5 The lords of the Philistines came up to her and said to her, “ Entice him, and see in which his great strength lies, and by what means we may prevail against him, that we may bind him to afflict him; and we will each give you eleven hundred pieces of silver.”And the lords of the Philistines came up unto her, and said unto her, Entice him, and see wherein his great strength lieth, and by what means we may prevail against him, that we may bind him to afflict him: and we will give thee every one of us eleven hundred pieces of silver.블레셋 사람의 통치자들이 그 여자에게 올라와 말하였다. "그를 꾀어 그의 큰 힘이 어디에 있는지, 또 우리가 어떻게 하면 그를 이기고 결박하여 굴복시킬 수 있는지 알아내라. 그러면 우리가 각각 너에게 은 천백 개씩 주겠다."
6 Delilah said to Samson, “ Please tell me where your great strength lies, and what you might be bound to afflict you.”And Delilah said to Samson, Tell me, I pray thee, wherein thy great strength lieth, and wherewith thou mightest be bound to afflict thee.들릴라가 삼손에게 말하였다. "당신의 큰 힘이 어디에 있는지, 또 무엇으로 당신을 결박하여 굴복시킬 수 있는지 제발 내게 말해 주세요."
7 Samson said to her, “ If they bind me with seven green cords that were never dried, then shall I become weak, and be as another man.”And Samson said unto her, If they bind me with seven green withes that were never dried, then shall I become weak, and be as another man.삼손이 그 여자에게 말하였다. "만일 사람들이 마르지 않은 푸른 줄 일곱 개로 나를 묶으면 내가 약해져서 다른 사람과 같이 될 것이오."
8 Then the lords of the Philistines brought up to her seven green cords which had not been dried, and she bound him with them.Then the lords of the Philistines brought up to her seven green withes which had not been dried, and she bound him with them.그러자 블레셋 사람의 통치자들이 마르지 않은 푸른 줄 일곱 개를 그 여자에게 가져왔고, 그 여자는 그것으로 삼손을 묶었다.
9 Now she had an ambush waiting in the inner room. She said to him, “ The Philistines are on you, Samson!” He broke the cords as a flax thread is broken when it touches the fire. So his strength was not known.Now she had liers-in-wait abiding in the inner chamber. And she said unto him, The Philistines are upon thee, Samson. And he brake the withes, as a string of tow is broken when it toucheth the fire. So his strength was not known.그 여자는 안방에 사람들을 매복시켜 두고 있었다. 그 여자가 그에게 "삼손, 블레셋 사람들이 당신을 잡으러 왔어요!" 하고 말하니, 삼손이 그 줄들을 불에 닿은 삼실이 끊어지듯 끊어 버렸다. 그래서 그의 힘의 비밀은 알려지지 않았다.
10 Delilah said to Samson, “ Behold, you have mocked me, and told me lies. Now please tell me how you might be bound.”And Delilah said unto Samson, Behold, thou hast mocked me, and told me lies: now tell me, I pray thee, wherewith thou mightest be bound.들릴라가 삼손에게 말하였다. "보세요, 당신이 나를 조롱하고 내게 거짓말을 했어요. 이제 무엇으로 당신을 묶을 수 있는지 제발 내게 말해 주세요."
11 He said to her, “ If they only bind me with new ropes with which no work has been done, then I will become weak, and be as another man.”And he said unto her, If they only bind me with new ropes wherewith no work hath been done, then shall I become weak, and be as another man.삼손이 그 여자에게 말하였다. "만일 한 번도 쓰지 않은 새 밧줄로만 나를 묶으면 내가 약해져서 다른 사람과 같이 될 것이오."
12 So Delilah took new ropes and bound him with them, then said to him, “ The Philistines are on you, Samson!” The ambush was waiting in the inner room. He broke them off his arms like a thread.So Delilah took new ropes, and bound him therewith, and said unto him, The Philistines are upon thee, Samson. And the liers-in-wait were abiding in the inner chamber. And he brake them off his arms like a thread.그래서 들릴라가 새 밧줄을 가져다가 그것으로 삼손을 묶고 "삼손, 블레셋 사람들이 당신을 잡으러 왔어요!" 하고 말하였다. 매복한 사람들은 안방에서 기다리고 있었다. 그러나 삼손은 그것들을 실처럼 자기 팔에서 끊어 버렸다.
13 Delilah said to Samson, “ Until now, you have mocked me and told me lies. Tell me with what you might be bound.” He said to her, “If you weave the seven locks of my head with the fabric on the loom.”And Delilah said unto Samson, Hitherto thou hast mocked me, and told me lies: tell me wherewith thou mightest be bound. And he said unto her, If thou weavest the seven locks of my head with the web.들릴라가 삼손에게 말하였다. "지금까지 당신이 나를 조롱하고 내게 거짓말을 했어요. 무엇으로 당신을 묶을 수 있는지 내게 말해 주세요." 삼손이 그 여자에게 말하였다. "만일 당신이 내 머리카락 일곱 가닥을 베틀의 날실로 짜 넣으면 되오."
