Proverbs 2장

My son, if you will receive my words, and store up my commandments within you,My son, if thou wilt receive my words, And lay up my commandments with thee;

so as to turn your ear to wisdom, and apply your heart to understanding; So as to incline thine ear unto wisdom, And apply thy heart to understanding;그리하여 네 귀를 지혜에 기울이고 네 마음을 깨달음에 쏟으며,

yes, if you call out for discernment, and lift up your voice for understanding;Yea, if thou cry after discernment, And lift up thy voice for understanding;그렇다, 네가 분별력을 소리쳐 부르고 깨달음을 얻으려고 목소리를 높이며,

if you seek her as silver, and search for her as for hidden treasures; If thou seek her as silver, And search for her as for hid treasures:은을 구하듯 그것을 찾고 감추어진 보물을 찾듯 그것을 찾으면,

then you will understand the fear of Yahweh, and find the knowledge of God.Then shalt thou understand the fear of Jehovah, And find the knowledge of God.

For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. For Jehovah giveth wisdom; Out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding:여호와께서 지혜를 주시며, 그분의 입에서 지식과 깨달음이 나오기 때문이다.

He lays up sound wisdom for the upright. He is a shield to those who walk in integrity,He layeth up sound wisdom for the upright; He is a shield to them that walk in integrity;그분은 정직한 사람을 위하여 건전한 지혜를 쌓아 두시며, 흠 없이 행하는 자에게 방패가 되신다.

that he may guard the paths of justice, and preserve the way of his saints. That he may guard the paths of justice, And preserve the way of his saints.

Then you will understand righteousness and justice, equity and every good path. Then shalt thou understand righteousness and justice, And equity, yea, every good path.

For wisdom will enter into your heart. Knowledge will be pleasant to your soul. For wisdom shall enter into thy heart, And knowledge shall be pleasant unto thy soul;지혜가 네 마음에 들어가고 지식이 네 영혼에 즐거움이 될 것이기 때문이다.

Discretion will watch over you. Understanding will keep you,Discretion shall watch over thee; Understanding shall keep thee:신중함이 너를 지켜 주고 깨달음이 너를 보호하여,

to deliver you from the way of evil, from the men who speak perverse things,To deliver thee from the way of evil, From the men that speak perverse things;악한 길에서, 비뚤어진 것을 말하는 사람들에게서 너를 건져 내리니,

who forsake the paths of uprightness, to walk in the ways of darkness,Who forsake the paths of uprightness, To walk in the ways of darkness;그들은 정직한 길을 버리고 어둠의 길로 걸어가며,

who rejoice to do evil, and delight in the perverseness of evil,Who rejoice to do evil, And delight in the perverseness of evil;악을 행하기를 기뻐하고 악의 비뚤어짐을 즐거워하며,

who are crooked in their ways, and wayward in their paths,Who are crooked in their ways, And wayward in their paths:그 길은 굽었고 그 행로는 비뚤어진 자들이다.

to deliver you from the strange woman, even from the foreigner who flatters with her words,To deliver thee from the strange woman, Even from the foreigner that flattereth with her words;또한 지혜가 너를 음란한 여인에게서, 말로 아첨하는 낯선 여인에게서 건져 내리니,

who forsakes the friend of her youth, and forgets the covenant of her God;That forsaketh the friend of her youth, And forgetteth the covenant of her God:그 여인은 젊은 날의 짝을 버리고 자기 하나님의 언약을 잊어버린 자다.

for her house leads down to death, her paths to the departed spirits. For her house inclineth unto death, And her paths unto the dead;그 여인의 집은 죽음으로 기울어지고 그 길은 죽은 자들에게로 향하기 때문이다.

None who go to her return again, neither do they attain to the paths of life.None that go unto her return again, Neither do they attain unto the paths of life:그 여인에게 가는 자는 아무도 돌아오지 못하며 생명의 길에 이르지도 못한다.

Therefore walk in the way of good men, and keep the paths of the righteous. That thou mayest walk in the way of good men, And keep the paths of the righteous.

For the upright will dwell in the land. The perfect will remain in it.For the upright shall dwell in the land, And the perfect shall remain in it.

But the wicked will be cut off from the land. The treacherous will be rooted out of it.But the wicked shall be cut off from the land, And the treacherous shall be rooted out of it.
