1 After this, I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, so that no wind would blow on the earth, or on the sea, or on any tree.After this I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that no wind should blow on the earth, or on the sea, or upon any tree.이 일이 있은 뒤에 내가 보니, 네 천사가 땅의 네 모퉁이에 서서 땅의 네 바람을 붙잡고 있어서 땅에도, 바다에도, 어떤 나무에도 바람이 불지 못하게 하고 있었습니다.
2 I saw another angel ascend from the sunrise, having the seal of the living God. He cried with a loud voice to the four angels to whom it was given to harm the earth and the sea,And I saw another angel ascend from the sunrising, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a great voice to the four angels to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,또 다른 천사가 해 돋는 곳에서 올라오는 것을 보았는데, 그는 살아 계신 하나님의 인장을 가지고 있었습니다. 그가 땅과 바다를 해치도록 권한을 받은 네 천사를 향하여 큰 소리로 외쳐
3 saying, “Don’ t harm the earth, the sea, or the trees, until we have sealed the bondservants of our God on their foreheads!”saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we shall have sealed the servants of our God on their foreheads.말하기를 “우리가 우리 하나님의 종들의 이마에 인을 칠 때까지 땅도, 바다도, 나무들도 해치지 말라!” 하였습니다.
4 I heard the number of those who were sealed, one hundred forty-four thousand, sealed out of every tribe of the children of Israel:And I heard the number of them that were sealed, a hundred and forty and four thousand, sealed out of every tribe of the children of Israel:그리고 나는 인침을 받은 사람들의 수를 들었는데, 이스라엘 자손의 모든 지파 가운데서 인침을 받은 사람이 십사만 사천 명이었습니다.

8 of the tribe of Zebulun twelve thousand, of the tribe of Joseph twelve thousand, and of the tribe of Benjamin twelve thousand were sealed.Of the tribe of Zebulun twelve thousand; Of the tribe of Joseph twelve thousand; Of the tribe of Benjamin were sealed twelve thousand.스불론 지파에서 일만 이천 명, 요셉 지파에서 일만 이천 명, 베냐민 지파에서 일만 이천 명이 인침을 받았습니다.
9 After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no man could count, out of every nation and of all tribes, peoples, and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, dressed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands.After these things I saw, and behold, a great multitude, which no man could number, out of every nation and of all tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, arrayed in white robes, and palms in their hands;이 일 후에 내가 보니, 보십시오, 아무도 셀 수 없는 큰 무리가 모든 민족과 모든 종족과 백성과 언어 가운데서 나와, 흰 옷을 입고 손에 종려나무 가지를 들고 보좌 앞과 어린양 앞에 서 있었습니다.
10 They cried with a loud voice, saying, “ Salvation be to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!”and they cry with a great voice, saying, Salvation unto our God who sitteth on the throne, and unto the Lamb.그들이 큰 소리로 외쳐 말하기를 “구원은 보좌에 앉으신 우리 하나님과 어린양께 있습니다!” 하였습니다.
11 All the angels were standing around the throne, the elders, and the four living creatures; and they fell on their faces before his throne, and worshiped God,And all the angels were standing round about the throne, and about the elders and the four living creatures; and they fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God,모든 천사가 보좌와 장로들과 네 생물을 둘러서 있다가, 보좌 앞에 엎드려 얼굴을 땅에 대고 하나님께 경배하며
12 saying, “Amen! Blessing, glory, wisdom, thanksgiving, honor, power, and might, be to our God forever and ever! Amen.”saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honor, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen.말하기를 “아멘! 찬송과 영광과 지혜와 감사와 존귀와 권능과 능력이 우리 하나님께 영원무궁하기를 빕니다! 아멘.” 하였습니다.
13 One of the elders answered, saying to me, “ These who are arrayed in the white robes, who are they, and where did they come from?”And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, These that are arrayed in the white robes, who are they, and whence came they?그때에 장로 가운데 한 사람이 나에게 물어 말하기를 “흰 옷을 입은 이 사람들이 누구이며, 어디에서 왔는가?” 하였습니다.
14 I told him, “ My lord, you know.” He said to me, “ These are those who came out of the great suffering. They washed their robes and made them white in the Lamb’ s blood.And I say unto him, My lord, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they that come out of the great tribulation, and they washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.내가 그에게 “내 주여, 당신이 아십니다.” 하고 대답하니, 그가 나에게 말하였습니다. “이 사람들은 큰 환난에서 나온 사람들이다. 그들은 자기 옷을 어린양의 피에 씻어 희게 하였다.
15 Therefore they are before the throne of God, and they serve him day and night in his temple. He who sits on the throne will spread his tabernacle over them.Therefore are they before the throne of God; and they serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall spread his tabernacle over them.그러므로 그들은 하나님의 보좌 앞에 있으며, 그분의 성전에서 밤낮으로 그분을 섬긴다. 보좌에 앉으신 분이 그들 위에 자기 장막을 펴실 것이다.
16 They will never be hungry or thirsty any more. The sun won’ t beat on them, nor any heat;They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun strike upon them, nor any heat:그들은 다시는 주리지 아니하고, 다시는 목마르지 아니하며, 해도 그들을 내리쬐지 못하고, 어떤 뜨거움도 그들을 해치지 못할 것이다.
17 for the Lamb who is in the middle of the throne shepherds them and leads them to springs of life-giving waters. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”for the Lamb that is in the midst of the throne shall be their shepherd, and shall guide them unto fountains of waters of life: and God shall wipe away every tear from their eyes.이는 보좌 가운데 계신 어린양이 그들의 목자가 되어 그들을 생명수 샘으로 인도하실 것이기 때문이다. 그리고 하나님께서 그들의 눈에서 모든 눈물을 닦아 주실 것이다.”