14 She fastened it with the pin, and said to him, “ The Philistines are on you, Samson!” He awakened out of his sleep, and plucked away the pin of the beam and the fabric.And she fastened it with the pin, and said unto him, The Philistines are upon thee, Samson. And he awaked out of his sleep, and plucked away the pin of the beam, and the web.그 여자는 그것을 베틀 핀으로 단단히 고정하고 그에게 "삼손, 블레셋 사람들이 당신을 잡으러 왔어요!" 하고 말하였다. 삼손이 잠에서 깨어 베틀 핀과 날실을 뽑아 버렸다.
15 She said to him, “ How can you say, ‘ I love you,’ when your heart is not with me? You have mocked me these three times, and have not told me where your great strength lies.”And she said unto him, How canst thou say, I love thee, when thy heart is not with me? thou hast mocked me these three times, and hast not told me wherein thy great strength lieth.그 여자가 그에게 말하였다. "당신의 마음이 내게 있지도 않으면서 어떻게 '내가 너를 사랑한다'고 말할 수 있나요? 당신이 이렇게 세 번이나 나를 조롱하고, 당신의 큰 힘이 어디에 있는지 내게 말하지 않았어요."

17 He told her all his heart and said to her, “ No razor has ever come on my head; for I have been a Nazirite to God from my mother’s womb. If I am shaved, then my strength will go from me and I will become weak, and be like any other man.”And he told her all his heart, and said unto her, There hath not come a razor upon my head; for I have been a Nazirite unto God from my mother’s womb: if I be shaven, then my strength will go from me, and I shall become weak, and be like any other man.삼손이 자기 마음을 다 털어놓고 그 여자에게 말하였다. "내 머리에는 한 번도 면도칼이 닿은 적이 없소. 나는 어머니의 태에서부터 하나님께 바쳐진 나실 사람이기 때문이오. 만일 내 머리를 밀면 내 힘이 내게서 떠나고, 나는 약해져서 다른 사람과 같이 될 것이오."
18 When Delilah saw that he had told her all his heart, she sent and called for the lords of the Philistines, saying, “ Come up this once, for he has told me all his heart.” Then the lords of the Philistines came up to her and brought the money in their hand.And when Delilah saw that he had told her all his heart, she sent and called for the lords of the Philistines, saying, Come up this once, for he hath told me all his heart. Then the lords of the Philistines came up unto her, and brought the money in their hand.들릴라는 삼손이 자기 마음을 다 털어놓은 것을 보고 사람을 보내어 블레셋 사람의 통치자들을 불러 말하였다. "이번 한 번만 올라오세요. 그가 내게 자기 마음을 다 털어놓았어요." 그러자 블레셋 사람의 통치자들이 그 여자에게 올라오는데, 손에 은을 가지고 왔다.
19 She made him sleep on her knees; and she called for a man and shaved off the seven locks of his head; and she began to afflict him, and his strength went from him.And she made him sleep upon her knees; and she called for a man, and shaved off the seven locks of his head; and she began to afflict him, and his strength went from him.그 여자는 삼손을 자기 무릎에 재우고, 사람을 불러 그의 머리카락 일곱 가닥을 밀게 한 뒤 그를 괴롭히기 시작하니, 그의 힘이 그에게서 떠났다.
20 She said, “ The Philistines are upon you, Samson!” He awoke out of his sleep, and said, “ I will go out as at other times, and shake myself free.” But he didn’t know that Yahweh had departed from him.And she said, The Philistines are upon thee, Samson. And he awoke out of his sleep, and said, I will go out as at other times, and shake myself free. But he knew not that Jehovah was departed from him.그 여자가 "삼손, 블레셋 사람들이 당신을 잡으러 왔어요!" 하고 말하니, 삼손이 잠에서 깨어 "내가 전처럼 나가서 몸을 떨쳐 벗어나리라" 하였다. 그러나 그는 여호와께서 자기를 떠나신 것을 알지 못하였다.
21 The Philistines laid hold on him and put out his eyes; and they brought him down to Gaza and bound him with fetters of bronze; and he ground at the mill in the prison.And the Philistines laid hold on him, and put out his eyes; and they brought him down to Gaza, and bound him with fetters of brass; and he did grind in the prison-house.블레셋 사람들이 그를 붙잡아 그의 두 눈을 빼고, 그를 가사로 끌고 내려가 놋사슬로 묶었다. 그는 감옥에서 맷돌을 돌렸다.
