Matthew 25장

“ Then the Kingdom of Heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, who took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.“그때에 하나님 나라는 등불을 들고 신랑을 맞으러 나간 열 처녀와 같을 것이다.

Five of them were foolish, and five were wise. And five of them were foolish, and five were wise.

Those who were foolish, when they took their lamps, took no oil with them,For the foolish, when they took their lamps, took no oil with them:어리석은 처녀들은 등불은 가지고 갔으나 기름은 챙기지 않았고,

but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.

Now while the bridegroom delayed, they all slumbered and slept. Now while the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.

But at midnight there was a cry, ‘ Behold! The bridegroom is coming! Come out to meet him!’But at midnight there is a cry, Behold, the bridegroom! Come ye forth to meet him.

Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps. Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.

The foolish said to the wise, ‘ Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.’And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are going out.

But the wise answered, saying, ‘ What if there isn’ t enough for us and you? You go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.’But the wise answered, saying, Peradventure there will not be enough for us and you: go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.

While they went away to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding feast, and the door was shut. And while they went away to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage feast: and the door was shut.

Afterward the other virgins also came, saying, ‘ Lord, Lord, open to us.’Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.

But he answered, ‘Most certainly I tell you, I don’ t know you.’But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.

Watch therefore, for you don’ t know the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming.Watch therefore, for ye know not the day nor the hour.

“ For it is like a man going into another country, who called his own servants and entrusted his goods to them. For it is as when a man, going into another country, called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods.“하나님 나라는 또 어떤 사람이 타국으로 떠나면서 자기 종들을 불러 재산을 맡긴 것과 같다.

To one he gave five talents, to another two, to another one, to each according to his own ability. Then he went on his journey. And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, to another one; to each according to his several ability; and he went on his journey.

Immediately he who received the five talents went and traded with them, and made another five talents.Straightway he that received the five talents went and traded with them, and made other five talents.

In the same way, he also who got the two gained another two.In like manner he also that received the two gained other two.

But he who received the one talent went away and dug in the earth and hid his lord’ s money. But he that received the one went away and digged in the earth, and hid his lord’ s money.

“ Now after a long time the lord of those servants came, and settled accounts with them. Now after a long time the lord of those servants cometh, and maketh a reckoning with them.“오랜 시간이 지난 뒤에 그 종들의 주인이 돌아와 그들과 셈을 하였다.

He who received the five talents came and brought another five talents, saying, ‘ Lord, you delivered to me five talents. Behold, I have gained another five talents in addition to them.’And he that received the five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: lo, I have gained other five talents.

“ His lord said to him, ‘ Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a few things, I will set you over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will set thee over many things; enter thou into the joy of thy lord.“그의 주인이 그에게 말하였다.

“ He also who got the two talents came and said, ‘ Lord, you delivered to me two talents. Behold, I have gained another two talents in addition to them.’And he also that received the two talents came and said, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents: lo, I have gained other two talents.“두 달란트를 받은 사람도 와서 말하였다.

“ His lord said to him, ‘ Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a few things. I will set you over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will set thee over many things; enter thou into the joy of thy lord.“그의 주인이 그에게 말하였다.

“ He also who had received the one talent came and said, ‘ Lord, I knew you that you are a hard man, reaping where you didn’ t sow, and gathering where you didn’ t scatter. And he also that had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art a hard man, reaping where thou didst not sow, and gathering where thou didst not scatter;“한 달란트를 받은 사람도 와서 말하였다.

I was afraid, and went away and hid your talent in the earth. Behold, you have what is yours.’and I was afraid, and went away and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, thou hast thine own.

“ But his lord answered him, ‘ You wicked and slothful servant. You knew that I reap where I didn’ t sow, and gather where I didn’ t scatter. But his lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I did not scatter;“그러자 그의 주인이 대답하였다.

You ought therefore to have deposited my money with the bankers, and at my coming I should have received back my own with interest.thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the bankers, and at my coming I should have received back mine own with interest.

Take away therefore the talent from him and give it to him who has the ten talents.Take ye away therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him that hath the ten talents.

For to everyone who has will be given, and he will have abundance, but from him who doesn’ t have, even that which he has will be taken away. For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not, even that which he hath shall be taken away.

Throw out the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’And cast ye out the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness: there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.

“ But when the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then he will sit on the throne of his glory. But when the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the angels with him, then shall he sit on the throne of his glory:“인자가 자기 영광 가운데 모든 거룩한 천사와 함께 올 때에, 그는 자기 영광의 보좌에 앉을 것이다.

Before him all the nations will be gathered, and he will separate them one from another, as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.and before him shall be gathered all the nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as the shepherd separateth the sheep from the goats;모든 민족이 그 앞에 모일 것이며, 그는 목자가 양과 염소를 갈라놓듯이 그들을 서로 갈라놓을 것이다.

He will set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.and he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.

Then the King will tell those on his right hand, ‘ Come, blessed of my Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world; Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:그때에 왕이 오른쪽에 있는 자들에게 말할 것이다.

for I was hungry and you gave me food to eat. I was thirsty and you gave me drink. I was a stranger and you took me in.for I was hungry, and ye gave me to eat; I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink; I was a stranger, and ye took me in;너희는 내가 굶주렸을 때에 먹을 것을 주었고, 목말랐을 때에 마실 것을 주었으며, 나그네 되었을 때에 나를 맞아들였다.

I was naked and you clothed me. I was sick and you visited me. I was in prison and you came to me.’naked, and ye clothed me; I was sick, and ye visited me; I was in prison, and ye came unto me.

“ Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘ Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you a drink? Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee hungry, and fed thee? or athirst, and gave thee drink?“그때에 의인들이 그에게 대답할 것이다.

When did we see you as a stranger and take you in, or naked and clothe you?And when saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?

When did we see you sick or in prison and come to you?’And when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?

“ The King will answer them, ‘Most certainly I tell you, because you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it unto one of these my brethren, even these least, ye did it unto me.“왕이 그들에게 대답할 것이다.

Then he will say also to those on the left hand, ‘ Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire which is prepared for the devil and his angels; Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into the eternal fire which is prepared for the devil and his angels:그때에 그는 또 왼쪽에 있는 자들에게 말할 것이다.

for I was hungry, and you didn’t give me food to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave me no drink;for I was hungry, and ye did not give me to eat; I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink;너희는 내가 굶주렸을 때에 먹을 것을 주지 않았고, 목말랐을 때에 마실 것을 주지 않았으며,

I was a stranger, and you didn’t take me in; naked, and you didn’t clothe me; sick, and in prison, and you didn’t visit me.’I was a stranger, and ye took me not in; naked, and ye clothed me not; sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.

“ Then they will also answer, saying, ‘ Lord, when did we see you hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and didn’t help you?’Then shall they also answer, saying, Lord, when saw we thee hungry, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?“그때에 그들도 대답할 것이다.

“ Then he will answer them, saying, ‘Most certainly I tell you, because you didn’ t do it to one of the least of these, you didn’ t do it to me.’Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not unto one of these least, ye did it not unto me.“그때에 그가 그들에게 대답할 것이다.

These will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”And these shall go away into eternal punishment: but the righteous into eternal life.
