded not to be done; though he knew it not, yet is he guilty, and shall bear his iniquity.또 누구든지 여호와께서 하지 말라고 명하신 일 가운데 하나라도 행하여 죄를 지으면, 비록 그것을 알지 못했더라도 죄가 있으니 자기 죄를 담당해야 한다.
18 He shall bring a ram without defect from of the flock, according to your estimation, for a trespass offering, to the priest; and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning the thing in which he sinned and didn’t know it, and he will be forgiven.And he shall bring a ram without blemish out of the flock, according to thy estimation, for a trespass-offering, unto the priest; and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning the thing wherein he erred unwittingly and knew it not, and he shall be forgiven.그는 양 떼에서 흠 없는 숫양 한 마리를 네가 정한 값대로 속건제물로 삼아 제사장에게 가져와야 한다. 그러면 제사장이 그가 알지 못한 채 범한 그 일에 관하여 그를 위해 속죄해 주니, 그는 용서받을 것이다.
19 It is a trespass offering. He is certainly guilty before Yahweh.”It is a trespass-offering: he is certainly guilty before Jehovah.이것은 속건제이니, 그는 여호와 앞에서 확실히 죄를 지은 것이다.
