Sibraim (ISBE)

sib - rā´im , sib´ra - im ( סברים , ṣibhrayim ; Codex Vaticanus Σεβράμ , Sebrám ; Codex Alexandrinus Σεφράμ , Sephrám ): A place named as on the boundary of Palestine in Ezekiel's ideal delineation, "between the border of Damascus and the border of Hamath" ( Ezekiel 47:16 ). It may possibly be represented by the modern Khirbet Sanbariyeh on the west bank of Nahr el -Ḥasbāny , about 3 miles Southeast of ‛Abil .
