1 “ For, behold, in those days, and in that time, when I restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem,For, behold, in those days, and in that time, when I shall bring back the captivity of Judah and Jerusalem,"보라, 그날 그때에, 곧 내가 유다와 예루살렘의 운명을 회복시킬 때에,
2 I will gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat; and I will execute judgment on them there for my people, and for my heritage, Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations. They have divided my land,I will gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat; and I will execute judgment upon them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations: and they have parted my land,내가 모든 민족을 모아 그들을 여호사밧 골짜기로 데리고 내려가서, 거기서 그들을 심판하리라. 이는 그들이 나의 백성, 나의 기업인 이스라엘을 여러 민족 가운데로 흩어 버리고 내 땅을 나누어 가졌기 때문이다.
3 and have cast lots for my people, and have given a boy for a prostitute, and sold a girl for wine, that they may drink.and have cast lots for my people, and have given a boy for a harlot, and sold a girl for wine, that they may drink.또 그들이 내 백성을 두고 제비를 뽑고, 소년을 창녀의 몸값으로 내주며, 소녀를 술과 바꾸어 마셔 버렸다.
4 “Yes, and what are you to me, Tyre and Sidon, and all the regions of Philistia? Will you repay me? And if you repay me, I will swiftly and speedily return your repayment on your own head.Yea, and what are ye to me, O Tyre, and Sidon, and all the regions of Philistia? will ye render me a recompense? and if ye recompense me, swiftly and speedily will I return your recompense upon your own head.두로와 시돈과 블레셋의 온 지역아, 너희가 나와 무슨 상관이 있느냐? 너희가 내게 갚으려 하느냐? 너희가 내게 무엇을 갚는다면, 내가 너희가 한 그대로 신속하고 빠르게 너희 머리 위로 되갚으리라.
5 Because you have taken my silver and my gold, and have carried my finest treasures into your temples,Forasmuch as ye have taken my silver and my gold, and have carried into your temples my goodly precious things,너희가 나의 은과 금을 빼앗고, 나의 가장 귀한 보물들을 너희 신전으로 가져갔으며,
6 and have sold the children of Judah and the children of Jerusalem to the sons of the Greeks, that you may remove them far from their border.and have sold the children of Judah and the children of Jerusalem unto the sons of the Grecians, that ye may remove them far from their border;유다 자손과 예루살렘 자손을 그리스 사람들에게 팔아넘겨, 그들을 자기네 땅에서 멀리 떠나가게 하였다.
7 Behold, I will stir them up out of the place where you have sold them, and will return your repayment on your own head;behold, I will stir them up out of the place whither ye have sold them, and will return your recompense upon your own head;보라, 너희가 그들을 팔아넘긴 그곳에서 내가 그들을 일으켜 세우고, 너희가 한 그대로 너희 머리 위로 되갚으리라.
8 and I will sell your sons and your daughters into the hands of the children of Judah, and they will sell them to the men of Sheba, to a faraway nation, for Yahweh has spoken it.”and I will sell your sons and your daughters into the hand of the children of Judah, and they shall sell them to the men of Sheba, to a nation far off: for Jehovah hath spoken it.내가 너희의 아들딸들을 유다 자손의 손에 팔겠고, 그들은 그들을 먼 나라 스바 사람들에게 팔리라. 여호와께서 이것을 말씀하셨다."
9 Proclaim this among the nations: “Prepare for war! Stir up the mighty men. Let all the warriors draw near. Let them come up.Proclaim ye this among the nations; prepare war; stir up the mighty men; let all the men of war draw near, let them come up.이것을 여러 민족 가운데 선포하여라. "전쟁을 준비하여라! 용사들을 떨쳐 일으켜라. 모든 군사들을 가까이 나아오게 하고, 다 올라오게 하여라.
10 Beat your plowshares into swords, and your pruning hooks into spears. Let the weak say, ‘I am strong.’Beat your plowshares into swords, and your pruning-hooks into spears: let the weak say, I am strong.너희 보습을 두들겨 칼을 만들고, 너희 낫을 두들겨 창을 만들어라. 약한 자도 '나는 강하다' 하고 말하게 하여라.
11 Hurry and come, all you surrounding nations, and gather yourselves together.” Cause your mighty ones to come down there, Yahweh.Haste ye, and come, all ye nations round about, and gather yourselves together: thither cause thy mighty ones to come down, O Jehovah.둘러 있는 모든 민족아, 서둘러 와서 함께 모여라." 여호와여, 주의 용사들을 그곳으로 내려보내소서.
