For the law, having a shadow of the good to come, not the very image of the things, can never with the same sacrifices year by year, which they offer continually, make perfect those who draw near. For the law having a shadow of the good things to come, not the very image of the things, can never with the same sacrifices year by year, which they offer continually, make perfect them that draw nigh.
Or else wouldn’ t they have ceased to be offered, because the worshipers, having been once cleansed, would have had no more consciousness of sins?Else would they not have ceased to be offered? because the worshippers, having been once cleansed, would have had no more consciousness of sins.
But in those sacrifices there is a yearly reminder of sins. But in those sacrifices there is a remembrance made of sins year by year.
For it is impossible that the blood of bulls and goats should take away sins. For it is impossible that the blood of bulls and goats should take away sins.
Therefore when he comes into the world, he says, “ You didn’ t desire sacrifice and offering, but you prepared a body for me.Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, But a body didst thou prepare for me;그러므로 그리스도께서 세상에 오실 때에 이렇게 말씀하셨습니다.
You had no pleasure in whole burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin.In whole burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hadst no pleasure:
Then I said, ‘ Behold, I have come ( in the scroll of the book it is written of me ) to do your will, O God.’”Then said I, Lo, I am come ( In the roll of the book it is written of me ) To do thy will, O God.
Previously saying, “ Sacrifices and offerings and whole burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin you didn’t desire, neither had pleasure in them” ( those which are offered according to the law ),Saying above, Sacrifices and offerings and whole burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein ( the which are offered according to the law ),위에서는 "주께서 제사와 예물과 번제물과 속죄 제물을 원하지도 않으시고 기뻐하지도 않으셨다"라고 말씀하셨는데 (이것들은 율법을 따라 드리는 것입니다),
then he has said, “ Behold, I have come to do your will.” He takes away the first, that he may establish the second, then hath he said, Lo, I am come to do thy will. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.
by which will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.By which will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
Every priest indeed stands day by day serving and offering often the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins,And every priest indeed standeth day by day ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, the which can never take away sins:모든 제사장은 날마다 서서 섬기며 똑같은 제사를 거듭거듭 드리지만, 그 제사들은 결코 죄를 없앨 수 없습니다.
but he, when he had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down on the right hand of God,but he, when he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;그러나 그분은 죄를 위하여 단 한 번의 제사를 영원히 드리신 뒤에 하나님의 오른편에 앉으셨습니다.
from that time waiting until his enemies are made the footstool of his feet.henceforth expecting till his enemies be made the footstool of his feet.
For by one offering he has perfected forever those who are being sanctified. For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.
The Holy Spirit also testifies to us, for after saying,And the Holy Spirit also beareth witness to us; for after he hath said,성령께서도 우리에게 증언하시는데, 먼저 이렇게 말씀하신 뒤에
“ This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days,” says the Lord, “ I will put my laws on their heart, I will also write them on their mind;” then he says,This is the covenant that I will make with them After those days, saith the Lord: I will put my laws on their heart, And upon their mind also will I write them; then saith he,"그날들 후에 내가 그들과 맺을 언약은 이것이다.
“ I will remember their sins and their iniquities no more.”And their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more."
Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.
Having therefore, brothers, boldness to enter into the holy place by the blood of Jesus,Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holy place by the blood of Jesus,그러므로 형제 여러분, 우리는 예수의 피를 힘입어 담대하게 지성소에 들어갈 수 있게 되었습니다.
by the way which he dedicated for us, a new and living way, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh,by the way which he dedicated for us, a new and living way, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;그분은 휘장 곧 자기의 육체를 통하여 우리를 위해 새롭고 살아 있는 길을 열어 주셨습니다.
and having a great priest over God’s house, and having a great priest over the house of God;또한 우리에게는 하나님의 집을 다스리시는 위대한 제사장이 계십니다.
let’s draw near with a true heart in fullness of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and having our body washed with pure water, let us draw near with a true heart in fulness of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience: and having our body washed with pure water,그러니 우리는 악한 양심에서 벗어나 마음에 피 뿌림을 받고 몸을 맑은 물로 씻은 사람으로서, 참된 마음과 온전한 믿음을 가지고 하나님께 가까이 나아갑시다.
let’s hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering; for he who promised is faithful.let us hold fast the confession of our hope that it waver not; for he is faithful that promised:또 우리가 고백하는 소망을 흔들림 없이 굳게 붙듭시다.
Let’s consider how to provoke one another to love and good works, and let us consider one another to provoke unto love and good works;
not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much the more, as ye see the day drawing nigh.
For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remains no more a sacrifice for sins,For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more a sacrifice for sins,우리가 진리를 아는 지식을 받은 뒤에도 일부러 죄를 짓는다면, 다시는 죄를 위한 제사가 남아 있지 않고,
but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and a fierceness of fire which will devour the adversaries.but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and a fierceness of fire which shall devour the adversaries.
A man who disregards Moses’ law dies without compassion on the word of two or three witnesses.A man that hath set at nought Moses’ law dieth without compassion on the word of two or three witnesses:모세의 율법을 무시하는 사람은 두세 증인의 증언으로 가차 없이 죽임을 당합니다.
How much worse punishment do you think he will be judged worthy of who has trodden under foot the Son of God, and has counted the blood of the covenant with which he was sanctified an unholy thing, and has insulted the Spirit of grace?of how much sorer punishment, think ye, shall he be judged worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant wherewith he was sanctified an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
For we know him who said, “ Vengeance belongs to me. I will repay,” says the Lord. Again, “ The Lord will judge his people.”For we know him that said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.
It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
But remember the former days, in which, after you were enlightened, you endured a great struggle with sufferings:But call to remembrance the former days, in which, after ye were enlightened, ye endured a great conflict of sufferings;그러나 여러분이 빛을 받은 뒤에 고난과 함께 큰 싸움을 견뎌 냈던 지난날을 기억하십시오.
partly, being exposed to both reproaches and oppressions, and partly, becoming partakers with those who were treated so.partly, being made a gazingstock both by reproaches and afflictions; and partly, becoming partakers with them that were so used.
For you both had compassion on me in my chains and joyfully accepted the plundering of your possessions, knowing that you have for yourselves a better possession and an enduring one in the heavens. For ye both had compassion on them that were in bonds, and took joyfully the spoiling of your possessions, knowing that ye have for yourselves a better possession and an abiding one.
Therefore don’ t throw away your boldness, which has a great reward.Cast not away therefore your boldness, which hath great recompense of reward.
For you need endurance so that, having done the will of God, you may receive the promise. For ye have need of patience, that, having done the will of God, ye may receive the promise.
“ In a very little while, he who comes will come and will not wait. For yet a very little while, He that cometh shall come, and shall not tarry."
But the righteous one will live by faith. If he shrinks back, my soul has no pleasure in him.”But my righteous one shall live by faith: And if he shrink back, my soul hath no pleasure in him.
But we are not of those who shrink back to destruction, but of those who have faith to the saving of the soul. But we are not of them that shrink back unto perdition; but of them that have faith unto the saving of the soul.
