1 Then again I lifted up my eyes and saw, and behold, a flying scroll.Then again I lifted up mine eyes, and saw, and, behold, a flying roll.내가 다시 눈을 들어 바라보니, 보라, 날아가는 두루마리가 있었다.
2 He said to me, “ What do you see?” I answered, “ I see a flying scroll; its length is twenty cubits, and its width ten cubits.”And he said unto me, What seest thou? And I answered, I see a flying roll; the length thereof is twenty cubits, and the breadth thereof ten cubits.그가 내게 "무엇이 보이느냐?" 하고 물으시기에, 내가 대답하기를 "날아가는 두루마리가 보입니다. 그 길이는 스무 규빗이요, 너비는 열 규빗입니다" 하였다.
3 Then he said to me, “ This is the curse that goes out over the surface of the whole land, for everyone who steals shall be cut off according to it on the one side; and everyone who swears falsely shall be cut off according to it on the other side.Then said he unto me, This is the curse that goeth forth over the face of the whole land: for every one that stealeth shall be cut off on the one side according to it; and every one that sweareth shall be cut off on the other side according to it.그러자 그가 내게 말씀하셨다. "이것은 온 땅 위로 퍼져 나가는 저주이다. 도둑질하는 자는 누구든지 이 두루마리의 한 면에 적힌 대로 끊어질 것이요, 거짓으로 맹세하는 자는 누구든지 다른 면에 적힌 대로 끊어질 것이다.
4 I will cause it to go out,” says Yahweh of Armies, “ and it will enter into the house of the thief, and into the house of him who swears falsely by my name; and it will remain in the middle of his house, and will destroy it with its timber and its stones.”I will cause it to go forth, saith Jehovah of hosts, and it shall enter into the house of the thief, and into the house of him that sweareth falsely by my name; and it shall abide in the midst of his house, and shall consume it with the timber thereof and the stones thereof.만군의 여호와께서 말씀하신다. 내가 이 저주를 보내리니, 그것이 도둑의 집과 내 이름으로 거짓 맹세하는 자의 집에 들어가, 그 집 가운데 머물면서 그 목재와 돌까지 함께 무너뜨릴 것이다."
5 Then the angel who talked with me came forward and said to me, “ Lift up now your eyes and see what this is that is appearing.”Then the angel that talked with me went forth, and said unto me, Lift up now thine eyes, and see what is this that goeth forth.그때 나와 말하던 천사가 앞으로 나와 내게 말하였다. "이제 눈을 들어, 나타나는 이것이 무엇인지 보아라."
6 I said, “ What is it?” He said, “ This is the ephah basket that is appearing.” He said moreover, “ This is their appearance in all the land—And I said, What is it? And he said, This is the ephah that goeth forth. He said moreover, This is their appearance in all the land내가 "이것이 무엇입니까?" 하고 물으니, 그가 "나타나는 이것은 에바 광주리이다" 하고 말하였다. 그는 또 말하기를 "이것은 온 땅에서 그들의 모습이다" 하였다.
7 and behold, a lead cover weighing one talent was lifted up — and there was a woman sitting in the middle of the ephah basket.”( and, behold, there was lifted up a talent of lead ); and this is a woman sitting in the midst of the ephah.(보라, 납 한 달란트가 들려 올라가 있었다.) 그 에바 광주리 가운데에는 한 여자가 앉아 있었다.
8 He said, “ This is Wickedness;” and he threw her down into the middle of the ephah basket; and he threw the lead weight on its mouth.And he said, This is Wickedness: and he cast her down into the midst of the ephah; and he cast the weight of lead upon the mouth thereof.그가 말하기를 "이것은 악이다" 하고, 그 여자를 에바 광주리 가운데로 밀어 넣은 뒤, 그 입구에 납 덩어리를 던져 막았다.
9 Then I lifted up my eyes and saw, and behold, there were two women; and the wind was in their wings. Now they had wings like the wings of a stork, and they lifted up the ephah basket between earth and the sky.Then lifted I up mine eyes, and saw, and, behold, there came forth two women, and the wind was in their wings; now they had wings like the wings of a stork; and they lifted up the ephah between earth and heaven.그때 내가 눈을 들어 바라보니, 보라, 두 여자가 나오는데, 그들의 날개에는 바람이 실려 있었다. 그들의 날개는 황새의 날개와 같았고, 그들이 그 에바 광주리를 땅과 하늘 사이로 들어 올렸다.
10 Then I said to the angel who talked with me, “ Where are these carrying the ephah basket?”Then said I to the angel that talked with me, Whither do these bear the ephah?내가 나와 말하던 천사에게 "이들이 그 에바 광주리를 어디로 가져갑니까?" 하고 물었다.
11 He said to me, “ To build her a house in the land of Shinar. When it is prepared, she will be set there in her own place.”And he said unto me, To build her a house in the land of Shinar: and when it is prepared, she shall be set there in her own place.그가 내게 대답하기를 "시날 땅에 그 여자를 위하여 집을 지으려는 것이다. 그 집이 준비되면, 그 여자는 그곳 제 자리에 놓이게 될 것이다" 하였다.
