Evil Doers (ISBE)

ē -v 'l -doo´ẽrz מרעים , merē‛ı̄m ; from רעע , rā‛a‛ ; κακοποιός , kakopoiós , always plural): Malefactors or offenders of God's law. Used generally of the ungodly, as, "Fret not thyself because of evil-doers." (Psalm 37:1 ). Sometimes also of personal offenders: "He hath delivered the soul of the needy from the hand of evil-doers." (Jeremiah 20:13 ).
