Mark 9장

He said to them, “ Most certainly I tell you, there are some standing here who will in no way taste death until they see God’s Kingdom come with power.”And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, There are some here of them that stand by, who shall in no wise taste of death, till they see the kingdom of God come with power.

After six days Jesus took with him Peter, James, and John, and brought them up onto a high mountain privately by themselves, and he was changed into another form in front of them. And after six days Jesus taketh with him Peter, and James, and John, and bringeth them up into a high mountain apart by themselves: and he was transfigured before them;엿새 뒤에 예수께서 베드로와 야고보와 요한을 따로 데리고 높은 산에 올라가셨다.

His clothing became glistening, exceedingly white, like snow, such as no launderer on earth can whiten them.and his garments became glistering, exceeding white, so as no fuller on earth can whiten them.

Elijah and Moses appeared to them, and they were talking with Jesus. And there appeared unto them Elijah with Moses: and they were talking with Jesus.

Peter answered Jesus, “ Rabbi, it is good for us to be here. Let’s make three tents: one for you, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.”And Peter answereth and saith to Jesus, Rabbi, it is good for us to be here: and let us make three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elijah.

For he didn’t know what to say, for they were very afraid. For he knew not what to answer; for they became sore afraid.

A cloud came, overshadowing them, and a voice came out of the cloud, “ This is my beloved Son. Listen to him.”And there came a cloud overshadowing them: and there came a voice out of the cloud, This is my beloved Son: hear ye him.

Suddenly looking around, they saw no one with them any more, except Jesus only. And suddenly looking round about, they saw no one any more, save Jesus only with themselves.

As they were coming down from the mountain, he commanded them that they should tell no one what things they had seen, until after the Son of Man had risen from the dead. And as they were coming down from the mountain, he charged them that they should tell no man what things they had seen, save when the Son of man should have risen again from the dead.

They kept this saying to themselves, questioning what the “ rising from the dead” meant. And they kept the saying, questioning among themselves what the rising again from the dead should mean.

They asked him, saying, “ Why do the scribes say that Elijah must come first?”And they asked him, saying, How is it that the scribes say that Elijah must first come?

He said to them, “ Elijah indeed comes first, and restores all things. How is it written about the Son of Man, that he should suffer many things and be despised? And he said unto them, Elijah indeed cometh first, and restoreth all things: and how is it written of the Son of man, that he should suffer many things and be set at nought?

But I tell you that Elijah has come, and they have also done to him whatever they wanted to, even as it is written about him.”But I say unto you, that Elijah is come, and they have also done unto him whatsoever they would, even as it is written of him.

Coming to the disciples, he saw a great multitude around them, and scribes questioning them. And when they came to the disciples, they saw a great multitude about them, and scribes questioning with them.

Immediately all the multitude, when they saw him, were greatly amazed, and running to him, greeted him.And straightway all the multitude, when they saw him, were greatly amazed, and running to him saluted him.

He asked the scribes, “ What are you asking them?”And he asked them, What question ye with them?

One of the multitude answered, “ Teacher, I brought to you my son, who has a mute spirit; And one of the multitude answered him, Teacher, I brought unto thee my son, who hath a dumb spirit;무리 가운데 한 사람이 대답하였다.

and wherever it seizes him, it throws him down; and he foams at the mouth, grinds his teeth, and becomes rigid. I asked your disciples to cast it out, and they weren’ t able.”and wheresoever it taketh him, it dasheth him down: and he foameth, and grindeth his teeth, and pineth away: and I spake to thy disciples that they should cast it out; and they were not able.

He answered him, “Unbelieving generation, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I bear with you? Bring him to me.”And he answereth them and saith, O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I bear with you? bring him unto me.

They brought him to him, and when he saw him, immediately the spirit convulsed him and he fell on the ground, wallowing and foaming at the mouth. And they brought him unto him: and when he saw him, straightway the spirit tare him grievously; and he fell on the ground, and wallowed foaming.

He asked his father, “ How long has it been since this has been happening to him?” He said, “ From childhood. And he asked his father, How long time is it since this hath come unto him? And he said, From a child.

Often it has cast him both into the fire and into the water to destroy him. But if you can do anything, have compassion on us and help us.”And oft-times it hath cast him both into the fire and into the waters, to destroy him: but if thou canst do anything, have compassion on us, and help us.

Jesus said to him, “ If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”And Jesus said unto him, If thou canst! All things are possible to him that believeth.

Immediately the father of the child cried out with tears, “ I believe. Help my unbelief!”Straightway the father of the child cried out, and said, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.

When Jesus saw that a multitude came running together, he rebuked the unclean spirit, saying to him, “ You mute and deaf spirit, I command you, come out of him, and never enter him again!”And when Jesus saw that a multitude came running together, he rebuked the unclean spirit, saying unto him, Thou dumb and deaf spirit, I command thee, come out of him, and enter no more into him.

