29 God gave Solomon abundant wisdom, understanding, and breadth of mind like the sand that is on the seashore.And God gave Solomon wisdom and understanding exceeding much, and largeness of heart, even as the sand that is on the sea-shore.하나님께서 솔로몬에게 지극히 크나큰 지혜와 명철을 주셨고, 바닷가의 모래처럼 넓은 마음을 주셨다.
30 Solomon’s wisdom excelled the wisdom of all the children of the east and all the wisdom of Egypt.And Solomon’s wisdom excelled the wisdom of all the children of the east, and all the wisdom of Egypt.솔로몬의 지혜는 동방 모든 사람의 지혜와 이집트의 모든 지혜보다 뛰어났다.
31 For he was wiser than all men—wiser than Ethan the Ezrahite, Heman, Calcol, and Darda, the sons of Mahol; and his fame was in all the nations all around.For he was wiser than all men; than Ethan the Ezrahite, and Heman, and Calcol, and Darda, the sons of Mahol: and his fame was in all the nations round about.그는 모든 사람보다 지혜로웠으니, 에스라 사람 에단과 마홀의 아들들인 헤만과 갈골과 다르다보다 지혜로웠고, 그의 명성이 사방 모든 나라에 퍼졌다.

34 People of all nations came to hear the wisdom of Solomon, sent by all kings of the earth who had heard of his wisdom.And there came of all peoples to hear the wisdom of Solomon, from all kings of the earth, who had heard of his wisdom.솔로몬의 지혜에 대해 들은 땅의 모든 왕에게서 온 백성이 그의 지혜를 들으러 찾아왔다.
