1 Yahweh’s word that came to Micah of Morasheth in the days of Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah, which he saw concerning Samaria and Jerusalem.The word of Jehovah that came to Micah the Morashtite in the days of Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah, which he saw concerning Samaria and Jerusalem.유다 왕 요담과 아하스와 히스기야 시대에 모레셋 사람 미가에게 임한 여호와의 말씀이니, 곧 그가 사마리아와 예루살렘에 관하여 본 것이다.
2 Hear, you peoples, all of you! Listen, O earth, and all that is therein. Let the Lord Yahweh be witness against you, the Lord from his holy temple.Hear, ye peoples, all of you; hearken, O earth, and all that therein is: and let the Lord Jehovah be witness against you, the Lord from his holy temple.백성들아, 너희 모두 들으라. 땅이여, 그 안에 있는 모든 것이여, 귀를 기울이라. 주 여호와께서 너희를 치는 증인이 되시리니, 곧 그분의 거룩한 성전에서 나오시는 주시라.
3 For behold, Yahweh comes out of his place, and will come down and tread on the high places of the earth.For, behold, Jehovah cometh forth out of his place, and will come down, and tread upon the high places of the earth.보라, 여호와께서 그분의 처소에서 나오셔서 내려오시고 땅의 높은 곳들을 밟으시리라.
4 The mountains melt under him, and the valleys split apart like wax before the fire, like waters that are poured down a steep place.And the mountains shall be melted under him, and the valleys shall be cleft, as wax before the fire, as waters that are poured down a steep place.산들이 그분 아래에서 녹고 골짜기들이 갈라지리니, 마치 불 앞의 밀랍 같고 비탈로 쏟아져 내리는 물 같으리라.
5 “ All this is for the disobedience of Jacob, and for the sins of the house of Israel. What is the disobedience of Jacob? Isn’t it Samaria? And what are the high places of Judah? Aren’t they Jerusalem?For the transgression of Jacob is all this, and for the sins of the house of Israel. What is the transgression of Jacob? is it not Samaria? and what are the high places of Judah? are they not Jerusalem?이 모든 것은 야곱의 거역함 때문이요, 이스라엘 집의 죄들 때문이라. 야곱의 거역함이 무엇이냐? 그것이 사마리아가 아니냐? 유다의 산당들이 무엇이냐? 그것이 예루살렘이 아니냐?
6 Therefore I will make Samaria like a rubble heap of the field, like places for planting vineyards; and I will pour down its stones into the valley, and I will uncover its foundations.Therefore I will make Samaria as a heap of the field, and as places for planting vineyards; and I will pour down the stones thereof into the valley, and I will uncover the foundations thereof.그러므로 내가 사마리아를 들의 돌무더기같이, 포도원 심는 곳같이 만들고 그 돌들을 골짜기로 쏟아 내리며 그 기초를 드러내리라.
7 All her idols will be beaten to pieces, all her temple gifts will be burned with fire, and I will destroy all her images; for of the hire of a prostitute has she gathered them, and to the hire of a prostitute shall they return.”And all her graven images shall be beaten to pieces, and all her hires shall be burned with fire, and all her idols will I lay desolate; for of the hire of a harlot hath she gathered them, and unto the hire of a harlot shall they return.그녀의 모든 우상은 산산이 부서지고 그녀의 모든 성전 예물은 불에 태워지며 그녀의 모든 형상을 내가 무너뜨리리니, 그녀가 창기의 화대로 그것들을 모았은즉 그것들은 다시 창기의 화대로 돌아가리라.
8 For this I will lament and wail. I will go stripped and naked. I will howl like the jackals and mourn like the ostriches.For this will I lament and wail; I will go stripped and naked; I will make a wailing like the jackals, and a lamentation like the ostriches.이로 인하여 내가 슬피 울며 통곡하고 벗은 몸과 맨발로 다니며 자칼처럼 부르짖고 타조처럼 애곡하리라.
9 For her wounds are incurable; for it has come even to Judah. It reaches to the gate of my people, even to Jerusalem.For her wounds are incurable; for it is come even unto Judah; it reacheth unto the gate of my people, even to Jerusalem.그녀의 상처는 고칠 수 없으니, 그것이 유다에까지 이르렀고 내 백성의 성문에까지, 곧 예루살렘에까지 미쳤음이라.
10 Don’t tell it in Gath. Don’t weep at all. At Beth Ophrah I have rolled myself in the dust.Tell it not in Gath, weep not at all: at Beth-le-aphrah have I rolled myself in the dust.가드에는 알리지 말고 결코 울지도 말라. 벧 오브라에서 나는 티끌에 굴렀노라.
11 Pass on, inhabitant of Shaphir, in nakedness and shame. The inhabitant of Zaanan won’t come out. The wailing of Beth Ezel will take from you his protection.Pass away, O inhabitant of Shaphir, in nakedness and shame: the inhabitant of Zaanan is not come forth; the wailing of Beth-ezel shall take from you the stay thereof.사빌 주민아, 벗은 몸과 수치 속에 지나가라. 사아난 주민은 나오지 못하고 벧 에셀의 애곡이 그 머물 곳을 너에게서 빼앗으리라.
12 For the inhabitant of Maroth waits anxiously for good, because evil has come down from Yahweh to the gate of Jerusalem.For the inhabitant of Maroth waiteth anxiously for good, because evil is come down from Jehovah unto the gate of Jerusalem.마롯 주민이 좋은 소식을 애타게 기다리나, 재앙이 여호와에게서 예루살렘 성문에까지 내려왔음이라.
13 Harness the chariot to the swift steed, inhabitant of Lachish. She was the beginning of sin to the daughter of Zion; for the transgressions of Israel were found in you.Bind the chariot to the swift steed, O inhabitant of Lachish: she was the beginning of sin to the daughter of Zion; for the transgressions of Israel were found in thee.라기스 주민아, 병거를 빠른 말에 메우라. 그녀는 시온의 딸에게 죄의 시작이 되었으니, 이스라엘의 허물들이 네 안에서 발견되었음이라.
14 Therefore you will give a parting gift to Moresheth Gath. The houses of Achzib will be a deceitful thing to the kings of Israel.Therefore shalt thou give a parting gift to Moresheth-gath: the houses of Achzib shall be a deceitful thing unto the kings of Israel.그러므로 너는 모레셋 가드에 작별의 선물을 주리라. 악십의 집들은 이스라엘 왕들에게 속이는 것이 되리라.
15 I will yet bring a conqueror to you, inhabitants of Mareshah. The glory of Israel will come to Adullam.I will yet bring unto thee, O inhabitant of Mareshah, him that shall possess thee: the glory of Israel shall come even unto Adullam.마레사 주민아, 내가 너를 차지할 자를 또한 너에게 데려오리니, 이스라엘의 영광이 아둘람에까지 이르리라.
16 Shave your heads, and cut off your hair for the children of your delight. Enlarge your baldness like the vulture, for they have gone into captivity from you!Make thee bald, and cut off thy hair for the children of thy delight: enlarge thy baldness as the eagle; for they are gone into captivity from thee.네 기뻐하는 자녀들로 인하여 네 머리를 밀고 네 머리털을 자르라. 독수리같이 네 대머리를 넓게 하라. 그들이 너에게서 사로잡혀 갔음이라.
