Luke 20장

On one of those days, as he was teaching the people in the temple and preaching the Good News, the priests and scribes came to him with the elders. And it came to pass, on one of the days, as he was teaching the people in the temple, and preaching the gospel, there came upon him the chief priests and the scribes with the elders;어느 날 예수께서 성전에서 백성을 가르치시며 복음을 전하고 계실 때, 제사장들과 율법학자들이 장로들과 함께 예수께 다가왔다.

They asked him, “ Tell us: by what authority do you do these things? Or who is giving you this authority?”and they spake, saying unto him, Tell us: By what authority doest thou these things? or who is he that gave thee this authority?

He answered them, “ I also will ask you one question. Tell me:And he answered and said unto them, I also will ask you a question; and tell me:예수께서 그들에게 대답하셨다.

the baptism of John, was it from heaven, or from men?”The baptism of John, was it from heaven, or from men?

They reasoned with themselves, saying, “ If we say, ‘ From heaven,’ he will say, ‘ Why didn’ t you believe him?’And they reasoned with themselves, saying, If we shall say, From heaven; he will say, Why did ye not believe him?

But if we say, ‘ From men,’ all the people will stone us, for they are persuaded that John was a prophet.”But if we shall say, From men; all the people will stone us: for they are persuaded that John was a prophet.

They answered that they didn’t know where it was from. And they answered, that they knew not whence it was.

Jesus said to them, “ Neither will I tell you by what authority I do these things.”And Jesus said unto them, Neither tell I you by what authority I do these things.

He began to tell the people this parable: “ A man planted a vineyard and rented it out to some farmers, and went into another country for a long time. And he began to speak unto the people this parable: A man planted a vineyard, and let it out to husbandmen, and went into another country for a long time.

At the proper season, he sent a servant to the farmers to collect his share of the fruit of the vineyard. But the farmers beat him and sent him away empty. And at the season he sent unto the husbandmen a servant, that they should give him of the fruit of the vineyard: but the husbandmen beat him, and sent him away empty.

He sent yet another servant, and they also beat him and treated him shamefully, and sent him away empty. And he sent yet another servant: and him also they beat, and handled him shamefully, and sent him away empty.

He sent yet a third, and they also wounded him and threw him out.And he sent yet a third: and him also they wounded, and cast him forth.

The lord of the vineyard said, ‘ What shall I do? I will send my beloved son. It may be that seeing him, they will respect him.’And the lord of the vineyard said, What shall I do? I will send my beloved son; it may be they will reverence him.

“ But when the farmers saw him, they reasoned among themselves, saying, ‘ This is the heir. Come, let’s kill him, that the inheritance may be ours.’But when the husbandmen saw him, they reasoned one with another, saying, This is the heir; let us kill him, that the inheritance may be ours.

Then they threw him out of the vineyard and killed him. What therefore will the lord of the vineyard do to them? And they cast him forth out of the vineyard, and killed him. What therefore will the lord of the vineyard do unto them?

He will come and destroy these farmers, and will give the vineyard to others.” When they heard that, they said, “ May that never be!”He will come and destroy these husbandmen, and will give the vineyard unto others. And when they heard it, they said, God forbid.

But he looked at them and said, “ Then what is this that is written, ‘ The stone which the builders rejected was made the chief cornerstone’?But he looked upon them, and said, What then is this that is written, The stone which the builders rejected, The same was made the head of the corner?

Everyone who falls on that stone will be broken to pieces, but it will crush whomever it falls on to dust.”Every one that falleth on that stone shall be broken to pieces; but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will scatter him as dust.

The chief priests and the scribes sought to lay hands on him that very hour, but they feared the people — for they knew he had spoken this parable against them. And the scribes and the chief priests sought to lay hands on him in that very hour; and they feared the people: for they perceived that he spake this parable against them.

They watched him and sent out spies, who pretended to be righteous, that they might trap him in something he said, so as to deliver him up to the power and authority of the governor. And they watched him, and sent forth spies, who feigned themselves to be righteous, that they might take hold of his speech, so as to deliver him up to the rule and to the authority of the governor.

They asked him, “ Teacher, we know that you say and teach what is right, and aren’ t partial to anyone, but truly teach the way of God.And they asked him, saying, Teacher, we know that thou sayest and teachest rightly, and acceptest not the person of any, but of a truth teachest the way of God:그들이 예수께 물었다.

