Philippians 2장

If therefore there is any exhortation in Christ, if any consolation of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any tender mercies and compassion,If there is therefore any exhortation in Christ, if any consolation of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any tender mercies and compassions,그러므로 그리스도 안에서 권면이 조금이라도 있거나, 사랑의 위로가 있거나, 성령의 교제가 있거나, 따뜻한 긍휼과 자비가 있거든,

make my joy full by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind;make full my joy, that ye be of the same mind, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind;여러분은 같은 마음을 품고, 같은 사랑을 가지며, 한뜻으로 하나가 되어 나의 기쁨을 가득 채워 주십시오.

doing nothing through rivalry or through conceit, but in humility, each counting others better than himself;doing nothing through faction or through vainglory, but in lowliness of mind each counting other better than himself;무엇이든 다툼이나 헛된 자만으로 하지 말고, 겸손한 마음으로 저마다 다른 사람을 자기보다 낫게 여기십시오.

each of you not just looking to his own things, but each of you also to the things of others.not looking each of you to his own things, but each of you also to the things of others.

Have this in your mind, which was also in Christ Jesus,Have this mind in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:여러분 안에 이 마음을 품으십시오. 곧 그리스도 예수 안에 있던 그 마음입니다.

who, existing in the form of God, didn’ t consider equality with God a thing to be grasped, who, existing in the form of God, counted not the being on an equality with God a thing to be grasped,그분은 본래 하나님의 모습으로 계셨으나, 하나님과 동등함을 움켜쥐어야 할 것으로 여기지 않으시고,

but emptied himself, taking the form of a servant, being made in the likeness of men.but emptied himself, taking the form of a servant, being made in the likeness of men;도리어 자기를 비워 종의 모습을 취하시고 사람과 같이 되셨습니다.

And being found in human form, he humbled himself, becoming obedient to the point of death, yes, the death of the cross.and being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, becoming obedient even unto death, yea, the death of the cross.

Therefore God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name,Wherefore also God highly exalted him, and gave unto him the name which is above every name;그러므로 하나님께서도 그분을 지극히 높이시고, 모든 이름 위에 뛰어난 이름을 그분께 주셨습니다.

that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, that in the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven and things on earth and things under the earth,이는 하늘에 있는 것들과 땅에 있는 것들과 땅 아래 있는 것들이 모두 예수의 이름에 무릎을 꿇게 하시고,

and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

So then, my beloved, even as you have always obeyed, not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. So then, my beloved, even as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling;그러므로 나의 사랑하는 사람들이여, 여러분이 늘 순종해 온 것처럼, 내가 함께 있을 때뿐만 아니라 지금 함께 있지 않을 때에 더욱더 두렵고 떨리는 마음으로 여러분 자신의 구원을 이루어 가십시오.

For it is God who works in you both to will and to work for his good pleasure.for it is God who worketh in you both to will and to work, for his good pleasure.

Do all things without complaining and arguing,Do all things without murmurings and questionings:모든 일을 원망과 다툼 없이 하십시오.

that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without defect in the middle of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you are seen as lights in the world, that ye may become blameless and harmless, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom ye are seen as lights in the world,그리하여 여러분은 흠 없고 순전하여, 비뚤어지고 타락한 세대 가운데서 책망받을 것이 없는 하나님의 자녀가 되십시오.

holding up the word of life, that I may have something to boast in the day of Christ that I didn’t run in vain nor labor in vain.holding forth the word of life; that I may have whereof to glory in the day of Christ, that I did not run in vain neither labor in vain.

Yes, and if I am poured out on the sacrifice and service of your faith, I am glad and rejoice with you all.Yea, and if I am offered upon the sacrifice and service of your faith, I joy, and rejoice with you all:또한 내가 여러분의 믿음의 제물과 섬김 위에 부어진다 할지라도, 나는 기뻐하며 여러분 모두와 함께 기뻐합니다.

In the same way, you also should be glad and rejoice with me.and in the same manner do ye also joy, and rejoice with me.

But I hope in the Lord Jesus to send Timothy to you soon, that I also may be cheered up when I know how you are doing. But I hope in the Lord Jesus to send Timothy shortly unto you, that I also may be of good comfort, when I know your state.

For I have no one else like-minded, who will truly care about you.For I have no man likeminded, who will care truly for your state.

For they all seek their own, not the things of Jesus Christ. For they all seek their own, not the things of Jesus Christ.

But you know that he has proved himself. As a child serves a father, so he served with me in furtherance of the Good News. But ye know the proof of him, that, as a child serveth a father, so he served with me in furtherance of the gospel.

Therefore I hope to send him at once, as soon as I see how it will go with me.Him therefore I hope to send forthwith, so soon as I shall see how it will go with me:그러므로 나는 내 일이 어떻게 될지 보는 대로 그를 곧 보내기를 바랍니다.

But I trust in the Lord that I myself also will come shortly.but I trust in the Lord that I myself also shall come shortly.

But I thought it necessary to send to you Epaphroditus, my brother, fellow worker, fellow soldier, and your apostle and servant of my need,But I counted it necessary to send to you Epaphroditus, my brother and fellow-worker and fellow-soldier, and your messenger and minister to my need;그렇지만 나는 에바브로디도를 여러분에게 보낼 필요가 있다고 여겼습니다.

since he longed for you all, and was very troubled because you had heard that he was sick.since he longed after you all, and was sore troubled, because ye had heard that he was sick:그는 여러분 모두를 사무치게 그리워하였고, 자기가 병들었다는 소식을 여러분이 들었다고 하여 몹시 괴로워하였습니다.

For indeed he was sick nearly to death, but God had mercy on him, and not on him only, but on me also, that I might not have sorrow on sorrow.for indeed he was sick nigh unto death: but God had mercy on him; and not on him only, but on me also, that I might not have sorrow upon sorrow.

I have sent him therefore the more diligently, that when you see him again, you may rejoice, and that I may be the less sorrowful.I have sent him therefore the more diligently, that, when ye see him again, ye may rejoice, and that I may be the less sorrowful.

Receive him therefore in the Lord with all joy, and hold such people in honor,Receive him therefore in the Lord with all joy; and hold such in honor:그러므로 여러분은 모든 기쁨으로 주 안에서 그를 맞아들이고, 그러한 사람들을 귀히 여기십시오.

because for the work of Christ he came near to death, risking his life to supply that which was lacking in your service toward me.because for the work of Christ he came nigh unto death, hazarding his life to supply that which was lacking in your service toward me.