After crying out and convulsing him greatly, it came out of him. The boy became like one dead, so much that most of them said, “ He is dead.”And having cried out, and torn him much, he came out: and the boy became as one dead; insomuch that the more part said, He is dead.

But Jesus took him by the hand and raised him up; and he arose. But Jesus took him by the hand, and raised him up; and he arose.

When he had come into the house, his disciples asked him privately, “ Why couldn’ t we cast it out?”And when he was come into the house, his disciples asked him privately, How is it that we could not cast it out?

He said to them, “ This kind can come out by nothing but by prayer and fasting.”And he said unto them, This kind can come out by nothing, save by prayer.

They went out from there and passed through Galilee. He didn’ t want anyone to know it,And they went forth from thence, and passed through Galilee; and he would not that any man should know it.

for he was teaching his disciples, and said to them, “ The Son of Man is being handed over to the hands of men, and they will kill him; and when he is killed, on the third day he will rise again.”For he taught his disciples, and said unto them, The Son of man is delivered up into the hands of men, and they shall kill him; and when he is killed, after three days he shall rise again.

But they didn’ t understand the saying, and were afraid to ask him.But they understood not the saying, and were afraid to ask him.

He came to Capernaum, and when he was in the house he asked them, “ What were you arguing among yourselves on the way?”And they came to Capernaum: and when he was in the house he asked them, What were ye reasoning on the way?

But they were silent, for they had disputed with one another on the way about who was the greatest. But they held their peace: for they had disputed one with another on the way, who was the greatest.

He sat down and called the twelve; and he said to them, “ If any man wants to be first, he shall be last of all, and servant of all.”And he sat down, and called the twelve; and he saith unto them, If any man would be first, he shall be last of all, and servant of all.

He took a little child and set him in the middle of them. Taking him in his arms, he said to them,And he took a little child, and set him in the midst of them: and taking him in his arms, he said unto them,그리고 예수께서 어린아이 하나를 데려다가 그들 가운데 세우셨다.

“ Whoever receives one such little child in my name receives me; and whoever receives me, doesn’ t receive me, but him who sent me.”Whosoever shall receive one of such little children in my name, receiveth me: and whosoever receiveth me, receiveth not me, but him that sent me."

John said to him, “ Teacher, we saw someone who doesn’ t follow us casting out demons in your name; and we forbade him, because he doesn’ t follow us.”John said unto him, Teacher, we saw one casting out demons in thy name; and we forbade him, because he followed not us.

But Jesus said, “Don’ t forbid him, for there is no one who will do a mighty work in my name and be able quickly to speak evil of me.But Jesus said, Forbid him not: for there is no man who shall do a mighty work in my name, and be able quickly to speak evil of me.

For whoever is not against us is on our side. For he that is not against us is for us.

For whoever will give you a cup of water to drink in my name because you are Christ’s, most certainly I tell you, he will in no way lose his reward. For whosoever shall give you a cup of water to drink, because ye are Christ’s, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward.

“ Whoever will cause one of these little ones who believe in me to stumble, it would be better for him if he were thrown into the sea with a millstone hung around his neck. And whosoever shall cause one of these little ones that believe on me to stumble, it were better for him if a great millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea.

If your hand causes you to stumble, cut it off. It is better for you to enter into life maimed, rather than having your two hands to go into Gehenna, into the unquenchable fire,And if thy hand cause thee to stumble, cut it off: it is good for thee to enter into life maimed, rather than having thy two hands to go into hell, into the unquenchable fire.

If your foot causes you to stumble, cut it off. It is better for you to enter into life lame, rather than having your two feet to be cast into Gehenna, into the fire that will never be quenched—And if thy foot cause thee to stumble, cut it off: it is good for thee to enter into life halt, rather than having thy two feet to be cast into hell.

‘where their worm doesn’t die, and the fire is not quenched.’## Links - part_of [[pericope/per-mrk-9-007]] - translated_as [[language_pack/mrk-9-46-ko]] - precedes [[bible-text/mrk-9-47]]거기서는 그들의 구더기도 죽지 않고 불도 꺼지지 않는다.

If your eye causes you to stumble, throw it out. It is better for you to enter into God’ s Kingdom with one eye, rather than having two eyes to be cast into the Gehenna of fire,And if thine eye cause thee to stumble, cast it out: it is good for thee to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye, rather than having two eyes to be cast into hell;만일 네 눈이 너를 걸려 넘어지게 하거든 그것을 빼어 버려라.

‘ where their worm doesn’ t die, and the fire is not quenched.’where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.

For everyone will be salted with fire, and every sacrifice will be seasoned with salt. For every one shall be salted with fire.

Salt is good, but if the salt has lost its saltiness, with what will you season it? Have salt in yourselves, and be at peace with one another.”Salt is good: but if the salt have lost its saltness, wherewith will ye season it? Have salt in yourselves, and be at peace one with another.