Is it lawful for us to pay taxes to Caesar, or not?”Is it lawful for us to give tribute unto Cæsar, or not?

But he perceived their craftiness, and said to them, “Why do you test me?But he perceived their craftiness, and said unto them,그러나 예수께서 그들의 간교함을 아시고 그들에게 말씀하셨다.

Show me a denarius. Whose image and inscription are on it?” They answered, “ Caesar’ s.”Show me a denarius. Whose image and superscription hath it? And they said, Cæsar’ s.

He said to them, “ Then give to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s.”And he said unto them, Then render unto Cæsar the things that are Cæsar’s, and unto God the things that are God’s.

They weren’ t able to trap him in his words before the people. They marveled at his answer and were silent. And they were not able to take hold of the saying before the people: and they marvelled at his answer, and held their peace.

Some of the Sadducees came to him, those who deny that there is a resurrection. And there came to him certain of the Sadducees, they that say that there is no resurrection;부활이 없다고 주장하는 사두개인들 가운데 몇 사람이 예수께 와서

They asked him, “ Teacher, Moses wrote to us that if a man’ s brother dies having a wife, and he is childless, his brother should take the wife and raise up children for his brother.and they asked him, saying, Teacher, Moses wrote unto us, that if a man’ s brother die, having a wife, and he be childless, his brother should take the wife, and raise up seed unto his brother.

There were therefore seven brothers. The first took a wife, and died childless. There were therefore seven brethren: and the first took a wife, and died childless;그런데 일곱 형제가 있었습니다.

The second took her as wife, and he died childless.and the second:

The third took her, and likewise the seven all left no children, and died.and the third took her; and likewise the seven also left no children, and died.

Afterward the woman also died.Afterward the woman also died.

Therefore in the resurrection whose wife of them will she be? For the seven had her as a wife.”In the resurrection therefore whose wife of them shall she be? for the seven had her to wife.

Jesus said to them, “ The children of this age marry and are given in marriage. And Jesus said unto them, The sons of this world marry, and are given in marriage:예수께서 그들에게 말씀하셨다.

But those who are considered worthy to attain to that age and the resurrection from the dead neither marry nor are given in marriage.but they that are accounted worthy to attain to that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage:그러나 저 세상과 죽은 자들 가운데서의 부활에 참여할 자격이 있다고 여겨지는 사람들은 장가들지도 시집가지도 않는다.

For they can’ t die any more, for they are like the angels and are children of God, being children of the resurrection.for neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are sons of God, being sons of the resurrection.

But that the dead are raised, even Moses showed at the bush, when he called the Lord ‘ The God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.’But that the dead are raised, even Moses showed, in the place concerning the Bush, when he calleth the Lord the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.

Now he is not the God of the dead, but of the living, for all are alive to him.”Now he is not the God of the dead, but of the living: for all live unto him.

Some of the scribes answered, “ Teacher, you speak well.”And certain of the scribes answering said, Teacher, thou hast well said.

They didn’t dare to ask him any more questions. For they durst not any more ask him any question.

He said to them, “ Why do they say that the Christ is David’s son?And he said unto them, How say they that the Christ is David’s son?

David himself says in the book of Psalms, ‘ The Lord said to my Lord, “ Sit at my right hand,For David himself saith in the book of Psalms, The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,다윗 자신이 시편에서 이렇게 말한다.

until I make your enemies the footstool of your feet.”’Till I make thine enemies the footstool of thy feet.

“ David therefore calls him Lord, so how is he his son?”David therefore calleth him Lord, and how is he his son?

In the hearing of all the people, he said to his disciples,And in the hearing of all the people he said unto his disciples,

“ Beware of those scribes who like to walk in long robes, and love greetings in the marketplaces, the best seats in the synagogues, and the best places at feasts;Beware of the scribes, who desire to walk in long robes, and love salutations in the marketplaces, and chief seats in the synagogues, and chief places at feasts;“율법학자들을 조심하여라.

who devour widows’ houses, and for a pretense make long prayers. These will receive greater condemnation.”who devour widows’ houses, and for a pretence make long prayers: these shall receive greater condemnation.