12 “Let the nations arouse themselves, and come up to the valley of Jehoshaphat; for there I will sit to judge all the surrounding nations.Let the nations bestir themselves, and come up to the valley of Jehoshaphat; for there will I sit to judge all the nations round about."여러 민족이 떨쳐 일어나 여호사밧 골짜기로 올라오게 하여라. 내가 거기에 앉아 둘러 있는 모든 민족을 심판하리라.
13 Put in the sickle; for the harvest is ripe. Come, tread, for the wine press is full, the vats overflow, for their wickedness is great.”Put ye in the sickle; for the harvest is ripe: come, tread ye; for the winepress is full, the vats overflow; for their wickedness is great.낫을 대어라. 곡식이 익었다. 와서 밟아라. 포도즙 틀이 가득 찼고 큰 통들이 넘쳐 흐른다. 그들의 악함이 크기 때문이다."
14 Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision! For the day of Yahweh is near in the valley of decision.Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision! for the day of Jehovah is near in the valley of decision.판결의 골짜기에 무리가, 무리가 가득하다! 판결의 골짜기에 여호와의 날이 가까웠다.
15 The sun and the moon are darkened, and the stars withdraw their shining.The sun and the moon are darkened, and the stars withdraw their shining.해와 달이 어두워지고, 별들이 그 빛을 거둔다.
16 Yahweh will roar from Zion, and thunder from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth will shake; but Yahweh will be a refuge to his people, and a stronghold to the children of Israel.And Jehovah will roar from Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake: but Jehovah will be a refuge unto his people, and a stronghold to the children of Israel.여호와께서 시온에서 부르짖으시고 예루살렘에서 천둥소리를 내시니, 하늘과 땅이 흔들린다. 그러나 여호와께서는 자기 백성에게 피난처가 되시고, 이스라엘 자손에게 견고한 요새가 되시리라.
17 “So you will know that I am Yahweh, your God, dwelling in Zion, my holy mountain. Then Jerusalem will be holy, and no strangers will pass through her any more.So shall ye know that I am Jehovah your God, dwelling in Zion my holy mountain: then shall Jerusalem be holy, and there shall no strangers pass through her any more."그리하면 너희가 내가 시온, 곧 나의 거룩한 산에 거하는 여호와 너희 하나님인 줄을 알게 되리라. 그때에 예루살렘이 거룩해지고, 다시는 이방 사람들이 그 가운데로 지나가지 못하리라.
18 It will happen in that day, that the mountains will drop down sweet wine, the hills will flow with milk, all the brooks of Judah will flow with waters; and a fountain will flow out from Yahweh’s house, and will water the valley of Shittim.And it shall come to pass in that day, that the mountains shall drop down sweet wine, and the hills shall flow with milk, and all the brooks of Judah shall flow with waters; and a fountain shall come forth from the house of Jehovah, and shall water the valley of Shittim.그날에 산들이 단 포도주를 떨어뜨리고, 언덕들이 젖을 흘리며, 유다의 모든 시내가 물을 흘려보내리라. 또 여호와의 집에서 샘이 솟아나 싯딤 골짜기를 적시리라.
19 Egypt will be a desolation and Edom will be a desolate wilderness, for the violence done to the children of Judah, because they have shed innocent blood in their land.Egypt shall be a desolation, and Edom shall be a desolate wilderness, for the violence done to the children of Judah, because they have shed innocent blood in their land.이집트는 황무지가 되고, 에돔은 황폐한 광야가 되리라. 이는 그들이 유다 자손에게 폭력을 행하고, 그들의 땅에서 무죄한 피를 흘렸기 때문이다.
20 But Judah will be inhabited forever, and Jerusalem from generation to generation.But Judah shall abide for ever, and Jerusalem from generation to generation.그러나 유다는 영원히 사람이 거하는 곳이 되고, 예루살렘은 대대로 이어지리라.
21 I will cleanse their blood that I have not cleansed, for Yahweh dwells in Zion.”And I will cleanse their blood, that I have not cleansed: for Jehovah dwelleth in Zion.내가 그들의 피, 곧 내가 아직 씻어 주지 않은 그 피를 깨끗하게 하리라. 이는 여호와께서 시온에 거하시기 때문이다."