22 However, the hair of his head began to grow again after he was shaved.Howbeit the hair of his head began to grow again after he was shaven.그러나 그의 머리털은 밀린 후에 다시 자라기 시작하였다.
23 The lords of the Philistines gathered together to offer a great sacrifice to Dagon their god, and to rejoice; for they said, “ Our god has delivered Samson our enemy into our hand.”And the lords of the Philistines gathered them together to offer a great sacrifice unto Dagon their god, and to rejoice; for they said, Our god hath delivered Samson our enemy into our hand.블레셋 사람의 통치자들이 자기들의 신 다곤에게 큰 제사를 드리고 즐거워하려고 함께 모여 말하였다. "우리 신이 우리의 원수 삼손을 우리 손에 넘겨주셨다."
24 When the people saw him, they praised their god; for they said, “ Our god has delivered our enemy and the destroyer of our country, who has slain many of us, into our hand.”And when the people saw him, they praised their god; for they said, Our god hath delivered into our hand our enemy, and the destroyer of our country, who hath slain many of us.백성들이 삼손을 보고 자기들의 신을 찬양하며 말하였다. "우리 신이 우리의 원수, 곧 우리 땅을 망하게 하고 우리 가운데 많은 사람을 죽인 자를 우리 손에 넘겨주셨다."
25 When their hearts were merry, they said, “ Call for Samson, that he may entertain us.” They called for Samson out of the prison; and he performed before them. They set him between the pillars;And it came to pass, when their hearts were merry, that they said, Call for Samson, that he may make us sport. And they called for Samson out of the prison-house; and he made sport before them. And they set him between the pillars:그들의 마음이 흥겨워지자 그들이 말하였다. "삼손을 불러내어 우리를 위해 재주를 부리게 하라." 그래서 그들이 삼손을 감옥에서 불러내니, 삼손이 그들 앞에서 재주를 부렸다. 그들은 삼손을 기둥 사이에 세웠다.
26 and Samson said to the boy who held him by the hand, “ Allow me to feel the pillars on which the house rests, that I may lean on them.”and Samson said unto the lad that held him by the hand, Suffer me that I may feel the pillars whereupon the house resteth, that I may lean upon them.삼손이 자기 손을 잡고 있는 소년에게 말하였다. "이 집을 떠받치고 있는 기둥들을 만지게 해다오. 거기에 기대고 싶다."
27 Now the house was full of men and women; and all the lords of the Philistines were there; and there were on the roof about three thousand men and women, who saw while Samson performed.Now the house was full of men and women; and all the lords of the Philistines were there; and there were upon the roof about three thousand men and women, that beheld while Samson made sport.그 집에는 남자와 여자가 가득하였고, 블레셋 사람의 모든 통치자가 거기에 있었으며, 지붕 위에는 삼손이 재주 부리는 것을 구경하는 남녀가 약 삼천 명이나 있었다.
28 Samson called to Yahweh, and said, “ Lord Yahweh, remember me, please, and strengthen me, please, only this once, God, that I may be at once avenged of the Philistines for my two eyes.”And Samson called unto Jehovah, and said, O Lord Jehovah, remember me, I pray thee, and strengthen me, I pray thee, only this once, O God, that I may be at once avenged of the Philistines for my two eyes.삼손이 여호와께 부르짖어 말하였다. "주 여호와여, 부디 나를 기억하소서. 하나님이여, 부디 이번 한 번만 나를 강하게 하셔서, 내 두 눈을 빼앗은 블레셋 사람들에게 단번에 원수를 갚게 하소서."
29 Samson took hold of the two middle pillars on which the house rested and leaned on them, the one with his right hand and the other with his left.And Samson took hold of the two middle pillars upon which the house rested, and leaned upon them, the one with his right hand, and the other with his left.삼손이 그 집을 떠받치고 있는 가운데 두 기둥을 잡고, 오른손으로 하나를, 왼손으로 다른 하나를 잡아 그것들에 의지하였다.
30 Samson said, “ Let me die with the Philistines!” He bowed himself with all his might; and the house fell on the lords, and on all the people who were in it. So the dead that he killed at his death were more than those who he killed in his life.And Samson said, Let me die with the Philistines. And he bowed himself with all his might; and the house fell upon the lords, and upon all the people that were therein. So the dead that he slew at his death were more than they that he slew in his life.삼손이 "블레셋 사람들과 함께 죽게 하소서!" 하고 말하며 온 힘을 다해 몸을 굽히니, 그 집이 통치자들과 그 안에 있는 모든 사람 위에 무너졌다. 그리하여 삼손이 죽을 때에 죽인 사람이 살아 있을 때 죽인 사람보다 더 많았다.
31 Then his brothers and all the house of his father came down and took him, and brought him up and buried him between Zorah and Eshtaol in the burial site of Manoah his father.
