1 Woe to those who devise iniquity and work evil on their beds! When the morning is light, they practice it, because it is in the power of their hand.Woe to them that devise iniquity and work evil upon their beds! when the morning is light, they practise it, because it is in the power of their hand.잠자리에 누워 죄악을 꾀하고 악을 꾸미는 자들에게 화가 있을 것이다! 그들은 자기 손에 힘이 있다는 이유로, 날이 밝으면 곧바로 그것을 실행에 옮긴다.
2 They covet fields and seize them, and houses, then take them away. They oppress a man and his house, even a man and his heritage.And they covet fields, and seize them; and houses, and take them away: and they oppress a man and his house, even a man and his heritage.그들은 밭을 탐내어 빼앗고, 집을 탐내어 차지하며, 사람과 그의 집을, 곧 사람과 그의 유산을 짓밟는다.
3 Therefore Yahweh says: “ Behold, I am planning against these people a disaster, from which you will not remove your necks, neither will you walk haughtily, for it is an evil time.Therefore thus saith Jehovah: Behold, against this family do I devise an evil, from which ye shall not remove your necks, neither shall ye walk haughtily; for it is an evil time.그러므로 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하신다. "보라, 내가 이 백성을 향하여 재앙을 계획하고 있으니, 너희가 거기에서 너희 목을 빼낼 수 없을 것이며 거만하게 걸어 다니지도 못할 것이다. 이는 악한 때이기 때문이다.
4 In that day they will take up a parable against you, and lament with a doleful lamentation, saying, ‘ We are utterly ruined! My people’s possession is divided up. Indeed he takes it from me and assigns our fields to traitors!’”In that day shall they take up a parable against you, and lament with a doleful lamentation, and say, We are utterly ruined: he changeth the portion of my people: how doth he remove it from me! to the rebellious he divideth our fields.그날에 사람들이 너희를 두고 풍자하며 슬픈 애가로 탄식하여 이렇게 말할 것이다. '우리가 완전히 망하였구나! 내 백성의 소유가 나뉘어 버렸으니, 참으로 그분이 그것을 나에게서 거두어 우리의 밭을 배신자들에게 나누어 주시는구나!'"
5 Therefore you will have no one who divides the land by lot in Yahweh’s assembly.Therefore thou shalt have none that shall cast the line by lot in the assembly of Jehovah.그러므로 여호와의 회중에서 제비를 뽑아 너에게 땅을 나누어 줄 사람이 없을 것이다.
6 “Don’t prophesy!”— they prophesy — “Don’t prophesy about these things. Disgrace won’t overtake us.”Prophesy ye not, thus they prophesy. They shall not prophesy to these: reproaches shall not depart."예언하지 말라!" 하며 그들은 예언한다. "이런 일들을 두고 예언하지 말라. 수치가 우리에게 닥치지 않을 것이다."
7 Shall it be said, O house of Jacob, “ Is Yahweh’s Spirit angry? Are these his doings? Don’t my words do good to him who walks blamelessly?”Shall it be said, O house of Jacob, Is the Spirit of Jehovah straitened? are these his doings? Do not my words do good to him that walketh uprightly?야곱의 집이여, 이런 말을 해도 되겠느냐? "여호와의 영이 노하셨느냐? 이런 일들이 그분이 하시는 일이냐? 내 말이 바르게 행하는 자에게 선을 베풀지 않겠느냐?
8 But lately my people have risen up as an enemy. You strip the robe and clothing from those who pass by without a care, returning from battle.But of late my people is risen up as an enemy: ye strip the robe from off the garment from them that pass by securely as men averse from war.그러나 요즈음 내 백성이 원수처럼 일어났다. 너희는 전쟁에서 돌아오는 자처럼, 아무 근심 없이 지나가는 사람들에게서 겉옷과 의복을 벗겨 빼앗는다.
9 You drive the women of my people out from their pleasant houses; from their young children you take away my blessing forever.The women of my people ye cast out from their pleasant houses; from their young children ye take away my glory for ever.너희는 내 백성의 여인들을 그들의 안락한 집에서 쫓아내고, 그들의 어린 자녀들에게서 내가 준 복을 영원히 빼앗아 간다.
10 Arise, and depart! For this is not your resting place, because of uncleanness that destroys, even with a grievous destruction.Arise ye, and depart; for this is not your resting-place; because of uncleanness that destroyeth, even with a grievous destruction.일어나 떠나가라! 이곳은 너희의 안식처가 아니다. 이는 더러움이 멸망을 가져오되 혹독한 멸망으로 무너뜨리기 때문이다.
11 If a man walking in a spirit of falsehood lies, saying, “ I will prophesy to you of wine and of strong drink,” he would be the prophet of this people.If a man walking in a spirit of falsehood do lie, saying, I will prophesy unto thee of wine and of strong drink; he shall even be the prophet of this people.만일 어떤 사람이 거짓의 영으로 다니며 거짓말하기를 '내가 너희에게 포도주와 독한 술에 대하여 예언하리라' 한다면, 바로 그런 자가 이 백성의 선지자가 될 것이다.
12 I will surely assemble all of you, Jacob. I will surely gather the remnant of Israel. I will put them together as the sheep of Bozrah, as a flock in the middle of their pasture. They will swarm with people.I will surely assemble, O Jacob, all of thee; I will surely gather the remnant of Israel; I will put them together as the sheep of Bozrah, as a flock in the midst of their pasture; they shall make great noise by reason of the multitude of men.야곱아, 내가 반드시 너희 모두를 모으고, 내가 반드시 이스라엘의 남은 자를 모으겠다. 내가 그들을 보스라의 양 떼처럼, 풀밭 가운데 있는 양 무리처럼 함께 두리니, 그곳이 사람들로 가득 차 떠들썩할 것이다.
13 He who breaks open the way goes up before them. They break through the gate, and go out. Their king passes on before them, with Yahweh at their head.The breaker is gone up before them: they have broken forth and passed on to the gate, and are gone out thereat; and their king is passed on before them, and Jehovah at the head of them.길을 여는 분이 그들 앞에서 올라가시니, 그들이 성문을 뚫고 나아간다. 그들의 왕이 그들 앞에서 지나가시며, 여호와께서 그들의 선두에 서 계신다.
